コネクタの取り扱い上の注意点を記述致します。御査収の程、宜しく御願い申し上げます。
This manual provides cautions to handle our FPC connector MINIFLEX4-ST properly and safely.
本手册提供了正确、安全地操作我们的 FPC 接头MINIFLEX4-ST 的注意事项。

1. コネクタ実装状態（FPC 挿入前）／Connector mounting state (Before FPC insertion)
／焊在 PCB 板上的时候（FPC 插入之前）
アクチュエータ開放状態での納入となりますので、FPC を挿入する前にアクチュエータを操作する必要はありません。
Connectors are delivered with actuator open. There is no need to operate the actuator before FPC insertion
原材料出厂的时候，钢琴盖子是打开状态，所以 FPC 插入之前不需要动它。

≪注意／Caution≫
・FPC 未挿入状態においてアクチュエータをクローズ（空閉じ）しても、接圧に大きな影響はなく、信頼性を損なう事は御座いません。
但し、接点間の寸法が狭くなり FPC を挿入する際に挿入力が高くなる可能性がありますので、極力避けて
頂きますよう、お願い申し上げます。
Even if the actuator is closed without FPC (FPC is not inserted), there is no remarkable affect to the contact
pressure and the reliability will not be damaged.
However, there is the possibility that the insertion force rises in inserting FPC, because the gap of contacts
became narrowed. Therefore, please avoid closing the actuator without FPC as much as possible.
即使钢琴盖子在没有 FPC（FPC 未插入）的情况下关闭，也不会对接触压力产生显著影响，也不会损坏连接器的可靠性。
但是，因为在没有 FPC 插入的状态下关闭过钢琴盖，对连接器触点的间隙有轻微影响，所以，在插入 FPC 的过程中，插入
力有可能会比没有关闭过的要高一些。因此，请尽量避免在没有 FPC 的情况下关闭钢琴盖子。
・補修などで手半田を行う場合は、コンタクトテールに触れないように御願い致します。
また、過度の半田及びフラックスは供給しないで下さい。
In case of the manual mounting do not to touch contact tail.
Please do not use excessive amount of solder and flux compounds.
在手动安装的情况下，不要接触接触尾部。
请不要使用太多的焊料和助焊剂化合物。
エンボス納入時よりアクチュエータは開放状態です。
The actuator is open when delivered in the embossed
tape packaging.
Emboss 里的钢琴盖子是打开着的。

2. FPC 挿入方法／FPC Insertion Method／FPC 插入方式
FPC をコネクタに対して真っ直ぐに挿入して下さい。
FPC がしっかり奥まで挿入出来ているか、確認して下さい。
Please insert FPC straight in the connector.
Please confirm FPC is inserted into the end of mating part fully.
请将柔性线路板直接插入连接器
请确认FPC 已完全插入配合部分的末端

≪注意／Caution≫
・図 4 の様に FPC が斜め挿入になると、導通不良や短絡及び LOCK 不良の原因になります。
If it become the oblique insertion of FPC as shown in Fig. 4, electrical connection NG, short circuit and
Lock NG will be caused.
如果 FPC 斜插入，则有可能导致电气连接不良、短路和会导致锁定不良。

★FPC の切り欠き部と、HOUSING の段差を確認する事で、FPC の挿入確認が容易になります。
The check of FPC insertion becomes easy by preparing the cutout in FPC and preparing the HOUSING step.
确认FPC 中的切口位置和塑料（图蓝色线部分），使得检查 FPC 插入是否到位变得容易。

・コネクタ間口付近にて FPC を上から押さえつけないで下さい。
コンタクト接点部が FPC へダメージを与え、コンタクトの変形、導通不良になる恐れがあります。
Please do not suppress FPC near a connector.
Contact gives damage to FPC and contact is damaged. It becomes the electrical connection NG.
请不要在连接器附近按下 FPC，这样会造成 FPC 接触点损坏，以及连接器的接触顶点损坏，从而发生接触不良。

3. アクチュエータのクローズ方法／To close actuator／关闭钢琴盖子方式
アクチュエータの中央部を FPC 挿入方向から水平に、指の腹で押して下さい。
Push the center of actuator to the arrowed direction horizontally with finger cushion
from the FPC inserting direction.
从 FPC 插入方向用手指推动钢琴盖中心位置，水平推到箭头方向。

≪注意／Caution≫
・アクチュエータをクローズする際、アクチュエータを上から押さえつけないで下さい。
アクチュエータが破損し、機能を損なう恐れがあります。
Please do not press an actuator from a top.
Actuator is damaged and a function is not satisfied.
请不要按压钢琴盖子上方，以免造成钢琴盖子损坏，从而影响连接器的功能。

Please do not operate side of an actuator.

・クローズ後に上面のコンタクトを爪などで押さえつけないで下さい。 コンタクトが変形する恐れがあります。
Please do not press contact on top by a nail etc. after a close actuator. Contacts are damaged.
关闭钢琴盖子后，请不要用手指或指甲按压接触 pin，这样会造成接触点损坏。

・クローズ後にハウジング上面やアクチュエータを押さえつけないで下さい。
コネクタ破損や FPC へダメージを与え、導通不良になる恐れがあります。
Please do not press housing on top and actuator after a close actuator.
Connector and FPC are damaged. It becomes the electrical connection NG.
关闭钢琴盖子后，请不要按压连接器本体或钢琴盖，这样会造成连接器和FPC 损坏，从而发生连接不良。

・ピンセット等の鋭利な工具を使用して操作しないで下さい。 コネクタを傷つける恐れがあります。
Please do not operate it using a sharp tool. (For example, tweezers) Connector is damaged.
请不要用锋利的工具操作（例如镊子等），这样会造成连接器损坏。

4. アクチュエータの解除方法／To release actuator／打开钢琴盖子方式
アクチュエータの中央部を上に軽く跳ね上げる様に引き上げて下さい。
Raise the center of actuator upwards lightly.
在钢琴盖的中心位置，轻轻向上抬起钢琴盖子。

解除操作が困難な場合は、下記のような JIG を使用し、アクチュエータの中央部を上に軽く跳ね上げる様に
引き上げて下さい。
When release actuator is difficult, raise the center of actuator upwards lightly using the following JIG.
打开钢琴盖子困难的话，请使用如下图治具轻轻地向上抬起钢琴盖子中心。

・アクチュエータを解除する際、FPC 嵌合側に押さえつけないで下さい。
アクチュエータの破損やコンタクトの変形が発生する恐れがあります。
Please do not press to the direction of FPC mating side. Actuator and contacts are damaged.
打开钢琴盖子的时候，请不要水平方向推压，这样会造成钢琴盖子和接触点损坏。

5. FPC の抜去方法／To withdraw FPC／FPC 抜去方法
・アクチュエータ解除状態で真っ直ぐ FPC を抜去して下さい。
Please withdraw FPC straight in the connector with actuator release condition.
请在钢琴盖子处于打开的状态下，将 FPC 拔离连接器。

≪注意／Caution≫
・FPC を斜めに抜去しないで下さい。コネクタ及び FPC を破損させる原因となります。
Please refrain from slanted withdrawing FPC. It may cause deformation of Connector and FPC.
请不要斜拉 FPC，这样可能导致连接器和 FPC 变形。

・アクチュエータクローズ状態で FPC を抜去しないで下さい。FPC を破損させる原因となります。
Please refrain from withdrawing FPC with actuator close condition. It may cause deformation of FPC.
在钢琴盖子关闭的状态下，请不要将 FPC 强制拔出，这样会造成 FPC 损坏。

If FPC receives damage like Fig.21, FPC retention force will be down, please exchange to new FPC.

6. FPC の屈曲・取り回しについて／Flexion of FPC／关于 FPC 屈曲
FPC を屈曲される場合は、FPC 補強板の先より曲げてください。
Please bend from the end of FPC stiffener.
如果需要弯曲 FPC，请从FPC 增强板以外的位置开始弯曲。

≪注意／Caution≫
・FPC 嵌合状態での FPC コネクタ出口部（FPC 补強板）に、必要以上にストレスが加わらない様、
取り扱いには十分注意願います。 ハウジングの破損、コンタクトの変形、導通不良になる恐れがあります。
Please avoid applying excessive stress to the FPC connector exit part (FPC stiffener) with FPC inserted.
Housing and contacts are damaged. It becomes the electrical connection NG.
在FPC 插入的状态下，请避免对FPC 补强板部位施加过大的力，这样会造成塑料和接触点损坏，发生连接不良。

7. 実装後の基板の反りに関して/ Regarding board warp after mounting./ 关于 SMT 后的 PCB 板变形
90mm 幅の PCB の反りが 0.5mm 以下となるように注意してください。過剰な反りを加えるとコネクタが破損する恐れがあります。
(参照規格：JEITA ED-4702C)
Be careful that warp of 90mm width PCB is 0.5mm or less. If excessive warp is applied, Connector is damaged.
(Reference standard: JEITA ED-4702C)
注意 90mm 宽的 PCB 的变形度不应超过0.5mm。如果过多的翘曲，会造成连接器损坏。（参考：JEITA ED-4702C）
