1 Push th lid r l as down to op n th lid. Th n lift
th lid off.
2 Lift up th handl and r mov th bask t.
3 Pull out th l ctrics unit and th n r mov th bowl.
●Before removing t e electrics unit c eck t at
t e cord is released from t e cord storage
area at t e back of t e fryer .

1 Ins rt th bowl – ‘MAX’ and ‘MIN’ marks to th back of
th fry r.
2 Th n ins rt th l ctrics unit – cord to th back of
th fry r +.
3 Pour in th oil. Th l v l must b b tw n th ‘MAX’
and ‘MIN’ marks .
4 Ins rt th bask t and clos th lid. Th n low r th
handl by sliding back th ris & fall control .
5 Plug in and s l ct th r quir d t mp ratur .
6 Th light go s out wh n th oil r ach s th right
t mp ratur to start frying. Fill th bask t and low r
into th oil . Don’t exceed t e maximum food
quantities stated. Th light will com on and off as
th fry r maintains th t mp ratur .
7 S t th tim r by pr ssing th button until th
r quir d tim is r ach d. Th tim will start counting
down as soon as th button is r l as d. S “op rating
th tim r”.
8 Wh n r ady, rais th bask t and allow th food to
drain b for op ning th lid.
●To r -us oil, allow to cool th n pour th oil through fin
muslin or absorb nt pap r.
●Always unplug t e fryer after use.

d p frying, such as corn oil or groundnut oil. A good
quality solid fat may also b us d. Oth r oils may b

p rf ctly. For bak d on oil, w r comm nd soaking th
bowl prior to dishwashing.
