PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
Before you start:
1.Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may damage the
product
2.Take care when lifting. Product should be assembled as near as possible to the point of
use
3.Ensure that you have all required contents for complete assembly
4.Always read the assembly instructions carefully before beginning assembly.
5.Keep all hardware parts and packaging out of reach of small children.
6.Do not over tighten the screws and bolts as this may damage the threads
7.Assembly is to be carried out by a competent adult(s) ONLY
8.During assembly, children should be kept away from the product due to possible risk to
injury.
9.Do not use this item if any components are missing or damaged.
10.Please keep the instructions for future reference.

STEP 1:
•Prepare a protected surface with a blanket or cardboard.
•Attach the 4x feet(2) to the headboard(1) and footboard(3), as
shown below. Use 1x bolt(B) and washer(F) per feet, Fasten with
M8 allen key(M) .
•Attach the base support(4) to the footboard(3), as shown below.
Use 2x bolt(B) and washer(F) , Fasten with M8 allen key(M) .
STEP 2:
•Connect a siderail right(5) to the headboard and footboard.
Secure with 3x bolt(E), spring washer(H) and washer(F) per
corner. Fasten with M8 allen key(M).
•Repeat for the other side rail.
•Attach the down cross rail(14) to the siderail left and right, as
shown below. Use 2x bolt(C) per side, Fasten with M6 allen
key(L) .

STEP 3:
•Attach the right and left wing(21)(22) to the headboard(1), as
shown below. Use 3x bolt(B) and washer(F) per side, Fasten with
M8 allen key(M) .
•Attach the corner bracket(O) to the footboard(3) and siderail, as
shown below. Use 4x bolt(C) per side, Fasten with M6 allen
key(L) .
STEP 4:
•Attach the 2x base side bar(9) to the base front bar(7), as shown
below. Use 1x bolt(B), 2x washer(F) per side, and lock with
nut(G). Fasten with M8 allen key(M) and hold the nut with a
spanner(N).
•Attach the centre rail(10) to the middle of base front bar(7), as
shown below. Use 2x bolt(B), 4x washer(F), and lock with nut(G).
Fasten with M8 allen key(M) and hold the nut with a spanner(N).

STEP 5:
•Attach the centre cross rail(11) to the bottom of base side bar
and centre rail, as shown below. Thread 1x bolt(A) and 2x
washer(F) per side from the top, and lock with nut(G). Fasten
with M8 allen key(M) and hold the nut with a spanner(N).
STEP 6:
•Set in the base lift strap(I) to the base back bar(8).
•Repeat STEP 4 to attach base back bar(8) with base side bar(9)
and centre rail(10). A square frame is formed.

STEP 7:
•Attach the mattress support(12) to the base front bar(7), as
shown below. Use 2x bolt(D) per side,.Fasten with M6 allen
key(L) .
•Attach 2x support leg(13) to middle bottom of base front bar(7)
and centre rail(10), as shown below. Use 2x bolt(D) and washer(F)
per leg. Fasten with M6 allen key(L) .
STEP 8:
•Attach the 2x hinge support rail(15) and gas lift(16) to the
siderail right/left, as shown below. Use 4x bolt(K) and washer(F)
per side. Fasten with M6 allen key(L).
•Lock the cylinder (17) with nut(G) and tighten with a spanner(N).
All the holes are in the middle

STEP 9:
•Attach the 2x base side bar(9) to the gas lift(16), as shown below.
Use 3x bolt(D) and washer(F) per side. Fasten with M6 allen
key(L).
STEP 10:
•Attach an end cap(19) onto every slat, 1 per slat(18).
•Take 2x slats and cup the non capped end into either side of
the centre cap(20). Form 15x slat pairs.
•Attach the slat pairs to the bed as shown below. Push the caps
into the holes.
The first hole is on the left.
The second and third holes are in the middle

PRODUCT CARE:
FURNITURE / BED
1. When assembling your furniture / bed please ensure that you have
checked the contents for all relevant parts.
2. When tightening bolts make sure that they are fully tightened but not
forced.
3. When moving your fully assembled bed you must first remove the
mattress and lift the frame into position, take care when lifting and
always have two people handling the bed. PLEASE DO NOT DRAG THE
BED as this will cause damage to the rail.
4. It is advisable to use approved cleaning products when cleaning the
furniture and bed frame as certain chemical based cleaners could have
an adverse effect on the bed finish.
