9. After pump tube has bee completely take apart the
pisto (34090) a d two pisto washers (48212) ca
be removed by u screwi g the pisto bolt (11329)
from the pisto rod (11340).
To remove rod (11340) use a threadi g motio to
u screw from packi gs i outlet body (40537). Use
wre ch o milled flats of rod (11340). Use same
procedure whe i stalli g rod (11340) i ew pack-
i gs to preve t the threads o rod from damagi g
packi gs.
10. U screw gla d ut (12333). Remove a d replace
packi g (34180). Remove gla d packi g spacer
(14940). Remove a d replace 0-ri g (34572) a d U-
cup (38165) from gla d packi g spacer (14940).
Whe reassembli g pisto rod (11340) through
packi gs i outlet body (40537), do ot force rod
through packi gs as the threaded positio portio of
the rod will damage packi gs. I sert pisto rod a d
use a threadi g motio to move the rod (11340)
through the packi gs.
11. The two air cyli der gaskets (33014) a d two air
passage tube 0-ri gs (34368) are to be replaced as
the air motor is reassembled.

outlet body lightly i vise jaws. Hold exte sio tube
(61273) a d u screw primi g tube (239719).
13. See Fig. B. Pull plu ger (11724) straight out u til
plu ger rod (11723) is exte ded as far as possible
out of the exte sio lube (61273). Hold bushi g of
90554 a d u screw exte sio tube (61273).

poi ted tool i crosser.
Note: Plu ger may u screw from plu ger rod
(11723) or plu ger rod may u screw from check
seat (11726). Exte sio tube (61273) ca be re-
moved from free e d of plu ger rod (11723).

exposes the check seat (11725), primi g check
(11721), check stop (11722), support bushi g

bushi g of 90554. Grip two flats at top of plu ger
with a e d wre ch a d remove check seat (11726).
Note: Check ball (66010) may remai i plu ger
after check seat (11726) is removed. To remove
check ball lilt pump i vise a d ge tly tap top of
plu ger at locatio of two flats.

(11349). Milled flats are provided so that parts ca
be held with ope e d wre ches. Remove pisto
rod co ector (11349) a d trip rod (90691) from the
air motor pisto rod (11340) i the same ma er.
Remove air motor pisto rod (11340) as stated i
Step No. 8. Replace gasket (31048) betwee pisto
rod a d pisto rod co ector (11349). Replace
pump tube gasket (31054).
