Please ensure instructions are rea in full before attempting to assemble this pro uct.

Please check the pack contents before attempting to assemble this pro uct. A full checklist of parts is
given in this leaflet. If any parts are missing, broken, amage , or worn, stop using this pro uct until
repairs are ma e an factory replacement parts are installe . You may obtain replacement parts by
calling 0-800-051-6775 (U ).
Please note that a receipt is require for all warranty replacements. Service hours are: UK Stan ar
Time: 2:00 pm-1:00 am Monday – Friday.
This pro uct is HEAVY, it shoul be assemble as near as possible to the point of use. TA E CARE
WHEN LIFTING to avoi personal injury an (or) amage to the pro uct.
This pro uct takes approximately 20 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which shoul be EPT AWAY FROM YOUNG
CHILDREN.

Step by step assembly instructions
Step One
1. Turn the base (E) upsi e own on a protective surface, press the casters (F) into the holes at the
en of each leg.

Step Two
1. Turn the base (E) upright an insert the gas lift (G) into the center hole of the base (E).

Step Three
1. Place the seat plate (C) on the bottom of seat cushion (B), align the seat plate so the FRONT on
the seat plate (C) matches the FRONT label on the bottom of seat cushion (B), insert the 1-3/8”
screws (H) into the front holes of seat plate (C) an 7/8” screws (I) into the rear holes of seat
plate (C), tighten the screws by using the Allen Key (L).

Step Four
1. Place the back cushion (A) on a protective floor, put the seat cushion (B) with seat plate (C) on a
right angle an assemble the back support plate on back cushion (A) over the seat plate (C)
by using 1-1/4” screws (J) with Allen Key (L). Do not tighten the screws completely.

Step Five
1. Place the assemble chair on top of gas lift (G) an press own untill fully engage .

Step Six
1. Assemble the arms (D) onto the si es of the seat cushion (B) an back cushion (A) by using 1-3/4”
screws (K) with the Allen Key (L). Now tighten all the screws. Remember to tighten the screws on
the back support plate.

Operating instructions
Chair Height A justment
While seate , lean forwar an reach un er the right si e of the chair to fin the han le. Lift the han le
an raise your bo y up slightly to allow the chair to rise to the esire height. To lower the seat, lift the
han le while applying more weight ownwar on the seat. The chair will escen until the han le is
release or the chair reaches the bottom position.

Tilt Tension A justment
Reach un er the front center of the chair, grasp the roun knob an turn counter- clockwise to make
the tilt mechanism firmer (stiffer). To make the tilt mechanism less firm, twist the knob clockwise until
the esire resistance is foun .

Tilt Lockout Operating
While seate , reach un er the left si e of the chair to fin the han le. When the han le is place in the
level position, leaning back to allow the chair to tilt backwar s, push own the han le to lock the chair
angle while the esire position is reache .

This chair is inten e to be use in the office or home.
If components are missing, broken or amage , stop use of the pro uct until repairs are ma e.
Use only factory authorise components as replacements. (Please see contact etails on page 1)
