Warranty Information
90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Kruze Mini Electric Scooter includes a 90 Day limited hardware warranty. The warranty
covers product defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is
limited to residents of the United States only and is available only to original purchasers.
This warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 90 Day warranty period. The
warranty period does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced. We may change the
availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
Warranty services are provided by TDC USA Inc. If a hardware defect arises and a valid
claim is received during the warranty period, TDC USA Inc. will repair the hardware defect by
using new or refurbished parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. This
warranty is for 1 replacement only of like-items and does not cover items out of production
if the product is no longer made or stocked. This warranty is not assignable or transferable.
This warranty covers factory defects only. This warranty will not cover labor, return shipping
or the shipping expense to you. The warranty does not cover misuse or broken parts caused
by the user or by any other event. If we verify a parts defect, we will repair or replace the
part, yet you must pay for our labor to do so at our then current rates (if you do not re-install
the part yourself). TDC USA INC. will not be responsible for shipping charges on received or
refused packages, part returns, or scooter returns. In the event of a veried warranty claim,
we will reimburse you for shipping and we will repair or replace the defective part. However,
you must arrange and pay for shipping and you bear the risk of loss and damage for the
scooter or part being shipped back to us.
OWNER’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the device’s owner, you are responsible for the performance of the required maintenance.
You may be denied a warranty claim solely because of your failure to ensure the performance
of all scheduled maintenance. As the owner, you should be aware that you may be denied
your warranty coverage if your device or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper

DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT.
Doing so will void this warranty. Only TDC USA Inc. is the authorized service
center who should perform service on this product.
This warranty does not cover any damage due to the following:
1. Transportation
2. Storage
3. Improper use
4. Failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance
5. Modications
6. Unauthorized repair
7. Normal wear and tear
8. External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our
reasonable control
9. Used as a rental
10. Weather related water damage is determined
11. Minor surface blemishes, rips, tears, or other cosmetic damages due to normal use,
or other intentional or unintentional damage to the product.
12. Any damage which results from aging, such as fading of paint, deterioration of
plated surfaces, deterioration of rubber or plastics, or rusting.
WARNING: Riding the electric scooter can be hazardous activity.
Certain conditions may cause the equipment to fail without fault of
the manufacturer. Like other electric products, the scooter can and is
intended to move , and it is therefore possible to lose control, fall o
and/or get into dangerous situations that no amount of care, instruction
or expertise can eliminate. If such things occur you can be seriously
injured or die, even when using safety equipment and other precautions.
RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND USE COMMON SENSE.
APPROPRIATE RIDER USE AND PARENTAL SUPERVISION
• This manual contains important safety information. It is your responsibility to review
this information and make sure that all riders understand all warnings, cautions,
instructions and safety topics and assure that young riders are able to safely and
responsibly use this product. We recommend that you periodically review and
reinforce the information in this manual with younger riders, and that you inspect and
maintain your scooter to insure their safety.
• The recommended rider age is 8+ years old. Any rider unable to t comfortably on the
scooter should not attempt to ride it.
Keep this product away from small children and remember that it is intended or use
only by persons who are, at a minimum, completely comfortable and competent
while operating the scooter.
• DO NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMIT OF 120 POUNDS (54kg.) Rider weight does
not necessarily mean a persons size is appropriate to t or maintain control of the
scooter.
• Do not touch motor on your scooter when in use or directly after use as these parts
can become very hot.

ACCEPTABLE RIDING PRACTICES AND CONDITIONS
Always check and obey any local laws or regulations which may aect the locations
where the electric scooter may be used.
• Ride defensively. Watch out for potential obstacles that could catch your wheel
or force you to swerve suddenly or lose control. Be careful to avoid pedestrians,
skaters, skateboards, scooters, bikes, children or animals who may enter your path,
and respect the rights and property of others.
• Do not activate the speed control on the hand grip unless you are on the scooter and
in a safe, outdoor environment suitable for riding.
• Do not attempt or do stunts or tricks on your electric scooter. This scooter is not
made to withstand abuse from misuse such as jumping, curb grinding or any other
type of stunts
• Maintain a hold on the handlebars at all times.
• Never carry passengers or allow more then one person at a time to ride the scooter.
• Never use near steps or swimming pools.
• Keep your ngers and other body parts away from the chain, drive chain, steering
system, wheels and all other moving components.
• Never use headphones or a cell phone when riding.
• Never hitch a ride with another vehicle.
• Do not ride your scooter in wet or icy weather and never immerse the scooter in
water, as the electrical and drive components could be damaged by water or create
other possibly unsafe conditions.
• The electric scooter is intended for use on at, dry surfaces such as pavement or
level ground without loose debris such as sand, leaves, rocks or gravel. Wet, slick,
bumpy, uneven or rough surfaces may impair traction and contribute to possible
accidents. Do not ride your scooter in mud, ice, puddles or water. Avoid excessive
speeds that can be associated with downhill rides. Never risk damaging surfaces
such as carpet or ooring by using the electric scooter indoors.
• Do not ride at night or when visibility is limited.
PROPER RIDING ATTIRE
• Always wear proper protective equipment such as an approved safety helmet
(with chin strap securely buckled). A helmet may be legally required by local law or
regulation in your area. Elbow and kneepads, a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and
gloves are recommended. Always wear athletic shoes (lace-up shoes with rubber
soles), never ride barefooted or in sandals, and keep shoelaces tied and out of the
way of the wheels, motor and drive system.

Remove all packaging and items from display box. Make sure power switch is
turned “OFF” before assembling scooter.

Assembly Instructions
1. Depress the push button
located on the rear of the fork
and insert the handlebar steer
tube onto the fork. The push
button should align with the
locater hole in the handlebar
steer tube and lock the steer tube
securely in place.
2. Tighten the bolts with the
hex key (included) and wrench
(included). Tighten bolts evenly
and securely.
3. Align handlebars both
vertically and horizontally (a)
onto handlebar steer tube clamp

hardware (c&d) and tighten evenly
and securely with the hex key and
wrench.

Remove all packaging and items from display box. Make sure power switch is
turned “OFF” before assembling scooter.

Using the Scooter

2. Twist Throttle while moving to engage motor

- Try to take it easy on the throttle until you get used to it.
- Motor will NOT engage until scooter is already moving

Reset the Scooter
1. Place the scooter on a at, level surface.
2. Press the reset button in.
3. Restart the scooter by turning it o and then on.
4. Your scooter is now ready to ride
If you are having issues with the scooter, you may
need to reset it. Follow these simple steps:
Using the Kick Stand
1. Locate the kickstand on the side of the scooter’s deck.
2. Push the kickstand down and away from the scooter Then
carefully lean the weight of the scooter onto the kickstand.

1. Flip power switch to “ON” located on the side of the scooter to turn the
scooter on.
2. Carefully step on with one foot and stand upright but relaxed.
3. Push scooter with other foot to get scooter moving. Twist the throttle and
the motor will engage while the scooter is moving
4. To stop riding, release the throttle and use the foot-brake, or gradually
coast to a stop then step o the scooter one foot at a time. Be extra
cautions when dismounting for the rst time.
Your scooter may need cleaning after riding for extended periods of time. See
the following tips below.
• Completely power o the scooter before cleaning.
• Use dry, non-abrasive cloth to gently remove debris or dust.
• Your scooter should not come in contact with it in any kind of liquid.
• Never use alcohol or ammonia-based cleaning solutions.
• Never spray liquid directly onto any part of the scooter.
Your scooter may be stored easily when not in use. See the following
information below.
• Before storing, fully charge the scooter to prevent battery over-discharge
due to non-use.
• Do not store in dusty environments
• Store indoors at suitable temperatures between -10°F to 113°F (-23°C to
45°C).
• If storing for more than one month, discharge and recharge the battery
every three months.
• DO NOT store in an unheated garage, shed, or other location with extreme
temperature uctuations or ranges.
Review before riding
Check and review these items before riding your scooter.
Always carefully inspect your scooter before you ride. Check for cracks, broken
worn or loose components which should be repaired or replaced before your
ride.
Periodically inspect the tires for excess wear, and cracks
Always wear proper protective gear such as an approved safety helmet. Elbow
pads and kneepads are recommended. Always wear athletic shoes (Lace-
up shoes with rubber soles), never ride barefooted or in sandals, and keep
shoelaces tied and out of the way of the wheels, motor and drive system
Make sure that you are in an open safe area to ride, you are balanced on the
scooter and have both hands on the handlebar controls. Twist the throttle and
push scooter to engage the motor
Always make sure the power switch is in on the “OFF” position whenever the
scooter is not in use. Never store the product in freezing or below freezing
temperatures. Freezing temperatures will permanently damage the battery.
Check the brakes for proper function. When brake is applied it should slow/stop
the rear wheel without excessive eort. Make sure brakes are not rubbing when
the brake is not being applied. Do not touch the brake on the scooter in use or
directly after use as these parts can become extremely hot

Charging & Battery Care
When charging the battery, ONLY use the specied battery charger provided in the
package. DO NOT place the battery in or near re, or under direct sunlight. Do not continue
charging the battery if this does not charge within the specied charging time. Doing so
may cause the battery to become hot, or rupture. The temperate range which the battery
can be charge is 45°F – 100°F. Charging the battery outside of this temperate range may
harm the performance of the battery or reduce the battery’s life expectancy.

- Do not connect the charger if the charge port or charge cable is wet.
- The Battery charger should be regularly examined for damage to the
cord, plug, enclosure and other parts. In the event of any damage the
scooter should not be charged until the battery charger has been repaired
or replaced.
WARNING
• Never modify the electrical system. Alternations could cause a re resulting in serious
injury and could also damage the electrical system.
• Charge the scooter with the supplied or recommended charger only. Use of the wrong
charger could cause a re or explosion resulting in serious injury.
• Battery charging must be performed by adults only. Never allow children to charge the
battery.
• Ensure the voltage and frequency of the charger is compatible with mains electrical
supply.
• Use the battery charger in dry locations only.
• Misusing the battery may cause the battery to get hot or rupture and cause serious
injury.
• Do not pierce the battery with sharp objects, strike the battery, step on the battery or
otherwise subject it to strong impact or shock.
• Do not expose the battery to water or any liquids that allow the battery to get wet.
• Do not place the battery near res, stoves, or other high temperature locations.
• Do not disassemble or modify the battery.
• Do not store the battery inside hot car or under extreme cold weather conditions.
Charging Your Scooter
- Only use the included charger
- Plug the charger into the wall before the
charging port
- Make sure the scooter is “OFF”
- Plug the charger into the charging port.
- Charge the battery until it is fully charged
- Unplug charger and cover charging port.
• Initial Battery charge time - 12 Hours
• Recharge time after initial charge - 10 Hours
• When Scooter is not in regular use batteries need to be charged on
monthly basis to maximize performance
Maintenance
The charger supplied with the electric scooter should be regularly
examined for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts. In
the event of such damage, the product must not be charged until it has
been repaired or replaced.
Use ONLY with the recommended charger.
Wheels and drive system are subject to normal wear and tear. It is the
responsibility of the user to periodically inspect wheels for excess wear
and replace drive train components as required.
The most frequently requested replacement parts are available for
purchase.

This product must not be disposed of by incineration, landlling, or
mixing with household trash. Improper disposal of the battery contained
within this product may result in the battery heating up, rupturing, or
igniting which may cause serious injury. The substances contained
inside the battery present chemical risks to the environment. The
recommended disposal for this product at its end-of-life is to dispose
of the entire unit at or through an e-Waste recycling center, program,
or facility. Local regulations and laws pertaining to the recycling and
disposal of Lead Acid batteries and/or products containing them will
vary according to country, state, and local governments. You must
check laws and regulations corresponding to where you live.
In order to properly dispose of the battery and/or unit, it is the user’s
responsibility to dispose of their waste equipment properly with
accordance with local regulations and laws. For additional information
about where you should drop o your batteries and electrical or
electronic waste, please contact your local or regional waste-
management oce, your household waste disposal service, or your
point-of sale.
