3.Safety
3.1Authorizeduse
Thismachineisdesignedforsawingwood,woodderived
materialsaswellassimilartobemachinedhardplasticsonly.
Machiningofothermaterialsisnotpermittedandmaybe
carriedoutinspecificcasesonlyafterconsultingwiththe
manufacturer.
Nometalworkpiecesmaybemachined.
Theworkpiecemustallowtosafelybeloaded,supportedand
guided.
Donotcutroundstockwithoutsuitablejigsorfixtures.The
rotatingsawbladecouldturnthework‐piece.
Theproperusealsoincludescompliancewiththeoperating
andmaintenanceinstructionsgiveninthismanual.
Themachinemustbeoperatedonlybypersonsfamiliarwith
itsoperation,maintenanceandrepairandwhoarefamiliar
withitshazards.
Therequiredminimumagemustbeobserved
Themachinemustonlybeusedinatechnicallyperfect
condition
Whenworkingonthemachine,allsafetymechanismsand
coversmustbemounted.
Inadditiontothesafetyrequirementscontainedinthis

3.2Generalsafetynotes
Woodworkingmachinescanbedangerousifnotused
properly.Thereforetheappropriategeneraltechnicalrulesas
wellasthefollowingnotesmustbeobserved.
Readandunderstandtheentireinstructionmanualbefore
attemptingassemblyoroperation.
Keepthisoperatinginstructionclosebythemachine,
protectedfromdirtandhumidity,andpassitovertothenew
ownerifyoupartwiththetool.
Nochangestothemachinemaybemade.
Dailyinspectthefunctionandexistenceofthesafety
appliancesbeforeyoustartthemachine.
Donotattemptoperationinthiscase,protectthemachineby
unpluggingthemainscord.
Removealllooseclothingandconfinelonghair.
Beforeoperatingthemachine,removetie,rings,watches,
otherjewellery,androllupsleevesabovetheelbows.
Wearsafetyshoes;neverwearleisureshoesorsandals.

Nevercutseveralwork‐piecesatthesametime–andalsono
bundlescontainingseveralindividualpieces.Riskofpersonal

Whencuttingroundstock,useasuitablejigtopreventthe
work‐piecefromturning.

Feedtheworkpiecetowardsthesawbladeinthedirectionof
thesawline.Pushtheworkpiecesteadilyforward;complete
thecutasasinglemovement.
Supportlongandwideworkpieceswithhelpingrollerstands.
Operatinghints:
Alwaysobservethesafetyinstructionsandadheretothe
currentregulations.
Ensurethatthesawbladeprotectivecoverisinthecorrect

positionbeforeyoustartsawing.
Thesawblademustfirstreachfullspeedbeforecuttingmay

Alwayswearsuitablegloveswhenhandlingsawblades.
