2.2 Preparations
1. Open the arm
locking device
(twin model only)
2. Turn main switch to
its ON position
3. Push the reset
button (1.)to move
machine to its home
position.

2.3 Mount the
film roll
1. Press the film roll
up to the lowest
surface of the film
distributor
2. Pull a length of
film off the film roll
and thread the film
around the guide
rollers as shown in
the adjacent
drawing
2.5 Adjust the
wrapping settings
1. Select wrapping mode
You may select any of
three different wrapping
modes:
- First wrapping height of
77cm. (1.)
- Second wrapping height
of 133cm. (2.)
- Third wrapping height of
190cm. (3.)
2. Adjust top and bottom
wrapping by pressing the
push buttons (▲or ▼).
3. Adjust the degree of
overlap
Press info button
Adjust overlap degree by
pressing the push buttons
(▲or ▼).
Choose one of three
choices:
- Much
- Medium
- Little
2.4 Adjust film
tension
Use the brake wheel to
adjust the optimum film
tension
Release roller brake (lift
brake plate up)

2.6 Wrapping
1. Complete machine
can be moved by
forklift or pallet truck
next to the rollcages.
(twin model only)
2. Move rollcage to
one of two wrapping
stations and fix it in
the rollcage holder.
3. Press Reset button
4. Pull the film out far
enough to enable it to
be fastened to the
corner of the rollcage.
Tie the film firmly to
the pallet.
5. Press the Start
button

SAFETY
SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINES
5.1 General
Please read the operating instructions
carefully before operating the
machine. The machine has automatic
functions which could endanger the
safety of an inexperienced operator.
5.3 Hazard zone
No persons or objects other than the
product to be wrapped shall be
present in the hazard zone during
operation of the machine. The
hazard zone is the light colored area
shown in the adjacent drawing.
5.2 Safety equipment
1. The EMERGENCY-STOP button
stops the unit in a safe position. The
unit cannot be restarted until the
button is pulled out again.
2. The rotary arm is equipped with a
safety edges which stops the
machine in case of contact.
(counterforce of ≥100N).
3. Flashing warning light
- Flashing when machine is operating.
Do not enter the hazard zone while
warning light is flashing.
5.4 Safety notes
1. Never enter the area
between the tower and the
pallet while the machine is
in operation. You could be
trapped and seriously
injured.
2. Never enter in the hazard
zone after hearing
“wrapping start” warning
signal.
(4 *signal). Few seconds
after signal the wrapping
cycle is starting.
When moving the machine,
always ensure that the two
wrapping arms are locked.
Check that the machine is
stable before you begin
wrapping.
