Keep the hardware bags and their contents separate. If any parts are missing, call our Customer Service
Department.
The plastic pieces of your table may become damaged by over tightening the screws. If you choose
to use a power screwdriver, we strongly recommend the use of a low-powered power screwdriver or a
drill that has an adjustable clutch that is set to a low-torque setting. If neither is available, use a hand
screwdriver or socket wrench.


Remove all screws connecting the
Table Top channel to the Table Top

Lay the Table Top Assembly (BWM) upside down on the ground. Remove the five (5) screws connecting one of the
Table Top channels to the Table Top, and remove the channel from the Table Top. Save Screws for later in the
assembly.

1.2 If the Locking Strap is not already attached to the W-Frame Leg Brace Assembly (BWP), slide a Locking Strap over the
tube of the Leg Brace as shown. Ensure the Locking Strap is oriented with the metal ring facing downward as shown.

2 ADULTS REQUIRED FOR THIS STEP
Insert a W-Frame Leg Assembly (BWO) and a W-Frame Leg Brace Assembly (BWP) into the two large holes along the Table
Top channel that is still connected to the Table Top as shown. Ensure you orient the Brace in the direction shown
(the locking mechanism must be visible). Repeat step 1.2 - 1.3 for the second W-Frame Leg Assembly and W-Frame Leg Brace
Assembly.
While another adult helps to hold the Assemblies in position, place the holes in the second Table Top channel
over the tubes of the Table Legs and Table Leg Braces as shown.

1.5 Set the Table Top Channel back in place. While another adult holds the Legs, reinsert the five (5) screws you
removed in step 1.1 into the holes of the Table Top Channel to secure it in place. Do not overtighten.

1.3 Lay the Table Legs and Table Leg Braces down flat on the Table Top. Place a Sliding End Cap (BWI) on the ends of
the tube on a Table Leg as shown.

1.7 Place a Bench Assembly (BWN) underneath one of the Legs and slide the Sliding End Caps under the glide rails of
the Bench Assembly as shown.

1.3 Attach two (2) Sliding End Caps (BWI) to the tube on the other Table Leg, and lift the Bench Assembly upward until
the Sliding End Caps rest inside the underside of the Bench. Position the Bench so all four Sliding End Caps are
under the glide rails. Repeat steps 1.6 - 1.8 for the second Bench Assembly.

1.3 Lift the Legs upright and, while another adult holes the Table Legs in place, rotate the diagonal supports of a
Table Leg Brace until the locking pin snaps into the notches located at the ends of the diagonal supports as
illustrated. Connect the other ends of the supports to the Table Leg using two (2) M6 x 1 x 12mm Hex Bolts (BWG) and
two (2) M6 x 1 Nylock Cap Nuts (AON). Repeat this step for the other Table Leg Brace.

1.10 While another adult holds the Table Legs upright, insert four (4) 6.3mm x 1.8 x 25mm Hex-Head Screws (BWH) through
the holes in the Bench Channels and into the Bench as shown to keep the Sliding End Caps under the Glide
Rails. Do not overtighten. Repeat this step for the other Bench.

1.11 Turn the Table upright. If you have an umbrella, remove the Umbrella Hole Plug from the hole in the center of
the Table Top and insert your umbrella. If not, leave the Plug in place.

Cleaning and Care
The polyethylene panels are stain- and solvent-resistant. Most stains can be removed, using a mild soap and a soft-bristled
brush. Abrasive cleaning materials may scratch the plastic and are not recommended. Repair scratches or rust spots on
the metal by sanding the affected area lightly; using a rust preventative spray primer; and finally, spraying with a high-gloss
spray enamel paint. Avoid placing a direct heat source on or near surfaces unless using a heat barrier.

1. Lifetime®Picnic Tables are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship
for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase. The word “defects” is defined as imperfections
that impair the use of the product. Defects resulting from misuse, abuse or customer negligence will void this
warranty. This warranty does not cover defects due to alteration of accident. This warranty does not cover damage
caused by vandalism, rusting, “acts of nature” or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer.
2. This warranty is nontransferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defective product. If
the product is defective within the terms of this warranty, Lifetime®Products, Inc. will repair or replace defective
parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. This warranty does not cover scratching, scuffing or other cosmetic damage that may result from normal use
of the product. In addition, defects resulting from intentional damage, customer negligence or unreasonable use
will void this warranty.
4. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. While every attempt
is made to embody the highest degree of safety in all products, freedom from injury cannot be guaranteed. The
user assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of this product. All merchandise is sold on this condition,
and no representative of the company may waive or change this policy.
5. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability
or fitness for use to the extent permitted by Federal and state law. Neither Lifetime®Products, Inc. nor any
representative assumes any other liability in connection with this product. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
