allow the ingredients to cool
before using the folding tool.

Whisk in a quarter of the whisked egg whites on speed 3 before folding in the remaining egg whites. When adding the flour, place it onto a sheet of grease proof paper, fold the side in to form a spout. radually add the flour into the mix using fold function. This operation can take up to 8 minutes, so be patient and wait until the last addition of flour has been incorporated into the mix before adding more.

Het vouwhulpstuk is bedoeld
om lichte ingrediënten in
zwaardere mengsels te
vouwen, zoals voor meringue,
mousse, vruchtenmousse,
enuese taarten en soufflés
en om bloem in taartmixen te
vouwen. Het hulpstuk mag
niet worden gebruikt met
zware recepten zoals deeg,
kloppen van boter en suiker of
kant-en-klaar-mixen.

Klop een kwart van de geklopte eiwitten op snelheid 3 voordat u de overige eiwitten invouwt. Wanneer u de bloem toevoegt, kunt u deze het best op een vel vetvrij papier doen en de zijkant van het papier omvouwen zodat een tuit ontstaat. Voeg de bloem geleidelijk met de vouwfunctie toe aan het mengsel. Deze handeling kan 8 minuten duren; heb dus geduld en wacht tot de laatste bloemtoevoeging in het mengsel is opgenomen voordat u meer toevoegt.
