With the Lanier 5613 and 5613F Copier/Printer/Fax
Systems, smaller organizations can finally take advantage
of digital technology — without compromising the budget.
Both systems deliver many of the features and functions typically
reserved for high-end digital devices. Yet they are remarkably
affordable, with a compact, desktop design that is ideal for
small offices and workgroups. Choose the 5613 for standard
digital copying with optional printing. Or select the 5613F
for standard digital copying and faxing, a built-in automatic
document feeder (ADF), and optional printing capabilities.
Experience the digital difference
As a digital copier, the 5613/5613F delivers 13 copies per
minute at 600 dpi. The analog systems you use today simply
can’t compete with digital technology, because every “copy”
the 5613/5613F produces looks exactly like a printed original.
Separate text and photo modes ensure precise reproductions
whether your document is text-only or includes photographs.
You can scan in two full-size pages, then have the 5613/5613F
print them on a single page to save paper.
High-resolution printing
With the optional print module, the 5613/5613F produces 13 pages
per minute on paper sizes up to legal (8.5" x 14"). This print
module features the latest emulations, so it can match the resolution,
fine lines and shading of a high-end, black-and-white laser printer.
You can even place a subtle grayscale watermark on any document.
It can be configured as a standalone system or as a networked
printer in your workgroup. If you choose the network printing option,
SmartNet Monitor software lets you check the 5613/5613F from a
desktop PC — so you can see at a glance if the unit is out of paper
or needs toner.
Business-class faxing
The 5613F comes standard with a reliable, business-class fax module.
Its built-in 33.6 kbps modem ensures fast transmission and lower
long-distance charges. It scans each page in just 2.4 seconds, which
minimizes user wait-time. And it comes with 16 one-touch speed dials
and 50 abbreviated codes for error-free automatic dialing.

intuitive control panel that guides users
through every task.

usage. It is designed to handle 2,000 outputs per month — a typical
average workload for a small office or workgroup — but it can

Make every job quick and easy
Not only is the 5613/5613F conveniently sized to fit just about
anywhere, it is designed for easy operation to maximize productivity.
The user-friendly control panel lets you set up jobs quickly and
return to other tasks. The standard 350-sheet paper supply —
which includes a 100-sheet stack bypass and a 250-sheet cassette —
minimizes reloading to increase overall efficiency. Add an optional
500-sheet paper bank to boost total capacity to 850 sheets.
Count on cost-efficient operation
The 5613/5613F features dual supply components, with separate
toner and photoconductor units that help keep operating costs
low. When you configure the 5613/5613F as a printer, it offers
a much lower cost per print than a conventional dedicated laser
printer. The system also recycles toner, which maximizes the yield
of each cartridge, minimizes waste and lowers overall toner
consumption and costs.
