PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
Allow 40 min
For 2 person Additional tools required
Before you start:
1. Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may
damage the product
2. Take care when lifting. Product should be assembled as near as possible to the
point of use
3. Ensure that you have all required contents for complete assembly
4. Always read the assembly instructions carefully before beginning assembly.
5. Keep all hardware parts and packaging out of reach of small children.
6. Do not over tighten the screws and bolts as this may damage the threads
7. Assembly is to be carried out by a competent adult(s) ONLY
8. During assembly, children should be kept away from the product due to possible
risk to injury.
9. Do not use this item if any components are missing or damaged.
10. Please keep the instructions for future reference.

• Prepare a floor or benchtop with a protective
blanket or carboard.
• Fix runners (J1)to panels (5)(6) with screws (F).
• Fix cam pin (A) to panels (5)(6).
STEP 2:
• Fix pusher base (P2)to panels (5)(6)(7) with screws (F).
• Fix the pusher (P1) to pusher base (P2).

STEP 3:
• Attach panel (5)(6) to panel(7) with dowel(D) and cam lock (B)
STEP 4:
• Fix cam pin (A) and dowel(D) to panel (1).

• Attach panel (3)(4)(5)(6) to panel (1) with cam lock (B)
and Hole cover (C)
STEP 6:
• Push the back panels (8)(9) in the body.

STEP 7:
• Fix pusher base (P2)to panel (2) with screws (F).
• Fix the pusher (P1) to pusher base (P2).
STEP 8:
• Attach panel (2) to the body with dowel(D)and screws (I).
• Fasten with Allen Key(H)

STEP 9:
• Fix adjusting foot (G-1) to panel(2) with screws (F).
• Fix adjusting foot (G-2) to adjusting foot (G-1).
STEP 10:
• Fix movable nail (M) to the body .
• Put panels (10) on the pin (M).

STEP 11:
• Attach back panel to the body with screws (F) and plastic buckle (E) .
• SAFETY BRACKETS INSTRUCTIONS See page 13
STEP 12:
• Fix runners (J2) to drawer side panels (14)(15) with screws (F).
• Fix metal plate (Q1) to panels (13) with screws (Q2).
• Fix cam pin (A) to panels (13).

STEP 13:
• Attach panels (14)(15) to panel (16) with screw(L).
• Insert drawer base (17) as shown.
• Attach drawer front to the body with cam lock parts.
STEP 14:
• Assemble drawers to the body.

STEP 15:
• Fix hinges (K) to panels (11)(12) with screws (F).
• Fix metal plate (Q1) to panels (11)(12) with screws (Q2).
STEP 16:
• Fix door to the body with screws (F).

SAFETY BRACKETS
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fix HARDWARE (R) to the wall. If mounting into brick or masonry you will
need to acquire wall anchors.
2. Stick the Fixing (N) to the back panel (8) and align the holes.
3. Move the furniture to its final position. Thread a Screw (O) through the
back panel (8) and Fixing (N).Fix Screw (O) to the HARDWARE (R) and
tighten until snug. Do not over tighten.
4. Make sure that the Fixing (N) are firmly attached to the wall and furniture
and that the Screw (O) is snug.

•Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight.
•Do not place furniture directly under windows.
•Do not place sharp materials (knife, fork, etc.) directly onto
your furniture as sharp material may scrape and damage the
finish.
•Do not place material with high temperature directly onto the
surface of your furniture.
•Clean up spills quickly. Water left over a prolonged period of
time may cause damage. Alcohol, perfume, nail polishes,
aftershave and some medication may cause severe finish
damage if not cleaned immediately.
•Use a clean, soft, dry, lint free absorbent cloth to clean your
furniture. Do not use any detergent as they may contain
ingredients that may react and damage the finish.
