General information
• Check the vehicle for transport damages before
starting assembling.
• Carry out the points carefully and step by step.
• Make sure that the vehicle is handed over visually
as well as technically awless.
Unboxing vehicle
• Remove the straps and lift off the box (1).
• Remove the cardboard boxes and the plastic cover
(2).
• Remove the holder (3) in the leg area.
• Remove the cartons (4) with which the vehicle is ja-
cked up.
• Remove the bolts and cover (5) on the rear of the
vehicle.

Scope of delivery
The following parts are included in the helmet com-
partment:
2× Rear view mirrors
1× Battery with battery uid container
1× Box with 2 keys, 1 key tag and user manual
1× Key attached to the vehicle
1× Owner´s tool kit
2× Handlebar weights
1× Vehicle identication number cover
1× Battery retaining plate bottom
1× Battery retaining plate top
2× M8 bolt
5× M5 bolt
Assembling of the components
• Screw the two bolts (1) into the shown holes.
• Mount both mirrors and x the nuts, rst the lower
one (2) and then the upper one (3).
ATTENTION:
the left mirror has a right-hand thread
the right mirror has a left-hand thread
• Remove the cover (4), inserted the handlebar
weights (5) into the handlebar end and tighten the
bolt inside the handlebar weights. Then mount the
cover. again.
ATTENTION:
On the right side of the handlebar, make sure that
the handlebar weight is not inserted too far into
the handlebar, otherwise the proper function of the
throttle will be affected. AFTER INSTALLATION,
CHECK WETHER THE THROTTLE LEVER IS WOR-
KING PROPERLY!

Inserting the battery
• Fill and charge the battery.
ATTENTION:
Always follow the instructions attached to the bat-
tery. Failure to do so may result in permanent da-
mage of the battery.
• Open the battery compartment and insert the bat-
tery.
• First connect the plus pole (+) and then the minus
pole (-) to the battery.
• Mount the battery holder (1).
• Then screw the upper bracket (2) sing with the sup-
plied screw (3).
• Refasten the battery cover (4) with the four screws
supplied.

Check oil level
• Start the vehicle and let it idle for about three minu-
tes.
• Park the vehicle and let it cool down for about one
minute.
• Unscrew the dipstick (1), clean it and put it back into
the opening (do not screw it in!).
• Pull it out again, the oil level should be in the checke-
red mark (MIN, MAX)
• If necessary, top up recommended oil and check
again.
Recommended oil:
10W-30
Check tire pressure
Check the tire pressure and correct it if necessary.
Tire pressure front: 1,75 bar
Tire pressure rear: 2 bar
The vehicle is now fully assembled.
In order to guarantee a perfect delivery, a test drive
must be carried out.

Functional check before the test drive
Braking system
Steering
Tyres and wheels
Lever and ttings
Lights (daytime running lights, low and dipped headlights, indicators, tail lights, stop
lights and hazard warning lights)
Speedometer function (all indicator lights and displays)
Locks (ignition, steering lock and seat lock)
Clock setting (see operating instructions)
Battery voltage (charged, vehicle switched off: ~13.1V; vehicle idling: ~13.5V)
ACHTUNG:
The above components must function properly before the test drive is carried out.
Test ride
• Start the vehicle and let it idle for about three minutes.
• Check the engine for leaks in the meanwhile.
• Pay attention to unusual noises.
• After warm-up phase, do a test drive for about 3-5 km.
During test drive control of:
Startup behavior
Idle speed
Engine noise during normal driving and at approx. 75% throttle position
Driving behaviour when cornering
Vibrations (of chassis, wheels and engine)
Brake performance
Suspension
