• Dopo aver rimosso l’apparecchio dalla confezione,
controllare l’integrità della fornitura in base al disegno
e l’eventuale presenza di danni da trasporto. In caso
di dubbio, non utilizzare l’apparecchio e rivolgersi al
servizio di assistenza autorizzato.
• Il materiale della confezione non è un giocattolo per
bambini! Tenere il sacchetto di plastica lontano dalla
portata dei bambini; pericolo di soffocamento!
• Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, controllare che i
dati della tensione di rete riportati sulla targhetta
di identicazione corrispondano a quelli della rete

• Il presente apparecchio deve essere utilizzato
unicamente allo scopo per cui è stato progettato,
ovvero come piastra per capelli per uso domestico.
Qualsiasi altro utilizzo è considerato non conforme e

NON utilizzare l’apparecchio con mani bagnate
o piedi umidi o nudi.
NON tirare il cavo di alimentazione o
l’apparecchio stesso, per staccare la spina
dalla presa di corrente.
NON esporre l’apparecchio all’umidità o
all’inusso di agenti atmosferici (pioggia,
sole).
• Disinserire sempre la spina dall’alimentazione
elettrica prima della pulizia o manutenzione e in caso

di mancato utilizzo dell’apparecchio.
• In caso di guasto o di cattivo funzionamento
dell’apparecchio, spegnerlo e non manometterlo. Per
l’eventuale riparazione rivolgersi solamente ad un
centro di assistenza tecnica autorizzato.
• Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve
essere sostituito da un centro di assistenza tecnica
autorizzato, in modo da prevenire ogni rischio.
• L’apparecchio è da utilizzarsi solo per capelli
umani. Non utilizzarlo per animali o per parrucche e
parrucchini di materiale sintetico.
• Per pulire l’apparecchio, usare un panno asciutto.
NON spruzzare spray per capelli con
l’apparecchio acceso. Sussiste il pericolo di
incendio.

Per le caratteristiche dell’apparecchio, fare riferimento alla

CONSIGLI UTILI
L’apprendimento veloce della modalità di utilizzo della
piastra per capelli permetterà di determinare esattamente il
tempo di applicazione per ottenere l’effetto desiderato sui
capelli.

• Assicurarsi che i capelli siano asciutti, puliti e senza
alcuna traccia di lacca, schiuma per capelli o gel.
• Pettinare i capelli assicurandosi che non ci siano nodi.
Iniziare la piega dalla nuca, procedere ai lati e terminare
sulla fronte.
• Durante l’uso, il riscaldamento e il raffreddamento della
piastra, posizionare l’apparecchio su una supercie liscia
e resistente al calore.
• Mentre si procede con la piega, fare attenzione a non
avvicinare troppo la piastra alle aree sensibili del viso,
delle orecchie, del collo o della cute.
• Al termine dell’uso, lasciare raffreddare completamente
la piastra prima di riporla.
ATTENZIONE!
Dopo aver terminato di usare la piastra per
capelli, assicurarsi che si sia completamente
raffreddata prima di riporla.
Non avvolgere mai il cavo di alimentazione
attorno all’apparecchio.
UTILIZZO
PREPARAZIONE DEI CAPELLI
• Lavare come d’abitudine i capelli e pettinarli districando
i nodi.
• Asciugare i capelli e spazzolarli dalle radici alle punte.
PRIMO UTILIZZO
Dopo aver rimosso il prodotto dalla confezione sbloccare le
piastre ruotando in senso orario il blocco di chiusura piastre
(5). Questo meccanismo può anche essere utilizzato tutte le
volte in cui si voglia riporre il prodotto con le piastre chiuse.
In tal caso chiudere con decisione le due piastre e ruotare in
senso antiorario il blocco di chiusura piastre (5).
ISTRUZIONI DI UTILIZZO
• Collegare la spina (6) alla rete di alimentazione.
• Premere il tasto (4) per accendere la piastra.
• All’accensione il display LCD (1) si illumina riportando la
temperatura minima di 130°C.

• Selezionare la temperatura desiderata in un intervallo
compreso tra 130°C e 230°C a seconda del tipo di
capello e dell’effetto da ottenere più o meno deciso; la
temperatura può essere variata premendo i tasti + o - (3).
• Il display LCD (1) lampeggia no a quando le piastre
non raggiungono la temperatura impostata: al
raggiungimento della temperatura il display LCD (1) si
accende stabilmente.
• Prendere tra le dita una ciocca sottile e poco voluminosa
di capelli della stessa larghezza della piastra e inserirla
fra le due piastre.
• Con una mano tenere in tensione la ciocca e con l’altra
fare scivolare la piastra chiusa dalle radici verso le punte.
• Una volta terminate le operazioni di styling dei capelli
spegnere l’apparecchio tenendo premuto per qualche
secondo il tasto (4) e scollegare la piastra dalla presa
di corrente.
Da notare:
È possibile che durante la stiratura si sviluppi del vapore;
si tratta dell’umidità in eccesso nei capelli che evapora.
AUTOSPEGNIMENTO
• La piastra si spegne automaticamente dopo 1 ora
dall’accensione.
PULIZIA
• Spegnere l’apparecchio premendo per qualche secondo
il tasto (4) e staccare la spina (6) dalla presa di corrente.
• Attendere che le piastre (2) siano fredde.
• Pulire la supercie delle piastre riscaldanti (2) e
dell’impugnatura con un panno morbido e umido.
ATTENZIONE!
Prima di riutilizzare l’apparecchio, accertarsi
che tutte le parti pulite a umido siano
completamente asciutte!

SAFETY WARNINGS
• The appliance may be used by
children below 12 years of age, by
persons with reduced physical,
sensorial or mental abilities
or persons lacking experience
only if they have received prior
instructions concerning its safe
use and if they are informed as to
the dangers related to use of the
appliance.
Children may not play with the
appliance. Appliance cleaning
and maintenance cannot be
completed by children without
adult supervision.
• If the appliance is used in the
bathroom, remove the plug from
the socket after use, as bringing it
close to water is dangerous even if
the appliance is switched off.
• To ensure optimal protection, you
are advised to install a differential
current protective device in the
bathroom the nominal differential
current of which should not
exceed 30mA (ideally, 10mA).

• Before connecting the appliance, check that the

• This appliance must be used only for the purpose for
which it was designed, namely as a hair straightener
for home use. Any other use is improper and
potentially dangerous.
Do NOT use the appliance with wet hands,
damp feet or barefoot.
DO NOT pull the power cable or the appliance
itself to remove the plug from the socket.
DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity or
weather conditions (rain, sun, etc.).
• Always disconnect the appliance from the mains
supply before cleaning or performing maintenance
and when the appliance is not in use.
• In case of fault or malfunctioning of the appliance,
switch it off and do not tamper with it. If the device
needs to be repaired, contact an authorised technical
assistance centre.
• If the power cable is damaged it must be replaced
by an authorised technical service centre, so as to

prevent all risks.
• The device must only be used on human hair. Do
not use the device on animals or on wigs made of
synthetic material.
• Use a dry cloth to clean the appliance.

USEFUL ADVICE
The quick understanding of the modes of use of the hair
straightener will allow establishing the exact application time
for obtaining the desired effect.
• Ensure the hair is dry, clean and without any trace of
hairspray, hair mousse or gel.
• Comb the hair ensuring there are no knots. Start
straightening from the head, proceed on the sides and
nish on the forehead.
• During use, the heating and cooling of the plates, position
the appliance on a smooth and heat resistant surface.
• While straightening, be careful not to near the plates too
much to the sensitive parts of the face, ears, neck or head.

• Once nished using, leave the plates to cool down
completely before putting them away.
ATTENTION!
After having finished using the hair straightener,
ensure it has completely cooled down before
putting it away.
Never wrap the power supply cable around the
appliance.
USE
PREPARING THE HAIR
• Wash hair as normal and comb removing knots.
• Dry the hair and brush from the roots to the ends.
COMMISSIONING
After having removed the product from the packaging, release
the plates by turning the plates’ closing lock clockwise (5).
This mechanism can also be used every time the product
is to be put away with the plates closed. In this case, close
the two plates rapidly and turn the plate’s closing lock anti-
clockwise (5).
USER INSTRUCTIONS
• Connect the plug (6) to the power supply network.
• Press the (4) button to turn the plate on.
• Upon switch-on, the LCD display (1) goes on bringing the
minimum temperature back to 130°C.
• Select the wanted temperature in an interval between
130°C and 230°C, depending on the type of hair and the
effect wanted; the temperature can be varied by pressing
+ or - (3).
• The LED display (1) ashes until the plates reach the set
temperature: once the temperature is reached, the LCD
display (1) remains on.
• Take a thin lock of hair, the same width of the plate and
place it between the two plates.
• With one hand keep the lock of hair tensioned and with
the other slide the plate closed from the roots down to
the points.

• Once hair styling is completed, switch-off the appliance
by keeping the (4) button pressed for a few seconds
and disconnect the plate from the socket.
Note:
It is possible that steam develops during straightening;
this is excess humidity in the hair that evaporates.
AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN
• The straightener switches off automatically 1 hour after
being switched on.
CLEANING
• Switch off the appliance by keeping the (4) button
pressed for a few seconds and disconnect the plug (6)
from the socket.
• Wait for the plates (2) to cool down.
• Clean the surface of the heating plates (2) and the handle
with a soft, damp cloth.
ATTENTION!
Before re-using the appliance, ensure that all
cleaned parts are completely dry!

Dispose of it in compliance with the environmental
protection standards.
Pursuant to European Standard 2002/96/EC, when
