Werkzeug öffnen.

Klapppositionierer herausklappen.

stop. Please pay attention to the
correct cross section.

Close the tool lightly until the
contact is held
(1.rachet lever).
Werkzeug leicht
vorschließen, bis
Kontakt gehalten
wird (1.Rastung).
Insert the cable until insulation
stop blade.
Leiter bis Iso-Stop Blech
einschieben.
Close the tool.
Werkzeug schließen.
Open the tool.
Werkzeug öffnen.

Loosen the ap locator.
Klapppositionierer lösen.
Remove the crimped contact.
Gecrimpten Kontakt entnehmen.

MAINTENANCE
The tool has to be kept clean and oiled occasionally. Referring to the results of the
life-time simulation we recommend the exchange of the locator after 1000 cycles at
the latest. Furthermore we recommend checking the tool regularly by measuring the
dimensions indicated in the specications of the
crimp terminal.
WARTUNG
Das Werkzeug muss unbedingt sauber gehalten und gelegentlich geölt werden.
Gemäß den Resultaten des Lebensdauertests empfehlen wir den Austausch der
Locator nach spätestens 1000 Zyklen. Weiterhin empfehlen wir das Werkzeug in
regelmäßigen Abständen durch Messen, der in der Spezikation des Crimpkontaktes
angegebenen Maße, zu überprüfen.
