Introduction
The Bed/Table Pedestal V2 is used for a table with an OEM-supplied tabletop attached, and then can be
retracted for use as part of a system to create another bed.

Latch
Retract the table so the tabletop can function as a base in converting the area to a bed.
NOTE: The tabletop must be supported underneath in order to place a mattress on it to create a bed. The
weight rating is dependent on the support structures used by the OEM.
1. Locate the latch on the side of the assembly (Fig. 1).
2. Release the latch with one hand and use the other hand to guide the tabletop while lowering it (Fig. 2)
into the stowed position (Fig. 3).

3. The retracted table can now function as a bed base (Fig. 3).
4. To move back to the table position, lift up on tabletop. The latch is spring loaded so it will snap into
place to hold the tabletop when the top is returned to the up position.
