• 说明书中所有的资料是按最新出版的产品资料编写而成。

•说明书包括重要的安装、清洁及保养方面的内容，请把这
些资料交给用户阅读，保管。
• 确保在安装淋浴房之前已经完整正确地安装了浴室和完工
墙面材料。淋浴区墙地面应做防水处理，并不得布置有电
器开关、插座。确保地面排水通畅。
•在进行淋浴房安装之前，请拿出、排列并确认所有的零部
件。请参考第 2 页上所示的分解图。
• 对尺寸与本标准产品不同的定制淋浴房，参照本说明书进
行安装。
• 本产品符合 QB 2584-2007。

• Make sure that the bath and the finished wall material are
completely and correctly installed prior to installing your
shower door. Prepare waterproof layer to wall and floor of
the showering area. It is not allowed for any presence of
electric switches and sockets. Make sure the floor drain
runs smoothly.
•Before starting the door installation, lay out and identify all
the parts. Use the exploded view illustrated on page 2 for
reference.
• For the installation method of customized shower with
different dimensions, please refer to this instructions.
•The product complies with QB 2584-2007.
警告：可能有人员伤害或者产品损坏的危险。
钢化玻璃不能进行切割，钻孔或硬物敲击。搬移或安装
过程中，小心确保玻璃边、角部位不受撞击，以防爆裂
伤人。
建议：将本产品安装在科勒淋浴盆或挡水条上（需另行购买）。
如自备挡水条，建议顶面宽度尺寸大于 80mm。
重要事项：淋浴房需要安装在平坦垂直的墙面上。墙面的垂直度
推荐在正负 3mm/m 以内。如果超出此范围，科勒公司将不保证
淋浴房的完美使用。
CAUTION: Risk of injury or product damage.
Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled or knocked by
hard object. Make sure corner area of the glass
refraining from knocking so as to cause personal injury
due to broken glass.
ATTENTION: Please install this door on Kohler receptors or
curbs (Not included). If the curb is not Kohler-branded, please
note its top width should be more than 80mm.
IMPORTANT: The shower door requires a flat vertical
finished wall. The squareness of the wall is recommended no
more than 3mm/m. KOHLER Company won't take
responsibility of the installation quality.

Install the tube so that it is horizontal.
放置挡水条，需确保挡水条放置水平。
Install the protective seal at the bottom of the fixed glass and the fixed glass on both sides.
安装固玻底部保护胶条和两侧固玻。
Install the fixed glass profile and the magnetic strip.
1. Insert the magnetic strip into the profile downwards.
2. Pat the whole profile into the fixed glass.
3. The distance from the measured profile to the wall material is about 662mm (the door
glass width is 650mm).
安装固玻型材和磁条。
1. 先将磁条自上而下插入型材；
2. 再将型材整体拍入固玻；
3. 量测固玻之间间距为 662mm 左右（门玻宽度 650mm。
Side distance: 20mm

Install the upper-wall profile and the lower beam with the former vertical to the floor and
20mm from the external edge (stone base surface width is 80cm).
安装上墙型材与下横梁，上墙型材需保持与地面垂直，且内偏 20mm 安装（石基面宽
80mm）。
Install the upper beam which falls into the vertical members on both sides downwards and
whose gap is about 22mm from the side of the wall.
安装上横梁，上横梁自上而下落入两边竖材内，上横梁缺口到墙边尺寸为 22mm 左右。
Install the stainless steel decorative material of the lower beam, the rotating shaft base, the
washer and the silicone bumper block, and install the decorative seal.
安装下横梁不锈钢装饰材、转轴底座、垫圈和硅胶防撞块 ,安装装饰胶条。
Step 1: Insert the decorative material of the lower beam into the
rotating shaft base in the direction of the arrow.
Step 2: Install the whole part on the lower beam.
Step 3: Adjust the left and right position of the decorative material
of the lower beam and lock by the screws.
Install the decorative seal.
第一步，下横梁装饰材按箭头方向插入转轴底座；
第二步，整体安装在下横梁；
第三步，调整下横梁装饰材左右位置，锁上螺丝。安装装饰胶条。
Note: The fixed glass must be able to
catch the silicone bumper block.
注意：固玻需贴住硅胶防撞块。

each side being locked by one screw.

Install the door glass,
Step 1: Lift the door glass and insert it into the base of the lower beam.
Step 2: Put the door glass in right position and set the upper beam into the rotating shaft
assembly on the top.
Step 3: Lock the screws and set screws.
(Note: Both the upper rotating shaft assembly and the lower base of the door glass can be
adjusted leftwards and rightwards, loosen the screws, adjust them into the appropriate
position and then lock them).
安装门玻，
第一步：将门玻抬起插入下横梁底座；
第二步：摆正门玻，上横梁套入顶部转轴组件；
第三步：锁上螺丝和紧定螺丝。
（注意：门玻上转轴组件和下底座都可以左右调节，松开螺丝，调整合适位置在锁紧即可。）
Install the handle and the decorative cover.
安装拉手和装饰盖。
Apply the silicone sealant.
打防水胶。
Install the side seal of the fixed glass (note to distinguish two types of side seals).
安装固玻单边胶条（注意区分两种单边胶条）。
Install waterproof seal and magnetic strip.
安装防水胶条和磁条。
Note: After installation, the magnetic strip is
flush with the waterproof seal.
注意：磁条安装后与回水胶条是平齐状态。
Note: The height of the side seal at
the bottom is 8mm, and it needs to
be attached to the stainless steel
decorative cover during installation.
注意：底部单边胶条高度为 8mm，且
安装时需要贴到不锈钢装饰盖。
Note: The height of the two
side seals is 12mm.
注意：此两处单边胶条高度
为12mm。
Note: There is a cutout in the side seal, and the
cutout must be flush with the end surface during
installation.
注意：侧边胶条有剪缺，安装时缺口平齐端面即可。
Note: The top wire of the handle
is facing down.
注意：拉手顶丝朝下。
