remove the insulating strip from the
remote control
Remove the insulating mylar
strip from the battery if the
battery is being used for
the rst time. It is located at
the bottom back side of the
remote control.
replace the remote control battery
Replace the remote control battery when it stops (normally
every two years). Only use a CR2025 lithium cell battery. Keep
in mind that lighting and other room conditions, in addition
to battery age, can aect the operating range of the remote
control.

Handling the Battery
• Improper or incorrect use of batteries may cause corrosion
or battery leakage, which could cause re, personal injury or
damage to property.
• Install the battery correctly by following the polarity (+ and
-) indications in the battery compartment.
• When the battery is exhausted, the remote control will not
function.
• Only use the battery type indicated in this manual.
• Do not dispose of the used battery as domestic waste.
Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations.
• Small button cell batteries such as the one used in the
remote control are easily swallowed by young children and
this is dangerous. Keep loose button cells away from young
children and make sure that the battery holder tray is secure
in the remote control. Seek medical advice if you believe a
cell has been swallowed.
Handling the Remote Control
• Take care of your ngernails when you press and hold the
battery release tab.
• Do not drop or cause impact to the remote control.
• Do not spill water or any liquid on the remote control.
• Do not place the remote control on a wet object.
• Do not place the remote control under direct sunlight or
near sources of excessive heat.
• Remove the battery from the remote control when not in
use for a long period of time, as it could cause corrosion
or battery leakage and may result in physical injury and/or
property damage including re.

dock adapter
Insert the dock adapter that ts your iPhone model, then plug
in your iPhone. The adapter number is marked at the back of
each dock adapter. The below adapters are provided with the
product. For other iPhone models, please contact the store
where you purchased your iPhone.

Plug the dock adapter into the
iPhone slot.
Please use a at-edged tool to remove the dock adapter if you
encounter any diculties.

charging and sync
To charge your iPhone with power adapter:
1. Connect the dock station to USB power adapter and plug
Apple device into the dock for charging.
2. Connect the dock station to computer for charging and sync
via the mini USB cable.

1. Plug the yellow video connector into the composite video
input port on your TV or receiver. Plug the write and red
audio connections into the left and right analog audio input
ports respectively, on your TV or receiver. Plug the mini
HDMI connectors of component AV cable into the Dock
Station.
2. Put the dock adapter suitable for iPhone into the iPhone
slot of the dock station, and insert the iPhone into the dock
station to ensure that the Apple 30 pin connector of the
dock station is duly connected to iPhone connector.
3. Then you can enjoy the relaxing time with the remote
control.
Docking only support video playback. No output with
audio only le.

hints and tips
1. I cannot start a slideshow with my remote control.
• You cannot start a slideshow remotely. You must use the
iPhone’s controls to start a slideshow. After you start the
slideshow, you can control it with your remote control. For
more information about your iPhone photo capabilities,
refer to your iPhone documentation.
2. Why is my remote control not responding?
• For the remote control to work as intended with your
iPhone, it must be running the most updated Apple
software. If your need to upgrade, simply visit the Apple
iPhone website and follow the instructions there for a free
download.
• If it still does not work, please unplug the power adapter for
1 minute, then plug it back in. This resets the system.
3. Why is there no sound?
• Check if your iPhone is correctly docked in the docking
station.
• Check if your iPhone is playing.
• Check if your speaker is turned on, and the right input
source is selected, and the volume is turned up.
• Check if the cable and power adapter are rmly and
correctly connected and plugged in.

4. Why doesn’t the docking station charge my iPhone’s
battery?
• Check if your iPhone is correctly docked in the docking
station.
• Check if your power adapter is rmly plugged in the
docking station and the mains socket.
5. Why doesn’t my remote control function?
• Check if your iPhone is correctly docked in the docking
station.
• Try the remote control from dierent locations. Strong
lighting or other room conditions can aect the remote
control.
• Make sure nothing is blocking the infrared (IR) signal path
between the remote control and the docking station.
6. Why doesn’t the iPhone video output function?
• Video cable is not connected properly. Connect the video
cable to the TV, and make sure the cable is inserted rmly
into the correct socket and fully connected to the video
output socket.
• iPhone software compatibility problem, make sure your
iPhone is running with the most updated Apple software.

• The mains socket must be located near the unit and should
be easily accessible.

Temperature
• Avoid extreme degrees of temperature, either hot or cold.
Place the unit well away from heat sources such as radiators
or gas/electric res.
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and other sources of heat.
Naked Flames
• Never place any type of candle or naked ame on the top of
or near the unit.

Moisture
• To reduce the risk of re, electric shock or product damage,
do not expose this unit to rain, moisture, dripping or
splashing. No objects lled with liquids, such as vases,
should be placed on the unit.
• If you spill any liquid into the unit, it can cause serious
damage. Switch it o at the mains immediately. Withdraw
the mains plug and consult your dealer.
Ventilation
• To prevent the risk of electric shock or re hazard due to
overheating, ensure that curtains and other materials do not
obstruct the ventilation vents.
• Do not install or place this unit in a bookcase, built-in
cabinet or in another conned space. Ensure the unit is well
ventilated.
Safety
• Always disconnect the unit from the mains supply before
connecting/disconnecting other devices or moving the unit.
• Unplug the unit from the mains socket during a lightning
storm.
Mains Cable
• Make sure the unit is not resting on top of the mains cable,
as the weight of the unit may damage the mains cable and
create a safety hazard.
• If the mains cable is damaged it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualied
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Interference
• Do not place the unit on or near appliances which may
cause electromagnetic interference. If you do, it may
adversely aect the operating performance of the unit, and
cause a distorted picture or sound.

Standby
• The unit will continue to draw electricity from the mains
supply while in standby. In the interests of safety and to
avoid unnecessary energy consumption, never leave the
unit in standby while unattended for long periods of time,
e.g. overnight, while on holiday or while out of the house.
Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket.
Batteries
• Batteries used in the remote control for this unit are easily
swallowed by young children and this is dangerous.
• Keep loose batteries away from young children and make
sure that the battery holder tray is secure in the remote
control. Seek medical advice if you believe a cell has been
swallowed.

Supervision
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the unit and the remote control.
• Never let anyone especially children push anything into the
holes, slots or any other openings in the case - this could
result in a fatal electric shock.
Service

The unit does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Please
leave all maintenance work to qualied personnel.
• Do not open any xed covers as this may expose dangerous
voltages.
Maintenance
• Ensure to unplug the unit from the mains socket before
cleaning.
• Do not use any type of abrasive pad or abrasive cleaning
solutions as these may damage the unit’s surface.
• Do not use liquids to clean the unit.
