SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the product, please, consult your physician. This is extremely important for people with
pre-existing medical conditions. Do not use the Confidence Pro Folding Inversion table if you have any
of the following conditions:
•Extreme Obesity
•Glaucoma, Retinal Detachment or Conjunctivitis
•Pregnancy
•Spinal Injuries, Cerebral Sclerosis or swollen joints
•Middle Ear Infection
•High Blood pressure, Hypertension, a history of a Stroke or Transient Ischemic Attacks
•Heart or Circulatory Disorders for which you are being treated.
•Hiatus Hernia or Ventral Hernia
•Bone Weaknesses, Osteoporosis, unhealed Fractures, Modularly Pins or Surgically Implanted
•Orthopedic Supports
•Use Anti-Coagulants including Aspirin in high doses
The Inversion Table was designed for optimum safety; however certain precautions apply whenever it
is in use.
•Consult your physician before use.
•Always wear proper sport clothes and boots. Do not wear too loose clothes.
•If you feel weak or dizzy, at any time, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician.
•Keep away from kids and pets.
•Use by one person at the time.
•For maintenance, do not use acid or other aggressive cleansing agents.
•Assembly must be done according to manual. Regularly check all nuts and screw, tighten
them if necessary.
•Do not use wear or damaged product.
•Please be sure to monitor your body’s symptoms, make sure you come up slowly. If you
experience any dizziness this means that you have come up to fast. If you are nauseous come
up immediately.
•Weight limit: 150 kg
•Category H –for home use according to ČSN EN ISO 20957
•Place the product on flat and solid ground. For safety reasons keep a free space of min. 0,6 m
around the product.
•Protect from direct sunlight, do not expose to high temperatures, high humidity or other
negative aspects.
•The controller is powered by 2x AAA batteries (not included)

ASSEMBLY
Make sure you have enough free space before assembly. Make sure you have all the parts.
STEP 1
Connect the main frames (A) using the stabilizer (D), the engine holder (E), the connection frame (H)
with 12x bolts (1), 12x washers (13) and the connection rods (X) with 2x bolts (3) and 2x washer (13).
STEP 2
Attach the backrest (B) with 8x screws (2), 8x washers (14) and 8x nuts (9).

STEP 3
Attach the motor (J) on the top with bolt (5) washer (8) and nut (7). Attach the bottom with bolt (4),
washer (8) and nut (7).
STEP 4
Assemble the foot restraint system. Attach the heel holder (F) to the adjustable rod (G) with the bolt
(6), washer (14) and nut (9) and the heel holder (L) with the bolt (10), washer (14) and nut (9). Attach
the footrest (K) with the 2x bolts (11), 2x washers (13) and 2x nuts (15). Secure the leg clamps (F and
L) at the shaft end with 4x bolts (12) as shown to prevent the clamps from sliding out.

STEP 5
Attach the adjustable rod (G) to the frame. Make sure that all bolts and nuts are properly tightened.
BALANCING THE INVERSION TABLE
The inversion table is like a very sensitively balanced fulcrum. It responds to very slight changes in
weight distribution. So, it is very important to make sure that the height is adjusted properly．To do
this, mount the machine, lock your ankles into the heel holders, and lie back with your hands at your
sides. Slowly place your hands across your chest. While in this position, your head should still be
above our feet. If your feet are above your head, dismount and adjust the height again.
USING THE INVERSION TABLE
1. Start by lying fully back on the bed with your hands at your side or resting on your thighs and
make sure lock your ankles into the heel holders ．
2. Please press “∧”to raise the table and press “∨”to decline the table.
3. It is recommended that the inversion table be used for five or ten minutes each morning and
again each evening．
4. Return to the horizontal position after using．

1. Begin slowly: invert only 15~20 degrees to begin with. Stay inverted only as long as you are
comfortable. Return upright slowly．
2. Make gradual changes: Increase the angle only if it is comfortable. Increase angle only a few
degrees at a time. Increase the time of use 1~2 minutes up to ten over a period of weeks. Add
stretching and light exercise only after you are comfortable with inversion.
3. Watch your body: come up slowly. Dizziness after a session means you came up to fast.
Wait a while after eating before using table. Coming up immediately if you feel nauseous．
4. Keep moving: movement while inverted encourages blood circulation. Movement may be
accomplished by either rhythmic traction or light exercise. Do not exercise strenuously while
inverted, Limit partial inversion without movement to one or two minutes. Limit full inversion
with no movement to only a few seconds．
5. Invert regularly: we recommend two or three times a day depending upon your current
condition. Try to schedule it for the same times each day．
MAINTENANCE
1. Wipe away any sweat after exercise to avoid corrosion. Clean the appliance with a soft cloth
and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on plastic parts.
2. In case of increased noise from the bench it is necessary to check and tighten all screw
connections.
3. The product must be placed in clean, ventilated and dry areas.
4. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
After the product lifespan expired or if the possible repairing is uneconomic, dispose it according to the
local laws and environmentally friendly in the nearest scrapyard.
By proper disposal you will protect the environment and natural sources. Moreover, you can help
protect human health. If you are not sure in correct disposing, ask local authorities to avoid law
violation or sanctions.
Don’t put the batteries among house waste but hand them in to the recycling place.
