Ausrichten:
• Messuhr mit µ-Anzeige an die Lünettenstelle stellen.
• Durch Drehung des Werkzeugs höchste Stellung mittels der Messuhr ermitteln.
• Verdrehen des Stellrings, bis eine beliebige Einstellschraube mit der Position des
Messtasters übereinstimmt 1.
• Entsprechende Einstellschrauben mit Innensechskant-Schlüssel im Uhrzeigersinn
verdrehen 2, bis halber Rundlauffehler korrigiert ist.
Dabei ca. 5 µ überspannen.
• Gegenüberliegende Einstellschraube anstellen und Werkzeug um den
überspannten Betrag zurückdrücken.
• Die beiden weiteren Einstellschrauben anstellen.
• Alle 4 Einstellschrauben nachrichten, bis Rundlauf < 2 µ ist.
Bitte beachten:
• DIHART DAH® 50 HS Ausgleichshalter immer in Maschinenspindel ausrichten.
• Stellring nicht demontieren.
• Einstellschrauben max ½ bis 1 Umdrehung herausdrehen.
• Halter niemals ohne eingespannten
Reibkopf und nur mit festgezogenen
Einstellschrauben in Betrieb nehmen.
Adjusting:
• Set the µm dial by adjusting the bezel position.
• Determine the highest setting on the dial by turning the tool.
• Turn the adjusting ring until any one of the adjusting screws corresponds with
the position of the measuring sensor 1.
• Turn the adjustment screw clockwise 2 using an Allen key, correcting the
concentricity.
Over tension by approx. 5 µm.
• Engage the opposite adjustment screws and drive back the tool by the specified
overtension value.
• Engage the two other adjustment screws.
• Align all 4 adjustment screws until concentricity is
< 2 µm.
Please note:
• Always align the DIHART DAH® 50 HS compensating holder in the machine
spindle.
• Do not remove the adjusting ring.
• Only unscrew the adjustment screws by a max of ½ to 1 rotation.
• Never use the holder without the reamer head clamped and then only when
the adjustment screws are tightened.

Réglage:
• Mettre le comparateur en ajustant la plage rectifiée ou l’arête de l’outil.
• Déterminer la position la plus haute sur le comparateur en tournant l’outil.
• Tourner la bague de réglage jusqu'à ce qu'une des vis corresponde à la position
du comparateur 1.
• Tourner la vis 2 dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre en utilisant une clé
Allen jusqu’à la correction de la concentricité, avec une surtension d’environ
5µm.
• Placer la vis à l’opposé et ramener l’outil à la valeur requise pour la surtension.
• Placer les deux autres vis.
• Aligner les 4 vis jusqu’à ce que la concentricité soit inférieure à 2 µm .
Attention:
• Toujours aligner le mandrin de compensation DIHART DAH® 50 HS sur la
broche.
• Ne pas enlever la bague de réglage.
• Dévisser seulement les vis en effectuant une demi-
rotation jusqu’à une rotation.
• Ne jamais utiliser l’attachement
sans avoir serré la tête de la fraise et
seulement une fois les vis fixées.
Regolazione:
• Regolazione millesimale dei taglienti.
• Determinare il punto più alto ruotando l’utensile.
• Ruotare la ghiera di regolazione fino a che la vite di regolazione corrisponde
con la posizione del comparatore 1.
• Ruotare il vite di regolazione 2 usando la chiave esagonale, regolando la
concentricità. Massimo scostamento 5 µm.
• Mettere in contrasto la vite di regolazione opposta controllando che la
posizione non cambi.
• Mettere in tiro le altre due viti.
• Presettare tutte le quattro viti con concentricità inferiore a < 2 µm
.
Nota bene:
• Allineare sempre gli attacchi con compensazione DIHART DAH® 50 HS con il
mandrino macchina.
• Non rimuovere la ghiera di regolazione.
• Allentare le viti di massimo ½ rotazione.
• Mai usare l’adattatore senza testina fissata e poi solo quando le viti sono
bloccate.
