Before connecting the appliance to the mains, check that the mains supply v oltage corresponds
to the v oltage printed on the ty pe plate of the adapter. If the mains v oltage is different, consult
y our supplier.

End of life dir ectives
Inepro is pay ing a lot of attention to env ironmentally -friendly production. Your new dev ice contain
materials w hich can be recy cled and reused. A t the end of its life specialised companies can
dismantle the discarded dev ice to recy cle the reusable materials and to minimise the amount of
materials to be disposed of. P lease observ e the local regulations regarding the disposal of
packaging materials, exhausted batteries and old equipment.

Software Installation
Install Biometric Service
1. Install the biometric service by using the IBOS setup on the
application server that has Inepro Back Office Suite running and
select the Inepro Biometric service in the component list. (This
can be done by checking it at the initial setup of the Inepro Back
Office Suite as well).

Install Biometric Enroll Client
1. Install the Inepro Biometric Enroll Client on the workstation used
to enroll the fingerprints.
2. If the manager is installed, then the database and location can be
set.

Install Biometric Enroll Driver
1. Install the biometric enroll reader driver on the workstation that
will be used to enroll the fingerprints by checking the "launch
Install Suprema USB Fingerprint driver" checkbox.
2. Connect the biometric enroll reader.
Be ware! The biometric enroll reader is differs from the normal
fingerprint reader; it must and can only be used for enrolling the
fingerprints!

Enroll Fingerprint Information
1. Connect the enroll reader and start the Inepro Biometric Enroll
Client.
2. Enter the user information of the user that's about to be enroll.
3. Double-click the and the enrollment process will be started:

4. If the fingerprints are added correctly the normal fingerprint
reader can now be installed and used in the system.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting
No reader detected
1) The reader is not connected or cable has been damaged.
a) Please check the cable and USB connector of the reader for
damage.
b) Check if the cable is connected to the workstation.
2) The reader is connected but the connection has been undetected
in Windows.
a) Remove the USB cable and connect it again.
3) The USB driver has a problem that prevents it from detecting the
reader.
a) Check if the driver has been properly installed, if necessary
install it again.
b) Restart the workstation and try again.
4) A hardware problem or different issue causes this.
a) Contact the Inepro service desk.
