manuale di istruzioni è parte integrante del presente
prodotto. Esso contiene importanti indicazioni per la
sicurezza, l’uso e lo smaltimento. Prima di utilizzare il
prodotto, familiarizzarsi con tutte le indicazioni relative
ai comandi e alla sicurezza. Utilizzare il prodotto

mente alla sorveglianza di porte in ambito domestico
e, grazie al suono di allarme estremamente alto, serve
a scoraggiare gli scassinatori. Questo prodotto non è
destinato all’impiego commerciale o industriale. Non si
assume alcuna responsabilità per i danni derivanti da
uso non conforme dell’apparecchio!

■ Sorvegliare i bambini per assicurarsi che non
giochino con l’apparecchio.
■ Evitare di apportare autonomamente modifiche
o cambiamenti all’apparecchio.
■ La riparazione dell’apparecchio in periodo di ga-
ranzia può avere luogo solo tramite l’assistenza ai
clienti autorizzata dal produttore; in caso contrario,
in presenza di successivi danni, la garanzia non
sarà ritenuta valida.
■ Non posizionare l’apparecchio in luoghi diretta-
mente irradiati dal sole. In tal caso, esso potrebbe
surriscaldarsi e subire danni irreparabili.
■ Proteggere l’apparecchio dall’umidità e dalla
penetrazione di liquidi. Non collocare contenitori
pieni di liquidi (ad es. vasi) sull’apparecchio.
Avvertenze relative all’uso delle pile
ATTENZIONE
► Non gettare la pila nel fuoco.
► Non cortocircuitare la pila.
► Non tentare di ricaricare la pila.
► Controllare periodicamente la pila. L'acido fuo-
riuscito dalle pile può causare danni permanenti
all'apparecchio.
► Esercitare particolare cautela in presenza di pile
danneggiate o deteriorate. Pericolo di ustione
chimica! Indossare guanti di protezione.
► Tenere le pile in un luogo inaccessibile ai bambini.
In caso di ingestione, consultare immediatamente
un medico.
► Rimuovere la pila dall'apparecchio in caso di
inutilizzo prolungato dello stesso.
Messa in funzione
♦ Portare l’interruttore On/Off in posizione “OFF”.
♦ Svitare il coperchio del vano pile sul lato inferiore
dell’apparecchio e collegare la pila a blocco da 9 V.
♦ Inserire la pila nell’apparecchio e riavvitare il vano
pile.
♦ Per concludere eseguire una prova di funziona-
mento. A tale scopo, coprire prima la sirena con
la mano o con uno straccio o simile, per evitare
danni all’udito.
♦ Portare l’interruttore On/Off in posizione “ON”
e premere poi la piastra metallica del fermaporta
verso il basso finché non suona l’allarme. L’allarme
si può interrompere in qualsiasi momento portando
l’interruttore On/Off in posizione “OFF”.
AVVERTENZA
► Se con l'interruttore in posizione "ON" si accende
il LED rosso, è necessario sostituire la pila con
una pila nuova dello stesso tipo.

Protezione della porta dall’interno
Collocare il fermaporta direttamente dietro lo spiraglio
inferiore, con la punta a cuneo rivolta verso la porta
dell’appartamento o della casa. Assicurarsi che la pia-
stra metallica del fermaporta non sia stata già premuta
verso il basso.
Portare l’interruttore On/Off in posizione “ON”. Se si
tenta di aprire la porta dall’esterno, la piastra metallica
del fermaporta viene premuta verso il basso e scatta
l’allarme. Nel contempo, la porta risulta bloccata per
l’intruso grazie alla forma a cuneo del fermaporta.
Se l’allarme non viene interrotto, si arresta automati-
camente dopo 1 minuto circa. Quindi il fermaporta è
nuovamente pronto per l’uso.
Protezione della porta dall’esterno
Collocare il fermaporta attivato dietro la porta ancora
aperta con un piccolo spiraglio e richiudere la porta.
Gli effetti sono analoghi a quelli della protezione
della porta dall’interno: tentativo di apertura, blocco,
allarme!
Quando si ritorna all’immobile protetto, aprire appena
la porta con cautela.
Spostare di lato il fermaporta e aprire la porta
dell’appartamento o della casa come al solito.
Pulizia/Conservazione
ATTENZIONE
► Assicurarsi che durante la pulizia non penetri
umidità nell'apparecchio per evitarne l'irrepa-
rabile danneggiamento.
♦ Pulire l’apparecchio con un panno asciutto e
morbido.
♦ Se si prevede di non utilizzare l’apparecchio per
un periodo di tempo prolungato, rimuovere la pila
e conservarlo in un luogo pulito e asciutto privo di
irradiazione solare diretta.
Smaltimento
Il simbolo qui accanto che mostra un bidone
dell’immondizia su rulli sbarrato, segnala che
questo apparecchio è soggetto alla direttiva
2012/19/EU. Questa direttiva prescrive che questo
apparecchio al termine della sua durata utile non
venga smaltito assieme ai normali rifiuti domestici,
bensì consegnato presso appositi centri di raccolta,
centri di recycling o aziende di smaltimento.
Questo smaltimento è gratuito per l’utente. Ri-
spettare l’ambiente e smaltire l’apparecchio in
modo adeguato. Per ulteriori informazioni rivolgersi
alla propria azienda di smaltimento locale o all’ammi-
nistrazione cittadina o comunale.

Smaltimento delle pile
Non gettare le pile nel contenitore per i rifiuti
domestici. Ogni utente è obbligato per legge a
conferire le pile presso un centro di raccolta
comunale o di quartiere, ovvero a restituirle al commer-
ciante. Questo obbligo è finalizzato allo smaltimento
ecologico delle pile. Smaltire le pile solo se scariche.
Garanzia
Questo apparecchio è garantito per tre anni a partire
dalla data di acquisto. L’apparecchio è stato prodotto
con cura e debitamente collaudato prima della consegna.
Conservare lo scontrino come prova d’acquisto. Nei
casi contemplati dalla garanzia, mettersi in comuni-
cazione telefonicamente con il centro di assistenza
più vicino. Solo in tal modo è possibile garantire una
spedizione gratuita della merce.
AVVERTENZA
► La prestazione della garanzia vale solo per
difetti del materiale o di fabbricazione, ma
non per i danni da trasporto, danni alle parti
soggette a usura o alle parti fragili, come ad es.
interruttori o accumulatori.
Il prodotto è destinato esclusivamente all’uso domesti-
co e non a quello commerciale. La garanzia decade in
caso di impiego improprio o manomissione, uso della
forza e interventi non eseguiti dalla nostra filiale di
assistenza autorizzata.
Questa garanzia non costituisce alcun limite ai diritti
legali del consumatore. Il periodo di garanzia non
viene prolungato da interventi in garanzia. Ciò vale
anche per le parti sostituite e riparate.
I danni e difetti eventualmente presenti già all’atto

e non oltre due giorni dalla data di acquisto. Le
riparazioni eseguite dopo la scadenza del periodo di

vamente à monitorização de portas em espaços pri-
vados e, devido ao seu som de alarme extremamente
sonoro, serve para manter os assaltantes afastados.

industrial. Não assumimos qualquer responsabilidade
por danos resultantes da utilização incorreta!

os seus ouvidos durante um longo
período de tempo a este som, caso
contrário podem ocorrer danos auditi-
vos graves!
■ Antes da utilização, verifique a existência de
eventuais danos exteriores visíveis no aparelho.
Não tente colocar em funcionamento um aparelho
avariado ou que tenha sofrido uma queda.
■ Este aparelho não se destina à utilização por pes-
soas (incluindo crianças) com capacidades físicas,
sensoriais ou mentais limitadas, ou com falta de
experiência e/ou de conhecimento, salvo se forem
vigiadas por uma pessoa responsável pela sua se-
gurança ou que desta recebam instruções acerca
do funcionamento do aparelho.
■ As crianças devem ser vigiadas para garantir que
não brincam com o aparelho.

■ Não realize quaisquer transformações ou altera-
ções no aparelho por iniciativa própria.
■ A reparação do aparelho dentro do período de
garantia deve ser efetuada apenas por um serviço
de assistência técnica autorizado pelo fabricante,
caso contrário extingue-se o direito à garantia em
caso de danos subsequentes.
■ Não coloque o aparelho em locais expostos à
luz solar direta. Caso contrário, este pode sobrea-
quecer e ficar irreparavelmente danificado.
■ Proteja o aparelho contra humidade e infiltração
de líquidos. Não coloque quaisquer recipientes
com líquidos (p. ex. vasos) em cima do aparelho.
Indicações relativas ao manuseamento
das pilhas
ATENÇÃO
► Não atire as pilhas para o fogo.
► Não curto-circuite as pilhas.
► Não tente recarregar as pilhas.
► Verifique as pilhas com regularidade. O ácido
derramado das pilhas pode causar danos
permanentes no aparelho.
► O manuseamento de pilhas danificadas ou que
tenham derramado ácido requer uma prudên-
cia especial. Perigo de queimaduras por ácido!
Usar luvas de proteção.
► Manter as pilhas fora do alcance das crianças.
Em caso de ingestão, procurar imediatamente
um médico.
► Retire a pilha do aparelho, caso não o utilize
durante um longo período de tempo.
Colocação em funcionamento
♦ Coloque o interruptor de ligar/desligar na posi-
ção “OFF”.
♦ Desaparafuse o compartimento da pilha na parte
inferior do aparelho e ligue a pilha de 9 V.
♦ Introduza a pilha no aparelho e aparafuse nova-
mente o compartimento da pilha.
♦ Para finalizar, execute um teste de funcionamento.
Para tal, tape a sirene com a mão ou com um
pano, etc., a fim de evitar lesões auditivas.
♦ Coloque o interruptor de ligar/desligar “ON” e
pressione depois a placa de metal do batente da
porta para baixo, até que o alarme seja emitido.
O alarme pode ser interrompido em qualquer
altura, colocando o interruptor de ligar/desligar
na posição “OFF”.
NOTA
► Se o LED vermelho acender na posição "ON"
do interruptor, significa que a pilha tem de ser
substituída por uma nova pilha do mesmo tipo.

Bloqueio da porta pelo interior
Coloque o batente, com a extremidade da cunha
voltada para a porta de entrada da casa, direta-
mente por trás da folga inferior da mesma. Verifique
se a placa de metal do batente não se encontra já
pressionada para baixo.
Coloque o interruptor de ligar/desligar na posição
“ON”. Ao tentar abrir a porta pelo lado de fora, a
placa de metal do batente é pressionada para baixo
e o alarme é emitido. Ao mesmo tempo, a forma de
cunha do batente permite bloquear a porta contra
intrusos. Se o alarme não for interrompido, para au-
tomaticamente após 1 minuto. O batente encontra-se
depois novamente operacional.
Bloqueio da porta pelo exterior
Coloque o batente ligado por trás da porta aberta
ainda com uma abertura pequena e feche depois a
porta.
Os efeitos são idênticos aos do bloqueio da porta
pelo interior: tentativa de abertura da porta, bloqueio,
alarme!
Ao regressar ao imóvel protegido, abra cuidadosa-
mente a porta apenas um pouco.
Desloque o batente para o lado e abra a porta como
normalmente.
Limpeza/Armazenamento
ATENÇÃO
► Certifique-se de que, durante a limpeza, não se
infiltra humidade no aparelho para evitar danos
irreparáveis no mesmo.
♦ Limpe o aparelho com um pano seco e macio.
♦ No caso de não utilizar o aparelho durante um
longo período de tempo, retire a pilha e guarde-o
num local limpo e seco sem incidência solar direta.
Eliminação
O símbolo ao lado de um contentor de lixo
com rodas riscado indica que este aparelho
está sujeito à Diretiva Europeia 2012/19/EU.
Esta Diretiva determina que não pode eliminar este
aparelho, no fim da sua vida útil, no lixo doméstico
normal, devendo entregá-lo em locais de recolha
especialmente concebidos para o efeito, depósitos
de materiais recicláveis ou empresas de eliminação
de resíduos.
A eliminação é gratuita. Proteja o meio
ambiente e elimine os resíduos de modo
adequado.
Mais informações poderão ser obtidas junto da sua
empresa de eliminação de resíduos local ou das
entidades municipais.

Eliminação das pilhas
As pilhas não podem ser eliminadas no lixo
doméstico. Todos os consumidores devem
entregar as pilhas num pilhão da sua freguesia/
região ou num estabelecimento de venda de pilhas.
Esta obrigação serve para garantir que as pilhas
são eliminadas em conformidade com as normas
ambientais.
Devolva as pilhas apenas quando estas estiverem
descarregadas.
Garantia
Este aparelho tem 3 anos de garantia a partir da
data de compra. Este aparelho foi fabricado com o
máximo cuidado e escrupulosamente testado antes
da sua distribuição.
Guarde o talão de compra como comprovativo da
compra. No caso de reivindicação da garantia, entre
em contacto com o seu ponto de assistência técnica
por telefone. Apenas deste modo pode ser garantido
um envio gratuito do seu produto.
NOTA
► A garantia abrange apenas defeitos de mate-
rial e de fabrico mas não danos de transporte,
peças de desgaste ou danos em peças frágeis,

only for the specified areas of application. Retain these

operating instructions on to any future owner(s).
Intended use
This alarmed door stopper is exclusively intended for
monitoring doors in private households, and is used
for scaring off burglars because of its extremely loud
alarm tone. This product is not intended for commer-
cial or industrial use. The warranty does not provide
compensation for damage caused by improper use of
the device!

CAUTION
Loud alarm tone! Listening to this tone
for long periods could cause severe
hearing damage!
■ Check device for visible external damage before
use. Do not use devices that have been damaged
or dropped.
■ This device is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with limited physical, physiolog-
ical or intellectual abilities or lack of experience
and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by
a person who is responsible for their safety, or
receive instructions from this person on how to use
the appliance.
■ Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the device.

■ Do not make any unauthorised modifications or
alterations to the device.
■ Repairs to the device during the warranty period
may only be carried out by a customer service
department authorised by the manufacturer.
Otherwise no additional warranty claims can be
considered for subsequent damage.
■ Do not place the device in locations that are subject
to direct sunlight, as this could lead to overheating
and cause irreparable damage.
■ Protect the device from moisture and liquid penetra-
tion. Do not place any liquid-filled vessels (such as
flower vases) on the device.
Information regarding the handling of
batteries
CAUTION
► Do not throw the batteries into a fire.
► Do not short-circuit the batteries.
► Do not attempt to recharge the batteries.
► Regularly check the condition of the batteries.
Leaking battery acid can cause permanent
damage to the device.
► Take special care when handling a damaged
or leaking battery. Risk of acid burns! Wear
protective gloves.
► Store batteries in a place inaccessible to
children. If a battery should be swallowed, seek
medical attention IMMEDIATELY.
► If you do not intend to use the device for a long
time, remove the batteries.
Initial operation
♦ Slide the on/off switch to the “OFF” position.
♦ Unscrew the battery compartment beneath the
device and connect the 9 V block battery.
♦ Insert the battery into the device and screw the
battery compartment closed again.
♦ Then perform a function test. First cover up the
siren with your hand or a cloth to avoid damage to
your hearing.
♦ Move the On/Off switch to “ON” and push down
the metal plate of the door stopper until the alarm
goes off. The alarm can be interrupted at any time
by moving the On/Off switch to the “OFF” position.
NOTE
► If the red LED illuminates with the switch in the
"ON" position, the battery must be replaced
with a new one of the same type.

Protecting the door from the inside
Place the door stopper with the tip of the wedge
pointing towards the front door, directly behind the
lower door gap. Ensure that the metal plate of the
door stopper is not already pressed down.
Move the on/off switch to the position “ON”. When
an attempt is made to open the door from the outside,
the metal plate of the door stopper is pressed down
and the alarm is triggered. At the same time, the
wedge shape of the door stopper blocks the door. If
the alarm tone is not interrupted, it stops automatical-
ly after approx. 1 minute. The door stopper is then
ready for operation again.
Protecting the door from the outside
Switch on the door stopper and position it behind the
door, which should be open a little way, and then
close the door.
The effects are the same as when protecting the door
from the inside. Opening attempt, blockage, alarm!
When you wish to re-enter the protected property,
carefully open the door a little.
Move the door stopper to one side and open the
front door as usual.
Cleaning/Storage
CAUTION
► To avoid irreparable damage, ensure that no
moisture penetrates the device during cleaning.
♦ Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth.
♦ Should you choose not use the device for a longer
period, remove the battery and store it in a clean,
dry place away from direct sunlight.
Disposal
The adjacent symbol of a crossed-out wheelie
bin means that this device is subject to Directive
2012/19/EU. This directive states that this
device may not be disposed of in normal household
waste at the end of its usable life, but must be handed
over to specially set-up collection locations, recycling
depots or disposal companies.
This disposal is free of charge for the user.
Protect the environment and dispose of this device
properly. You can obtain further information from
your local disposal company or the city or municipal
administration.

Disposing of the batteries
Do not dispose of the batteries in the domestic
waste. Every consumer is statutorily obliged to
dispose of used batteries at a collecting point in
his town /district or at a retail company. This obligation
is intended to ensure that batteries are disposed of in
an environmentally responsible manner. Dispose of
batteries only when they are fully discharged.
Warranty
The warranty provided for this device is 3 years
from the date of purchase. This device has been
manufactured with care and inspected meticulously
prior to delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In

This device is intended solely for private use and not
for commercial purposes. The warranty is deemed
void if this product has been subjected to improper or
inappropriate handling, abuse or modifications that
were not carried out by one of our authorised service
centres.
Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by
this warranty. The warranty period is not prolonged
by repairs made under the warranty. This also applies
to replaced and repaired parts.
Damage and defects present at the time of purchase
must be reported immediately after unpacking, or
no later than two days after the date of purchase.
Repairs made after expiry of the warranty period are
chargeable.
