1.1 Namen uporabe
GHN,GHND,črpalkaserijeIMP-pumpsseuporabljazatransportiranjemedijavsistemih

2. Varnost
Pred montažo in zagonom naj monterji obvezno preberejo navodila za uporabo in
varnost.

2.2 Usposobljenost osebja
Osebjezamontažomorabitiustreznousposobljenozanavedenadela.
2.3 Neupoštevanja varnostnih navodil
Neupoštevanje varnostnih navodil lahko povzroči ogrožanje oseb in črpalke. Zaradi
neupoštevanja varnostnih navodil se lahko izgubi pravica za nadomestilo škode oz.
garancijskapravica.
Posamezno,neupoštevanjelahkopovzroči:
- odpovedpomembnihfunkcijčrpalke
- ogrožanjeosebzelektričnimiinmehanskimidelovanji.
2.4 Varnostna navodila za uporabnika
Potrebnojeupoštevativeljavnepredpisezapreprečevanjenezgod.
Potrebno je izključiti možnost ogrožanja z električno energijo ter upoštevati predpise
lokalnegadistributerjaelektričneenergije.
2.5 Nadzor in montaža
Uporabnik mora zagotoviti, da celotni nadzor nad montažo izvaja le pooblaščeno in
strokovnousposobljenoosebje,kijeseznanjenozvarnostniminavodili.Pravilomasevsa
delanačrpalki/sistemuizvajajolevstanjumirovanja!
2.6 Sprememba in proizvodnja rezervnih delov
Spremembenaizdelkusodovoljenelevsoglasjusproizvajalcem.Originalnirezervnideli
insstraniproizvajalcapotrjenaopremasonamenjenevarnosti.Zuporabodrugihdelov
selahkoizgubigarancijskapravica,oz.pravicazanadomestiloškode,kijeposledica
nepravilnegadelovanjačrpalke.
2.7 Nedovoljeni načini uporabe
Varnostdelovanjadobavljenečrpalkesezagotavljalevprimeruupoštevanja1.poglavja
navodil za uporabo. Mejnih vrednosti, navedenih v katalogu v nobenem primeru ni
dovoljenopresegati.
3. Transport in skladiščenje
POZOR Črpalko je potrebno zaščititi pred vlago in mehanskimi poškodbami.
Črpalkane sme bitiizpostavljena temperaturam izvenobmočja -10°C
do+50°C.

4. Opis proizvoda
4.1 Opis črpalke
GHN (basic, auto), GHND (basic, auto), je črpalka z mokrim rotorjem, in prigrajenim
elektromotorjem s tremi števili vrtljajev, ki se prestavljajo ročno (basic), samodejno
(auto).
Važnejšeprednostiteregulacijeso:
- varčevanjeenergijeobistočasnemznižanjuobratovalnihstroškov,
- znižanjenivojašumnostikisoposledicaprevelikegapretoka
5. Montaža
POZOR Vgradnjo in zagon naj izvede le strokovno
usposobljena oseba!
5.1 Vgradnja črpalke
- vgradnja črpalke je dovoljena na dobro prezračevano in pred zmrzovanjem varno
mesto.
- črpalkovgraditešelepozaključenihvsehdelihvarjenjainpoizpiranjusistema.
- pred in za črpalko priporočamo vgraditi zaporne ventile. S tem se pri eventualni
zamenjavičrpalkepreprečipraznjenjeinponovnopolnjenjesistema.
- cevijepotrebnopritrdititako,dačrpalkaniobremenjenaznjihovotežo,cevinesmejo
biti prednapete.
- črpalkovgradimodirektnovcevovodtako,dajeosčrpalke1-1vodoravna(sl.1).
- vgrajenamorabitivravnemdelucevovodavrazdalji,kiznašanajmanj5-10xD(Dje
nazivnipremercevičrpalke)odkolena.Stemjezagotovljenodelovanjezminimalnimi
vibracijamiinšumi.

5.1.1 Izolacija črpalke v hladilnih/klima napravah
Pri uporabi črpalk v hladilnih sistemih, kadar želimo izolirati hidravlično ohišje, je na
objektupotrebnoizvestidifuznoizolacijohidravličnegaohišja.
POZOR!
Hidravličnoohišječrpalkese lahko izolira samo dorežemedmotorjeminhidravličnim
ohišjem. Odprtine za odvod kondenza morajo biti proste ter omogočati njegov izhod
iz statorskega prostora, ravno tako naj bodo te odprtine proste pri sistemih ogrevanja
kadarseizvajasamotoplotnaizolacijahidravličnegaohišja(slika2,3,POZ15).Ohišje
elektromotorja,nakateremsoodprtinezaodvodkondenza,nesmebitinikoliizolirano!

5.2 Električni priključek

Motorjeinternoelektronskozasčitenzbimetalnimstikalom.Elektromotorima
vgrajenotermičnovarovalko,kigaizklopi,česetaprevečsegreje.
Zaščitna priprava za ločitev vseh polov od napajalnega omrežja mora biti
vgrajenavelektričniinštalacijivskladuznacionalnimiinštalacijskimipredpisi.
Primerna zaščitna priprava je motorsko zaščitno stikalo Iskra MIS MS 25,
SchrackALEAalipodobni.
PriključnivodniksepriklopiprekouvodniceM20(sl.2–POZ.7).

5.2.1 Priklop črpalke na električno omrežje
Električnovezavočrpalkjepotrebnoizvestipovezalnishemi(sl.4),kijeprikazanana
spodnjistranipokrovamotorja.Predtemodvijemozgornjipokrov(sl.2-POZ.2)

6. Zagon črpalk
6.1 Polnjenje in odzračevanje
PričrpalkahtipaGHN(basic,auto),GHND(basic,auto),GHNM(basic,auto),GHNMD
(basic, auto) je rotor potopljen v vodi in vležajen v posebnih z vodo mazanih ležajih,
zatojetrebapredzagonomčrpalkonapolnitizvodoinodzračiti.Črpalkeodzračimotako,
daodvijemovijaknazadnjistranielektromotorja(sl.2-POZ.5)inskozirežomedgredjo
motorja in ležajem izteka zrak. Ko začne iztekati voda zapremo ventile na sesalni in
tlačnistraničrpalkeinčrpalkopoženemo.Česegredčrpalkevrtivnapačnosmer,ima
elektronikavgrajenoindikacijo,katerobojavilazvečkratnimutripanjemrdečelučke.
Črpalka ima tudi možnost detekcije drugih napak, katere so opisane v spodnji tabeli.
Rdeča lučka z utripanjem sporoča številko napake. Zaporedju utripov sledi daljši
presledek,številoutripovmeddvemapresledkomapajekodanapake.

Odvisnooddelovnihpogojevčrpalkeoz.sistema(temperaturamedija),črpalka
lahkodoseževisokotemperaturo.
Pri dotiku črpalke lahko pride do opeklin!
6.2 Nastavitev hitrosti črpalk GHN,GHND, GHNM,
GHNMD ( basic )
Vsaka črpalka je zmožna pokrivati področja tri hidravlične karakteristike. Da bi to
doseglaimavgrajenelektromotorstremirazličnimištevilivrtljajev.Zadoseganjeizbrane
karakteristike oziroma hitrosti imačrpalkagumbnapotisk (sl.2-POZ.4), s
katerimpreklapljamohitrosti.
NastavitevhitrostičrpalkGHN,GHND,GHNM,GHNMD(auto) jelahko
s potiskom na gumb ročnavhitrosti in avtomatska z potiskom na gumb
v ali Vobehprimerihčrpalka dela vodvisnostiodpretokavhitrostih
avtomatsko.Prinočnemrežimu je upoštevanašetemperaturamedijainvprimeru
padcatemperaturemedija,črpalkapreklopivhitrost padec(>10°C)alihitrost
padec(>20°C)negledenapretok.Kosetemperaturamedijadvigneza>20°C,je
spetomogočenodelovanjevodvisnostiodpretoka.Tanačinjeprimerenzasistemes
termostatskimiventiliinsistemekjertemperaturasistemaponočipade.
7. Vzdrževanje / servisiranje
Pred vzdrževalnimi deli ali servisiranjem črpalke jo je potrebno odklopiti iz
električnega omrežja. Zagotoviti je potrebno da nepooblaščena oseba ne
more izvršiti nekontroliranega ponovnega priklopa.
Privisokihtemperaturavodeintlakihvsistemihpustitidasečrpalkapredhodno
ohladi. Nevarnost opeklin!
Črpalkesoizvedenetako,dapodnormalnimipogojiobratujejovečletbrezvzdrževanja.
Vprimerudaljšeprekinitveobratovanjajemogoče,dačrpalkazablokira.
Deblokiramojoposledečempostopku:
Izključimočrpalko,zapremoventilenatlačniinsesalnistraničrpalke,odvijemovijakza
odzračevanjeinzizvijačem(sl.2-POZ.5),kigavstavimovzarezonagredi,sučemogred
tolikočasa,dapopustijosiletrenja.Natoprivijemovijakzaodzračevanje.

Aparatninamenjenuporabiosebam(upoštevajočtudiotroke)zzmanjšanimizičnimi,
čutnimialimentalimisposobnostmialispomankanjemiskušenjoz.znanjemrazen,česo
podnadzoromalipoučenigledeuporabe,sstraniosebeodgovornezanjihovovarnost.
Otrocimorajobitipodnadzorom,dabipreprečilinjihovoigroznapravo.
Ob naročanju rezervnih delov je potrebno navesti vse podatke z napisne tablice
črpalke.

2.6 Unilateral modication and spare parts manufacturing
Modicationsorchangestotheunitshouldonlybecarriedoutafterconsultationswith
themanufacturer.Originalsparepartsandaccessoriesauthorisedbythemanufacturer
areessentialforcompliancewithsafetyrequirements.Theuseofotherpartscancause
damagetotheequipmentandinvalidateanyclaimsforwarrantyorcompensation.
2.7 Unproven usage
Theoperatingsafetyofthepumpisonlyguaranteedprovided that the unit is used in
accordancewiththesection1.Thelimitvaluesgiveninthedatasheetshouldunderno

Protect the unit from moisture. During transport the pump should not
bedroppedorthrown.Thepumpmustbeusedwithinthetemperature

4. product deScription
4.1 Pump description
GHN(basic, auto), GHND (basic,auto):this is awet-rotorpump, which has abuilt-in
electric motor with three rotation speeds, representing hand (basic) and automatic (auto)
positions.
Themostimportantadvantagesofthisregulationare:
- energy saving and at the same time operational cost reduction,
- reducingthenoiselevelasaresultofexcessiveow.
5. inStallation
ATTENTION! Installation and start up should only be carried out by
qualified personnel!
5.1 Pump incorporation
- Pump should be incorporated only in appropriately ventilated premises, protected
againstfreezing.
- Thepumpshouldbeincorporated after nishingallweldingworksandrinsingthe
system.
- It is recommended to incorporate stop valves in front of and behind the pump, to
preventunloadingandreloadingthesystemincaseofeventualreplacementofthe
pump.
- Thepipesshouldbeafxedinawaytopreventburdeningthepumpwiththeirweight.
Thepipesmustnotbeoverstretched.
- The pump should be incorporated into piping system with the pump axis 1-1 in
horizontalposition(Fig.1).
- Toensurepumpsoperationwithminimumvibrationandnoise,thepumpshouldbe
incorporatedintothestraightpipingsectionwithlenghtofatleast5-10xD(Disthe
nominaldiameterofthepumptube)fromtheknee.
- Directionofwaterowthroughthepumpshouldmatchwithdirection,indicatedbyan
arrowonthepumpcasing(Fig.2-POS.1).
- Thepumpmustnotbeincorporatedintothesafetypumpingsystem.
- Thenominaltubediametershouldnotbesmallerthanthenominaldiameterofthe
pump.
- TheconnectingangesaredesignedfornominalpressureNP6/10(Fig.2–POS.8).
- GHN(basic,auto),GHNM(basic,auto)pumpshaveasinglehydrauliccasing(Fig.2
–POS.8).
- GHND (basic, auto), GHNMD (basic, auto) pumps have double hydraulic casing
(Fig.3–POS.11),whereatiltableapisbuilt-in(Fig.3–POS.10),tiltingautomatically,
dependingontheowdirectionofoneoranotherpump.
- Motor rotation direction in hydraulic casing is indicated on the rating plate.
- Pumps shoud be incorporated in places with easy access to enable further
maintenance works.
- Thepumpshouldbeincorporatedinawaytoprotectthemotorandconnectingcase
against possible dropping water and prevent equipment damage.

5.1.1 Insulation of the pump in cooling/conditioning systems
When using the pump in cooling systems and want to insulate the hydraulic casing, it is
necessarytoimplementdiffusedisolationofthehydrauliccasing.
ATTENTION!
Thehydrauliccasingofthepumpcanbeinsulatedonlytothecleftbetweenthemotor
andthehydrauliccasing.Openingsforcondensatedrainageshouldremainuncovered
and enable the drainage from the stator housing. Similarly, the same openings must
beuncoveredalsoinheatingsystems,whenonlythermalinsulationofhydrauliccasing
isimplemented(Fig.2,3,POS.15).Electricmotorcasing, on which the openings for
condensatedrainagearelocated,undernoconditionshoudnotbeinsulated!

5.2 Electrical mains connections
GHN (basic, auto), GHND (basic, auto) pumps are provided with built-in, three
phase electric motor, to be connected with A.C. mains of 3~400 V, 50Hz.
GHNM (basic, auto), GHNMD (basic, auto) type pumps have built-in, single
phaseelectricmotor1x230V,50Hz.
The motor is internally protected with bimetal switch. The electric motor
haveabuilt-in,thermalcutout,thatwillswitchofftheelectricmotorwhenitis
overheated.
The fuse for isolation of all poles from the mains should be incorporated in
accordance with the national electrical installation standards.
ThemotorprotectionswitchIskraMISMS25,SchrackALEAorsimilarswitches
areappropriatefuses.
The connecting wire has to be connected over a cable entry M20 (Fig.2 –
POS.7).
- Allwaterconnectionsmustbeinstalledatalevelatwhichthepipelineand/orhydraulic
casingofthepumpand/ormotorcasingarenotooded.
- Check that the mains voltage agree with the particulars stamped on the rating plate.
- Fuseonthesideofmains:pleaserefertotheratingplate.
- Thepump/systemmustbeearthed(grounded)inaccordancewiththeappropriate
standards.
5.2.1 Electrical connection of pumps
Electrical connections of the pump must be carried out in accordance with the wiring
diagram(Fig.4),attachedonthebottomofmotorcover.Beforedoingthatunwindthe
uppercover(Fig.2-POS.2).

In the pumps of types GHN (basic auto), GHND (basic, auto), GHNMD (basic, auto),
GHNMD (basic, auto) the rotor is submerged and provided with special water-lubricated
bearings. Before putting the pump into operation, it has to be lled with water and
deaerated.Deaeratethepumpbyunscrewingascrewonthebacksideoftheelectric
motor(Fig.2-POS.5).Airwillowoutthroughthecleftbetweenthemotorshaftandthe
bearing.Whenwaterstartstoowout,closethevalvesatboththesuctionandpressure
sideofthepump.Startthepumpandcheckthedirectionofshaftrotation.Incaseofa
wrongdirectionabuilt-inashlampwillstarttoblinkwithredlight.
Thepumpisalsoprovidedwithotherdetectorsforidentifyingerrors,listedinthetablebelow.

proceedsandthenumberofashesbetweentwointervalsindicatestheerrorcode.
Duringtheoperationandwithhightemperaturesofthepumpinguidthepump
will warm up. Do not touch the pump! Danger of burns!
6.2 Setting the speed for the pumps GHN, GHND, GHNM,
GHNMD ( basic)
Eachpumpisabletocovertheareasofthreehydrauliccharacteristics.Toachievethis,
ithasaninbuiltelectricmotorwiththreedifferentrevolutionspeeds.Forachievingthe
selected characteristics or speeds , the pump has a push button (Fig.2-POS.
4), with which we change speeds.
Setting the speed for the pumps GHN, GHND, GHNM, GHNMD (auto)
is possible by pushing the button formanualinspeeds andforautomatic
by pushing the button in or .Inbothcases,thepumpfunctionsautomaticallyin
speeds relativetoow.Duringnightmode thetemperatureofthemediumis
considered,andifthetemperatureofthemediumfalls,thepumpswitchestospeed for
a(>10°C)fall,orspeed fora(>20°C),regardlessofow.Whenthetemperature
risesfor>20°C,operationrelativetoowisagainenabled.Thismethodissuitablefor
systems with thermostatic valves and systems where the system temperature drops at
night.
7. Maintenance / Service
Beforeanyworkisstarted,checkthatthepumpisisolatedfromthepower
supply and cannot be energized. The user of the unit should prevent any
unauthorisedpersonfromuncontrolledrecouplingofthepump.
Incaseofhighwatertemperaturesandpressuresinthesystemallowthe
pump to cool. Danger of burns!
The pumps are high-quality products. For that reason they can operate in normal
conditions several years without maintenance.
Ifapumpdidnotoperateforalongerperiodoftime,itcanbeblockedwhenattempting
to start it.

Todeblockthepumpproceedasfollows:
Switchoffthepump,closethevalveonbothpressureandsuctionsidesofthepump,
unscrewtheventfordeaeration,placethescrewdriver(Fig.2-POS.5)inthenotchonthe
shaftandtwistaslongerasfrictionforcesallow.Thenscrewtheventfordeaereation.
Theunitisnotintendedforchildren,adultswithphysical,mentaloremotionalimpairments,
as well as unskilled people, unless under close supervision.
Never leave children unattended near the unit.
While ordering spare parts please provide all particulars indicated on the pump rating
plates.
NOTE: DEAERATE AND START UP THE PUMP ONLY WHEN THE CONNECTOR IS
SWITCHED TO SPEED (3).
