To check the battery charge level, press the button on the battery and, if necessary, charge the
battery according to the number of LEDs and the expected operating time of the cordless tool.
When the battery is fully charged, all LEDs are lit. The battery can be charged from any charge
level without reducing its capacity.

Use
•The jig saw is intended for making cutting and shaping cuts, especially in wood and
chipboard, as well as in metal, plastics, rubber and ceramics using dedicated saw blades.
•The saw allows you to make miter cuts with a maximum angle of inclination of 45 °.
•Built-in LED illuminates the cut line.
•The saw is equipped with overload protection and protection against deep discharge of the
battery. Adjustable pre-oscillation enables faster cutting, better penetration through curved
cuts and prolongs the life of the saw blade.

SAW BLADE SELECTION / MOUNTING / REPLACEMENT
•We recommend using gloves when handling the saw blade, as a sharp saw blade can
cause injuries. Before replacing the saw blade after using the saw, wait until the saw blade
has cooled down, otherwise there is a risk of burns if gloves are not used.
•Insert a saw blade into the saw that is only intended for cutting the type of material. The
use of an unsuitable blade will lead to poorer cutting performance, the quality of the cut
made and faster blade damage. Consult the saw blade dealer about the suitability of the
saw blade for the material in question.
•The length of the saw blade should not exceed the width of the material to be cut.
•Use narrow saw blades to cut narrow curves.
•Only use undamaged saw blades that are not bent in any way.
•Use only sharp saw blades. The use of blunt blades reduces cutting performance.
1. Fully deflect the lever of the saw blade clamping system and, while holding the lever in this
position, insert the saw blade clamping end in the orientation as deep as possible into the
clamping system. The non-toothed part of the saw blademust be in the groove of the guide
wheel.
2. Then release the lever of the clamping system and make sure that it is properly clamped
by pulling the saw blade by hand. If not, try pushing the blade into the clamping system
without deflecting the lever, this should "snap" the blade into the clamping system. If this
does not happen, it is necessary to repeat the procedure until the saw blade is firmly
secured.
WARNING
•Before using the saw, always make sure that the saw blade is properly clamped in the saw
clamping system.
ADJUSTING THE ANGLE CUT ANGLE
1. Release the lever on the bottom of the device and adjust the base plate to the desired
angle. After that lever, lock it again.
2. Make the correct angle with a test cut.
APPROACH SETTINGS
1. Set the pre-oscillation level 0-3 with the control knob.
•Properly selected degree of pre-oscillation in relation to the oscillation speed speeds up
cutting, extends the life of the saw blade,facilitates the passage of curves and reduces saw
overload.
•Cutting without pre-vibration (level 0) or with pre-vibration level I at low oscillation speed is
intended for hard materials (metals, ceramics, hard wood-hornbeam, acacia yew, etc.).
•Pre-vibration level 1-2 at lower to medium oscillation speed is designed for medium hard
wood (ash, oak, walnut, elm), plywood and plastic.
•Pre-oscillation degree 3 at medium to highest speed is designed for soft wood (pine, larch,
spruce, linden) and chipboard.
USING A STATION BAR WITH A SCALE
•The longitudinal cut stop bar (side guide) allows you to guide the exact cut line along the

edge of the material being cut and also prevents the blade from pinching during cutting.
•The stop is also used for cutting parts of the same width along its entire length.
SWITCHING THE SAW ON / OFF
1. First press the button against accidental pressing of the operation switch and then at the
same time the operation switch.
2. Switch off the saw by releasing the operating switch.
WAY OF WORK
1. Grasp the saw by the handle, start it and place it on the cut surface in front of the base
plate so that the saw blade is in front of the cutting line (it must not touch the material).
2. Then guide the saw along the surface of the material to be cut to the cutting line and guide
the saw in a smooth motion without excessive pressure in the direction of the cutting line
until the cut is completed.
WARNING
•Make the cut in a steady motion without applying excessive pressure. This prevents the
saw from being overloaded and thus prolongs the life of the saw blade.
•For safety reasons, never start the saw when the saw blade is attached to the material
being cut or inside the cut.
•When cutting metal, apply coolant or lubricant to the cutting line. This will make cutting
easier and extend the life of the saw blade.
IMMERSION CUTTING
•An immersion cut is a cut that does not start from the beginning of the cut surface, but
inside.
•Plunge cuts can only be made in soft wood and plasterboard, not in metal.
•For plunge cuts, use short saw blades designed for softwood.
IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURE
1. Place the saw, which is not in operation, on the front ofthe base plate to the cutting surface.
2. Start the saw and slowly lower the saw base plate to the cut surface, the saw blade cutting
into the material.
3. With the entire surface of the base plate attached to the surface of the material to be cut,
guide the saw in the standard way.

General safety instructions for power tools
CAUTION!
All safety instructions, operating instructions, pictures and regulations supplied with this
tool must be read. Failure to follow all of the following instructions may result in electric shock,

the corresponding sockets will reduce the risk of electric shock.
b) Operators must not touch grounded objects, such as pipes, central heating units,
cookers and refrigerators. The risk of electric shock is greater if your body is connected
to the ground.
c) Power tools must not be exposed to rain, moisture or wetness. If water enters the
power tool, the risk of electric shock increases.
d) The flexible supply must not be used for other purposes. The power tool must not
be carried or pulled by the power cord, nor must the plug be unplugged from the
outlet. The inlet must be protected from heat, grease, sharp edges or moving parts.
Damaged or tangled leads increase the risk of electric shock.
e) If the power tool is used outdoors, an extension cord suitable for outdoor use must
be used. Using an extension cord for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
f) If the power tool is used in humid areas, a RCD protected power supply must be
used. Using an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock. The term "RCD" may be replaced
by "main circuit breaker (GFCI)" or "leakage circuit breaker (ELCB)".
3. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) When using a power tool, the operator must be careful, pay attention to what he is
doing, and concentrate and think soberly. Power tools must not be used if the
operator is tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. Momentary
inattention while using a power tool can result in serious personal injury.
b) Use personal protective equipment. Always weareye protection. Protective equipment
such as a respirator, non-slip safety shoes, hard headgear or hearing protection, used in
accordance with the working conditions, reduces the risk of personal injury.
c) Unintentional starting of the machine must be avoided. Make sure that the switch is

in the off position before plugging in and / or connecting the battery pack, lifting or
carrying the tool. Carrying a tool with your finger on the switch or plugging in a tool fork
with the switch on can cause accidents.
d) All adjusting tools or wrenches must be removed before turning on the tool. An
adjusting tool or wrench that remains attached to the rotating part of the power tool may
result in personal injury.
e) The operator must only work where he can reach safely. The operator must always
maintain a stable posture and balance. This will allow better control of the power tool in
unforeseen situations.
f) Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. The operator must make
sure that hishair and clothing arefar enough away from moving parts. Loose clothing,
jewelry and long hair can be caught in moving parts.
g) Where means are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection
facilities, care shall be taken to ensure that such equipment is connected and used
correctly. The use of these devices can reduce the hazards caused by dust.
h) The operator must not allow the routine, which is based on the frequent use of the
tool, to become complacent and ignore the principles of tool safety. Careless
operation can cause serious injury in a fraction of a second.
4. USE AND MAINTENANCE OF BATTERY TOOLS
a) Power tools must not be overloaded. It is necessary to use the correct power tool
that is intended for the work performed. The right power tool will do the job it was
designed to do better and safer.
b) Power tools that cannot be turned on and off with the switch must not be used. Any
power tool that cannot be operated with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
c) Before making any adjustments, changing accessories or storing power tools,
unplug the power tool and / or remove the battery pack from the power tool, if
removable. These precautions reduce the risk of accidental starting of the power tool.
d) Unused power tools must be stored out of the reach of children and persons
unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions must not be allowed to use the
power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of inexperienced users.
e) Power tools and accessories must be maintained. It is necessary to check the
adjustment of moving parts and their mobility, focusing on cracks, broken parts and
any other circumstances that may jeopardize the function of the power tool. If the
tool is damaged, it must be repaired before further use. Many accidents are caused by
poorly maintained power tools.
f) Cutting tools must be kept sharp and clean. Properly maintained and sharpened cutting
tools are less likely to catch on the material or become jammed and easier to control.
g) Power tools, accessories and tool bits etc. must be used in accordance with these
instructions and in the manner intended for the particular power tool, taking into
account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Using power tools for
activities other than those for which they were designed can lead to dangerous situations.
h) Handles and grip surfaces must be kept dry, clean and free of grease. Slipperyhandles
and grip surfaces do not allow the tool to be held and inspected safely in unexpected
situations.
5. USE AND MAINTENANCE OF BATTERY TOOLS
a) Charge the tool only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that
may be suitable for one type of battery pack may present a fire hazard when used with
another battery pack.
b) Only use the tool with a battery pack that is specifically designed for the tool. Use of

any other battery pack may present a risk of injury or fire.
c) When the battery pack is not in use, protect it from contact with other metal objects
such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that may
cause onebattery contact to connectwith another. Short-circuiting the battery terminals
may cause burns or fire.
d) If used incorrectly, liquids may leak from the battery; avoid contact with them. In
case of accidental contact with these liquids, rinse the affected area with water. In
addition, seek medical attention if fluid gets in your eyes. Liquids escaping from the
battery can cause inflammation or burns.
e) A battery pack or tool that is damaged or rebuilt must not be used. Damaged or
modified batteries can behave unpredictably, which can result in fire, explosion, or risk of
injury.
f) Battery packs or tools must not be exposed to fire or excessive heat. Exposure to fire
or temperature above 130 ° C may cause an explosion.
g) All charging instructions must be followed and the battery pack or tool must not be
charged outside the temperature range specified in the operating instructions.
Improper charging or charging at temperatures outside this range may damage the battery
and increase the risk of fire.
6. SERVICE
a) Have your cordless tool repaired by a qualified person using identical spare parts.
This will ensure the same level of tool safety as before repair.

Pro ověření úrovně nabití akumulátoru stiskněte tlačítko na akumulátoru a podle počtu svítících
diod a předpokládané době provozu aku nářadí akumulátor v případě potřeby dobijte. Je-li
akumulátor plně nabitý, svítí všechny LED diody. Akumulátor lze nabít z jakékoli úrovně nabití, aniž
by se tím snižovala jeho kapacita.

2. Před připojením nabíječky ke zdroji el. proudu zkontrolujte, zda napětí v zásuvce
odpovídá rozmezí 220-240~50 Hz a zda nabíječka nemá poškozený přívodní kabel
(např. izolaci) či kryt nebo jinou část.
Je-li nabíječka poškozena, zajistěte její náhradu za bezvadnou originální od výrobce. K nabíjení
akumulátoru musí být použita pouze originální nabíječka od výrobce, jinak použití jiné nabíječky
může způsobit požár či výbuch v důsledku nevhodných nabíjecích parametrů. Napájecí kabel
nabíječky chraňte před poškozením.
3. Nabíječku připojte ke zdroji el. proudu.
Pro nabíječky 28085/28086
• proces nabíjení je indikován zelenou blikající LED vedle červené LED.
• plné nabití je indikováno pouze rozsvícením zelené LED.
• neobvyklý / špatný proces nabíjení je indikován zelenou a červenou blikající LED.
• Úroveň nabití baterie lze sledovat podle počtu rozsvícených LED diod na baterii, které se rozsvítí
při nabíjení.

Právo na změnu výše uvedené signalizace procesu nabíjení a nabití vyhrazeno.
4. Po nabití nejprve odpojte nabíječku od zdroje el. proudu a poté z drážek nabíječky
vysuňte akumulátor po stisknutí a přidržení tlačítka na akumulátoru.

Použití
•Přímočará pila je určena k provádění dělících a tvarových řezů zejména do dřeva a
dřevotřísky, dále také do kovu, umělých hmot, gumy a keramiky s použitím k tomu určených
pilových plátků.
•Pila umožňuje provádět pokosové řezy s maximálním úhlem sklonu 45°.
•Zabudovaná led dioda osvětluje linii řezu.
•Pila je vybavena ochranou proti přetížení a ochranou proti hlubokému vybití akumulátoru.
Nastavitelný předkmit umožňuje rychlejší řezání, lepší prostup křivkovými řezy a prodlužuje
životnost pilového plátku.

VOLBA / UPEVNĚNÍ / VÝMĚNA PILOVÉHO PLÁTKU
•Při manipulaci s pilovým plátkem, doporučujeme používat rukavice, protože ostrý pilový
plátek může způsobit zranění. Před výměnou pilového plátku po použití pily vyčkejte, až
pilový plátek vychladne, jinak hrozí nebezpečí popálení v případě, že nebudou použity
rukavice.
•Do pily vložte pilový plátek, který je určený pouze k řezání daného typu materiálu. Použití
nevhodného plátku povede k horšímu řeznému výkonu, kvalitě provedeného řezu a k
rychlejšímu poškození plátku. O vhodnosti použití pilového plátku vzhledem k danému
materiálu se informujte u prodejce pilových plátků.
•Délka pilového listu by neměla nadbytečně přesahovat šířku řezaného materiálu.
•Pro řezání úzkých křivek použijte úzké pilové plátky.
•Používejte pouze nepoškozené pilové plátky, které nejsou nijak zprohýbané.
•Používejte pouze ostré pilové plátky. Použití tupých plátků snižuje řezný výkon.
1. Zcela vychylte páčku upínacího systému pilového plátku a za přidržení páčky v této poloze
do upínacího systému zasuňte co nejhlouběji upínací koncovku pilového plátku v orientaci.
Neozubená část pilového plátku musí být v drážce vodícího kolečka.
2. Poté páčku upínacího systému uvolněte a tahem rukou za pilový plátek se přesvědčte, zda
je řádně upnutý. Pokud není, zkuste plátek přitlačit do upínacího systému bez vychylování
páčky, tím by měl plátek „zacvaknout“ do upínacího systému. Pokud k tomu nedojde je
nutné postup opakovat, dokud nedojde k pevnému zajištění pilového plátku.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
•Před použitím pily se vždy přesvědčte, zda je pilový plátek řádně upnutý v upínacím
systému pily.
NASTAVENÍ ÚHLU POKOSOVÉHO ŘEZU
1. Uvolněte páčku na spodní straně přístroje a nastavte základovou desku do požadovaného
úhlu. Po té páčku opět zajistěte.
2. Správnost nastaveného úhlu proveďte zkušebním řezem.
NASTAVENÍ PŘEDKMITU
1. Stupeň předkmitu 0-3 nastavte ovladačem.
•Správně zvolený stupeň předkmitu ve vztahu k rychlosti kmitání urychluje řezání,
prodlužuje životnost pilového plátku, usnadňuje prostup křivkami a snižuje přetížení pily.
•Řezání bez předkmitu (stupeň 0) nebo se stupňem předkmitu I při nízké rychlosti kmitání
je určeno pro tvrdé materiály (kovy, keramika, tvrdé dřevo-habr, akát tis atd.).
•Stupeň předkmitu 1-2 při nižší až střední rychlosti kmitání je určen pro středně tvrdé dřevo
(jasan, dub, ořech, jilm), pře-kližku a plast.
•Stupeň předkmitu 3 při střední až nejvyšší rychlosti je určen pro měkké dřevo (borovice,
modřín, smrk, lípa) a dřevotřísku.
POUŽITÍ DORAZOVÉ LIŠTY SE STUPNICÍ
•Dorazoválišta podélného řezu (boční vodítko) umožňuje vést přesnou linii řezu podél hrany
řezaného materiálu a rovněž zabraňuje svírání plátku během řezání.
