the same as the one shown on the
rear of your han mixer.
Important – UK only
●The wires in the cor are coloure as
follows:
Blue = Neutral, Brown = Live.
●The appliance must be protecte by
a 3A approve (BS1362) fuse.
Note:
●For non-rewireable plugs the fuse
cover MUST be refitte when
replacing the fuse. If the fuse cover is
lost then the plug must not be use
until a replacement can be obtaine .

●Unwrap the cor from the cor wrap
before use.
1 Fit the mixer to the stan by sli ing
the han mixer into the cra le –
ensuring the tabs at the front of the
cra le sli e into the slots on the
un ersi e of the Han mixer.
2 Fit the hol ing bracket into the
bracket recess at the rear of the
Han mixer an clip securely into
place.
3 Press the stan release button 
an lift the han mixer up so that the
beaters or knea ers can be fitte .
Note: for safety, the mixer will
only operate with the beaters
or kneaders in position.
4 Insert the beaters or knea ers into
the mixer – turn until a positive click
is hear .
●If using the mixer with the stan ,
ensure the beater/knea er with the
rive gear is inserte so it aligns with
the rive gear on the stan .
●If using the mixer without the stan ,
the beater/knea er with the small
metal collar must be inserte into the
socket marke with the graphic .
5 Place the ingre ients into the mixing
bowl an then place the bowl on to
the stan .
6 Lower the Han mixer own until the
stan release button clicks back
into place.
7 Plug in an push the spee control
forwar .

spee .
●If the machine starts to slow or
labour, increase the spee an /or
push the Turbo button .
●The Turbo button gives an extra
boost of power for those extra tough
mixing jobs. Use for up to 30secon s
at a time.
●It may be necessary to scrape own
the si es of the bowl an along the
bottom at regular intervals to assist
the mixing operation.
8 When the mixtures has reache the
esire consistency, return the spee
switch to the off position an wait
until the beaters or knea ers have
stoppe before removing.
9 To remove the tools, make sure the
spee switch is in the off position
an unplug the mixer. Press the
stan release button an lift the
mixer up so that the tools are clear of
the bowl. Hol on to the tool shafts
an press the tool release button .

●When creaming for cake mixtures,
use butter or margarine at room
temperature or soften before use.
●Egg whites shoul be at room
temperature for best results.
●When whisking eggs whites ensure
the bowl an beaters are completely
clean an free from traces of fat or
egg yolk.
●For best results with small quantities,
use the han mixer without the stan .
●Large quantities an thick mixtures
may require a longer mixing time.
●If you wish to mix larger quantities or
heavier mixes, remove the mixer from
the stan an use a bowl of an
appropriate size.

ough on maximum spee for
30 – 45 secon s, keeping the
knea ers in the mix.
4 Shape the ough into a loaf, or rolls,

5 Bake in a preheate oven at
230°C/450°F/Gas mark 8 for 20-25
minutes (for a loaf) or 10-15 minutes
