4.InstallationInstructions
Installation Location
Beforetheinstallation, pleasemakesurethemachinewill beinstalledon
an appropriateoperationtableandhaveenoughspaceforoperation.
Pleaseavoidthefollowingsituationwhenchoosingtheinstallationlocation:
Avoiddirectsunshine
Bad forventilating
Hightemperatureand humidity
ClosetotheACscoolorheat
Dustyorstrongvibration
Unevenorunstable
Installation Method
Openthepackage, pullthebandstotakeout themachinefromtheboxandput
themachinestably.
Takeoffall thetransportationfix.
Takeoutthestepswitchattachedintheboxandplugitintothejackonthe
machine,thenlockitwiththenut. Putthestepswitchonthefloor.
Caution: Whenplug thefootpedalswitchintothesocketonthe
machine,please maketheplugaimtothesocketthenplug
itinside,toavoidanydamagetotheplug.
Takeoutthepowerlineattachedintheboxandplugit intothe socketontheright
ofthemachine,thenconfirmweatherthepowervoltageissuitableforthe
machine.

Pleaseavoidchildrencloseupthemachinetoavoidanyharm.
Caution!
Accordingtothedifferentbladesystem,ourcreasing/perforating
machinesnormalrunningrangeforcreasingisbetween0.09-0.65mm
and forperforating islowerthan0.5mm.PleaseDONNOToperatewith
themachinebeyondtherunningrangetoavoidanydamagetothe
creasingknifeortransmissionsystem.Pleasemaintainandclean the
machinefrequentlytomakethemachinebelongtimeserviceable.
Ifanydamagewas appearedbyanybeyond running range
operation, wearesorrythatwillnotbeourrepairguarantee.
Pleasestopalltheworksbeforemovethemachineoropenthemachine
up torepair.

ImportantNote:
Usingthesuitablecreasingbladesystemaccordingtothethickness ofthepaperto
maketheperfectcreasingeffect. If thecreasingbladesystemisnotsuitableforthe
papermaycausebadcreasing effectorevendamagethecreasingbladesystem.

Makesurethepositionand sizeofthecreasing first,ifonlyonepieceofcreasing
isneeded,fixthepositionofleft-sideSlidePositioningModelaccordingtothe
creasingsize.
If twopieceofcreasing isneeded, i.e.bookspinecreasingandreadingcreasing
makesuretheposition ofbookspinecreasing first,movetheright-sideSlide
PositioningModeltothatpositionandfix,thenmovetheleft-sideSlidePosition
modeltocorrectposition and fixaccordingtothereadingcreasing sizeand
position.
When movingtheSlidePositioningModel,pleaseholditshead upand
movethemodelparallelly.Pleasedontmovewhenitshead on the
vernire,incaseanydamageoccurredtothemodelsuitorvernire.
When movingtheSlidePositioningModeltotheneededposition,please
pushitsheadthere,andfixedthescrewsmanually,thenthe modelis
fixedthere,incasethecreasingpositionisnotexact.
WhentheSlidePositioningModelisfixedintheneedposition,putdownthe
creasingpapersfromMechanismcoreprotectioncoverandrelyiton thefixed
SlidePositioning Modelbackside.
If onlyonepieceofcreasing isneeded,movethepaperrightward,and relyiton
thefixedright-sideSlidePositioningModelrightside.Step ontothestep switch,
waituntil themachinestopsandtakeout ofcreasing paper. Creasingisready.
Iftwopieceof creasingisneeded,movethepaperrightwardfirst, andrelyit onthe
fixedright-sideSlidePositioningModelrightside.Treatthefootpedal,waituntil
themachinestopsandthenmovethepaperleftward,relyitontheleft-sideSlide
PositioningModelleft side.Treat footpedalagain,waituntilthemachinestops
and takeoutofcreasingpaper.Creasing isready.
6.2Perforating Operation Instructions
ImportantNote:
Usingthesuitableperforating bladesystemaccordingtothethicknessofthepaperto
maketheperfectperforatingeffect. If theperforatingbladesystemisnotsuitablefor
thepapermaycausebad perforating effectorevendamagetheperforating blade
system.

movetheright-sideslidepositioningmodeltothatpositionandfix,thenmovethe
left-sideslidepositionmodeltotheseconddottedlinepositionandfix.
WhenmovingtheSlidePositioningModel,pleaseholditsheadup
and movethemodelparallelly. Please don’tmove whenitsheadon
thevernire,incase anydamageoccurredtothemodelsuitor
vernire.

Whenmoving theSlidePositioningModeltotheneededposition,
pleasepushitsheadthere, andfixedthescrewsmanually, thenthe
modelisfixedthere, incase thecreasingpositionisnotexact.
WhentheSlidePositioningModelisfixedintheneedposition,putdownthe
creasingpapersfromMechanismcoreprotectioncoverandrelyiton thefixed
SlidePositioning Modelbackside.
If onlyonepieceofperforating isneeded,movethepaperrightward, andrelyit on
thefixedright-sideSlidePositioningModelrightside.Treatthefootpedal,wait
untilthemachinestopsandtakeoutofperforatingpaper.Perforatingisready.
If twopieceofperforatingisneeded,movethepaperrightwardfirst,andrelyiton
thefixedright-sideSlidePositioningModelrightside.Treatthefootpedal,wait
untilthemachinestopsand thenmovethepaperleftward,relyitontheleft-side
SlidePositioningModelleft side.Treatthefootpedalagain,waituntil the
machinestopsand takeout ofperforatingpaper.Perforatingisready.
7.Troubleshooting
Ifthefollowing glitches appearedduring youroperation,please
stay calmand followthefollowing instructionstofixthe
glitches.Iftheglitches remainorotherglitches appear,
please find aprofessional maintenance person.
InsertthebladesystemintothemachinethroughtheBladeInstallationSlot.
Openthemachineandtest withapieceof paper.Ifthecreasing/perforating
effectisnotperfect,pleasefollowthestepsbelowtoadjustthe machine:
7.1Thecreasing/perforating istoo shallow/deep:
Takethedieoutoff themachine,loosethepress adjusting lock screw,ifthe
effectistooshallow,screwtheadjustingscrewcounter-clockwise,then
tightenthepress adjustinglockscrew.
Iftheeffectistoodeep,screwtheadjustingscrewclock wise,thentighten
thepress adjustinglock screw.Aftertheadjustment,insertthedieintothe
machineandtestagain,iftheeffectisstillunsatisfied,justrepeatthestep
above, untiltheeffectissatisfied.
7.2Thecreasing/perforating isnotbalanced:
Takethedieoutoffthemachine, loosethepress adjustinglock screwon the
sidewhichisshallow,screwtheadjusting screwcounter-clock wise,then
tightenthepress adjustinglock screw. Aftertheadjustment,insertthedieinto
themachineandtest again,if theeffectisstillunsatisfied, just repeatthestep
above, untiltheeffectissatisfied.
Caution: Everytimeof theadjustmenttothescrewCANNOTbeover90
degreestoavoidthemachinelocking.
