Introduction
The flyscreen door system keeps out insects and debris while allowing fresh airflow. The flyscreen can only
be used while the coach's door is open. Open the flyscreen door before closing the coach's door.

This manual provides general instructions. Many variables can change the circumstances of the instructions,
i.e., the degree of difficulty, operation and ability of the individual performing the instructions. This
manual cannot begin to plot out instructions for every possibility, but provides the general instructions,
as necessary, for effectively interfacing with the device, product or system. Failure to correctly follow the
provided instructions may result in death, serious personal injury, severe product and/or property damage,
including voiding of the LCI limited warranty.

Installation
1. Position the retracted flyscreen portion of the screen door over the wall and place the bottom rail of
the screen door on the floor (Fig. 1).
2. Center the flyscreen door within the coach's door opening.
A. Make sure the side of the latch door—where the inner side of the spacer profile is located—is next
to but NOT on it.
B. At the same time, make sure that on the other side of the cutout the flyscreen is next to the gasket
and NOT on it.
C. Then make sure the whole back part of the flyscreen touches the wall.
D. Make sure each corner between profiles is perpendicular (90 degrees) (Fig. 1).

3. Install 10 OEM-supplied screws (1-10) in the order shown in figure 2.
A. At screw locations 5-8 (Fig. 2), the flyscreen door material tends to move out of position. Apply
enough pressure to those mounting areas to keep the profile straight.

B. The size and length of the screws needed to install the flyscreen door varies depending on the
dimension of the OEM-supplied spacer used. Refer to the following table for suggested screw sizes
for a given spacer being used.

4. After all screws have been installed, cover all screw locations (Fig. 2, 1-10) with the supplied decorative
caps (Fig. 3A).

Post Installation Check
NOTE: The flyscreen door can only be operated while the coach's door is open. Before closing the coach
door, open the flyscreen door.
Fully open and close the flyscreen a few times to check for any binding in the flyscreen's tracts.
Slowly slide the flyscreen open to make sure the clutched sliding system stops at each position.
If necessary, the flyscreen frame can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap.
NOTE: Do NOT wash the screen fabric or damage to the screen can occur.
