SIDERAIL OPERATION BACKREST RELEASE (CPR)BED ENDS
Head board / Foot board lock
1. Unlock head board or foot board.
2. Remove head board or foot board.
Head siderail / Foot siderail
1. Push the siderail toward the middle of the bed.
2. Move the siderail release mechanism towards you.
3. Fold the siderail down.

(RED PEDAL DOWN)
Castors are braked.
2. Unrestricted movement
(MIDDLE POSITION) Castors are unbraked.
3. Forward movement
(GREEN PEDAL DOWN)
Front left castor (from user´s view) determines
direction or 5th castor determines direction.

Ensure the device plugged in USB
connector is in pristine condition!
Do not plug any heating element
into USB connector!
When obstacle occurs
on the undercarriage and
mattress support
platform is going down,
the motion is automatically
stopped.
iBoard display shows SAFE
STOP and beeping
is performed.
Mobi-Lift support handle
1. Lift the handle up towards the foot siderail.
2. Push the handle into the sleeve fitting (down) as far as it will go.
Bed height adjustment
1. Press any button .
2. Press one of the buttoms (up/down) to adjust the bed height.
X-RAY lung examination
(optional)
1. Ensure the patient is in the
centre of the bed.
2. The backrest should be in
the lowest position and the
siderails folded up.
3. Pull out the x-ray cassette
holder.
4. Insert the x-ray (format
43cm x 35cm / 16.93in x
13.78in).
5. Push back the x-ray
cassette inside the holder so
the cassette centre indicator
is positioned directly under
the mattress support platform
edge.
6. If required, adjust the po-
sitioning of the x-ray cassette
using the tooth mechanism
so the upper edge of the x-ray
cassette is directly under the
patients shoulder line.
7. Adjust the parameters of
the x-ray device.

DISPLAYING
Weight value indicator (10) shows actual weight value.
Press button to display value with actual scale interval 0,1kg for 5s.
TARING
1. Ensure that nothing and nobody touches the bed except you.
2. Press and hold button until weight value starts to flash. Release button .
3. To confirm taring press button again. “0” is shown on the display.
Place the patient on the bed.
HOLD MODE
1. Wait until the scales are stabilized.
The icon will be illuminated when the scales are stabilized.
2. Press button until icon appears on the display.
3. Add or remove required accessories.
MEMORY
Press and hold to save the value. Value starts to flash before it is saved.
Press to display the saved value for 5s with indication of days past from the movent of
saving (9) and with number of the displayed record .

BED EXIT MONITORING SCREEN BED EXIT MONITORING CONTROL
MONITORED ZONE
Minimum patient weight for Bed Exit monitoring is 35kg.
1. To activate Bed Exit monitoring press button . Icon will be displayed.
Inner zone monitoring is activated by default.
2. To activate Outer zone monitoring press button .
ALARM
Alarm is triggered when patient has left selected monitored zone (Inner zone or Outer zone).
Alarm is triggered when PAUSE period elapsed and patient is not in ordered position.
1. To stop ALARM press button .
Bed Exit monitoring is deactivated and icon appears on the display.
2. To postpone ALARM press button .
Icon with 15 minute coundown timer appears on the display.
3. To set ALARM volume level press button .
PAUSE
PAUSE period takes 15 minutes.
1. To PAUSE Bed Exit monitoring press button .
During PAUSE period Bed Exit monitoring is interrupted and ALARMs are not activated.
2. To extend the PAUSE period press button again.
3. Press button to terminate the PAUSE period.

BATTERY
To charge battery:
Connect the main cable of the bed to the mains.
Charging may take up to 9 hours.
Battery charge status:
1. Battery critically discharged
2. 50%
3. 75%
4. 100% - the battery is fully charged

BRAKING
i-Drive Power have 3 options for stopping the bed:
1. Press and hold button to brake instantly.
2. Press and hold button to brake slowly when driving forward.
(Press and hold button to brake when reversing.)
3. Release your hand from the touch sensor to brake instantly.
EMERGENCY RETRACTION
To switch the i-Drive Power ON:
Set the main power switch button located on the undercarriage ON.
To switch the i-Drive Power OFF:
Retract wheel using button on Activation panel.
Set the main power switch button located on the undercarriage OFF.

NOT INTEGRATED MATTRESS INTEGRATED MATTRESS (OPTICARE)
Remove any existing mattress.
Observe mattress dimensions and its orientation before putting it on the
mattress support platform.
Fix the mattress on the mattress support platform with straps (1).
Place SCU (active mattress only) on the foot board of the bed or on the
floor.
Remove any existing mattress.
Put mattress on the mattress support platform with air pipes at foot end of the bed.
Connect air pipes to SCU observing colour code.
Fix the mattress on the mattress support platform with straps (1).
Make sure that the CPR valves on both sides of the head end of the mattress
are not left open but closed and accessible to manipulation.

1Logging out the mattress
When replacing the mattress by
a mattress that is not part of the
Linet OptiCare integrated mattress
range, it is necessary to log out the
mattress.
Press and hold button to
log out mattress.
„M OFF“ text is displayed.
