【FFC/FPC 挿入手順/FFC/FPC Insertion Method】
①図2-1 の様に、FFC/FPC パターンを基板方向に向け、基板に対し平行にセットする。
Set the FFC / FPC so that the pattern faces PCB side as shown in Figure 2-1, insert it parallel to the PCB.

本製品は片側接点タイプです。
図2-2 のように FFC/FPC パターンが反基板方向に向いた状態での挿入はしないでください。
EVAFLEX 5-SE-GHT is a single-side contact type connector.
Do not insert FFC/FPC pattern facing anti-PCB side. (Fig.2-2)

② 図 2-3 の様に、FFC/FPC をコネクタに対して、水平に挿入していき、奥までしっかり挿入する。
※奥までしっかり挿入するとロックがかかります。
Insert FFC/FPC horizontally into the connector and push it all the way in. (Fig.2-3)
※FFC/FPC will be locked when insertion is completed.

插入方法
図2-4 (a)斜め挿入(製品ピッチ方向)は10°以内とし、コネクタに対して垂直になるまでは、挿入方向に過度な荷重は加えずに
仮挿しした後、挿入してください。
In case of slightly insertion from the connector pitch direction, misalignment allowable angle is maximum 10 degrees (Fig.2-4 (a)).
Slightly insert the connector (Connector pitch direction) without applying excessive load.Insert FFC / FPC fully until it is vertical
to the connector.
図2-4 (b)操作側、反操作側からの斜め挿入は、嵌合間口に沿わせながら、挿入方向以外への過度な荷重は加えず仮挿し
した後、最終嵌合位置まで挿入方向に対して 15°以内で挿入してください。
In case of slightly insertion from the operating and anti-operating direction, place the FFC/FPC along the mating throttle. Slightly insert the
FFC/FPC and excessive load shall not be applied. The FFC/FPC shall be inserted within 15 degrees to the inserting direction. (Fig.2-4 (b))

図2-5 の様に、10°以上斜めの状態で押すと、ロックが掛からない恐れや、コネクタ及び FPC/FFC の損傷の
恐れがあります。
Do not exceed 10 degrees angle, as this may cause incomplete lock or may deform connector or FFC/FPC.
<注 2/Caution 2>
図2-6 の様に、15°以上の斜めの状態で押すと、コネクタ及び FFC/FPC の破損の原因になります。
Do not exceed 15 degrees angle or it will not be locked nor may deform connector or FFC/FPC.

【FFC/FPC 抜去手順/FFC/FPC Withdrawal Method】
① 図 3-1 の様に、FFC をつまみながらロック解除ボタンを押す。
Push a release button on the connector while pinching the FFC/FPC.
.
② 図 3-2 の様に、確実にロック解除ボタンを押したまま FFC/FPC を嵌合間口に対し垂直に引き抜く。
Withdraw FFC/FPC from the connector vertically while pushing the release button. (Fig.3-2)

FFC/FPC は嵌合間口に対し垂直に引き抜いて下さい。
回転抜去(図.3-3)を行うと、FFC/FPC のパターンにダメージを与える恐れがありますので、
極力行わないで下さい。回転抜去を行ってしまった場合は、
FFC/FPC のパターンのダメージを確認の上、御使用願います。(写真 3-1 )
Withdraw FFC/FPC from connector vertically.
Do not withdraw FFC/FPC with rotation (Fig.3-3) or it may damage FFC/FPC pattern. If fail to do so, make sure that
FFC/FPC pattern is not damage before its usage. (Photo.3-1)

Do not push the release button toward anti-operating direction or horizontal direction or it may deform nor cause short circuit.

解除ボタンを押さずに FFC/FPC の抜去(無理抜き)はしないで下さい。(図3-6 )FFC/FPC 及びコネクタを破損させる

【コネクタ取り扱いにおける注意事項/Cautions in handling the connector】
①コネクタ嵌合状態及び FFC 抜去時にて、FFC/FPC を基板に対して垂直に引っ張らないで下さい。(写真 4-1 )
コネクタ及び FFC/FPC の破損の原因になります。
Do not pull FFC/FPC toward vertical to PCB, as this may damage FFC/FPC or the connector. (See Photo. 4-1)
② FFC/FPC 引き回しの際は、コネクタ及び FFC/FPC に過大な力が掛からない様、ご注意願います。
コネクタ破損及び FFC/FPC 断線の原因となります。
Do not apply excessive force to the connector and FFC/FPC or they may be damaged.
③ 常にコネクタに力が掛かるような FFC/FPC 引き回しは、ご遠慮願います。
嵌合不良、コネクタ及び FFC/FPC の破損の原因となります。
Do not pull around FFC/ FPC that will apply continuous stress to the connector, as this may cause mating failure or damage
to the connector and FFC/FPC.
