Test+the+movement+up+and+down+making+sure+there+are+no+

Use+the+leveling+feet+as+needed+to+adjust+the+proper+height+

Caution: Make sure the existing toilet seat is removed from the toilet.
Caution: Make sure the back of the seat does
not interfere with the back of the toilet.
Caution: The bottom of the LiftSeat® should not
be closer than 1 inch to the top of the toilet rim.
To adjust the height, use leveling feet.
Caution: Make sure there is no interference from
tissue holders, grab bars, or any other obstruc-
tion in the complete range of movement of the
LiftSeat®.

Maintenance Guidelines
Proper&cleaning&and&inspection&are&essential&to&keep&the&LiftSeat®
®&unit&from&around&the&toilet&as&follows:
Remove&0V&plug&from&the&wall•
Slide&LiftSeat•®&unit&away&from&toilet
Clean&the&LiftSeat®&unit&and&the&toilet.&Wipe&down/scrub&the&unit&using&a&soft&cloth&with&soap&and&warm&water.&Note&that&the&
actuator&is&best&cleaned&in&the&lowered&position,&so&that&the&actuator&cannot&be&degreased&causing&premature&failure.&Use&a&
dry&cloth&to&wipe&away&any&excess&moisture&on&the&LiftSeat®.
After&cleaning&the&LiftSeat®&unit&and&the&toilet,&replace&the&LiftSeat®&unit&as&follows:
