Before beginning assembly, please take a few minutes to read these instructions.
Lay the parts out on a clean, soft, flat surface (such as a carpeted floor) and compare with
the parts check list on the next page. Do not throw away any packaging until you are sure
that you have all the parts.
The product must be assembled by an adult. There are small parts so keep small children
away from the assembly area. Some stages of assembly require more than one person.
If, for any reason, you wish to return the product, you must disassemble the components and
use the original packaging.

Assembly
1. Prepare the Left and Right Drawer Unit Sides.
You need: 6x Cams, 8x Large Cam Pins, 12 x Dowels, 4x Feet and a Screwdriver.
Carefully place the right and left drawer unit sides on a soft level surface with the metal runners facing upwards.
Ensure the surface is soft and clean to prevent scratches.
A. Using a screwdriver fit 4 x cam pins into the smaller holes in each side (as below).
B. Insert 3x cams into the larger holes at the top of each side. Ensure that the small arrow on each cam is
pointing towards the closest edge of each part once inserted.
C. Fit 2x wooden dowels into the larger holes in the top edge of each side and a further 4 dowels into the
remaining holes as seen. Ensure dowels are fully inserted.
D. Insert 2x Plastic feet into the holes in the bottom edge of each side as shown.
2. Prepare the rear Brace, base and plinth.
You need: 8 x Cams, 8 large cam pins and 2x dowels.
Carefully place the rear brace and base onto the floor with the holes facing upward, insert 4 x cams into the rear
brace and 6 cams into the large holes on the base (groove facing down)
Now fit 2 x large cam pins into the plinth piece as well as inserting the 2 wooden dowels into the larger holes, as
seen.
Connect the plinth to the base aligning the dowels and cam pins

4. Prepare the Side Panel.
You need: 3x Cams, 2x Large Cam Pins, 2x Dowels, 2x Feet and a Screwdriver.
NOTE: Please refer to the orientation option images at the front of this user guide to help you decide and
understand which way to construct the product.
Using a screwdriver fit 2x cam pins into one pair of small holes at the top of the side panel. Cam pins are shown
in both positions on the image below, however you must only fit 2x cam pins in positions A or B based on
whether you require the drawer unit of the desk on the Left or the Right.
At this stage also Insert 3x cams into the larger holes at the top of the side panel. Ensure that the small arrow on
each cam is pointing towards the closest edge of each part once inserted
Fit 2x wooden dowels into the larger holes in the top edge of the side. Ensure dowels are fully inserted.
Insert 2x Plastic feet into the holes in the bottom edge of the side as shown.
3. Prepare the Back Panel.
You need: 3x Cams.
Carefully place the back panel on a soft level surface with the majority of the holes facing upwards. Fit 3x cams
into the large holes ensuring that all arrows on cams are pointing towards the closest edge of the part.

5. Prepare the Top.
You need: 10x Large Cam Pins and a Screwdriver.
Carefully place the top on a soft level surface with the holes facing upwards.
At this stage you should have already made the decision whether the drawer unit is required on the left or the
right (if needed please refer to the orientation option page at the front of this instruction manual for help).
Study the appropriate image below and insert 10x cam pins into the small holes in the underside of the top.
Ensure that the pins are fitted in the correct positions for the required orientation option as shown.
6. Attaching the rear brace, bottom panel, plinth and back
panel.
You need: a Screwdriver.
Carefully place the rear brace, bottom panel, plinth onto the cam pins, alining the wooden dowels (right side
shown below). Ensure that the now fitted cams on all parts face outwards and that the exposed heads of the cam
pins and dowels align and engage correctly into their corresponding holes when the parts are joined together
(fitted cams can be adjusted if they are not aligned correctly). Slide the back panel through the slots and into the
side groove.
Once each part is correctly in position and all intersecting parts are aligned, tighten the appropriate cams half a
turn clockwise to secure the parts together. Do not force or over tighten cams.

8. Fit the Back panel and Side Panel (Option A).
You need: 2x Bolts (32mm), 2x Sleeve Nuts an 2x Allen keys and a Screwdriver.
PLEASE NOTE: This stage of the assembly shows the drawer unit positioned on the left (orientation
option A). If you require the drawer unit on the right (orientation option B) please ignore this assembly
stage and turn to stage 9.
Once the drawer assembly is upright, fit the back panel in position. Align the small pair of holes at one end of the
back panel with the corresponding holes in the back of the upper brace. Secure the parts together using 2x bolts
(32mm), 2x sleeve nuts and 2x allen keys (see Fig 8.1). Ensure the exposed end of the back panel is fully
supported until the side panel is attached. Fit the side panel to the end edge of the back panel by aligning and
engaging the two fitted cam pins. Once the pins are engaged into their corresponding holes, tighten each cam
clockwise to secure.
7. Fit the remaining Drawer Unit Side.
You need: A Screwdriver.
Carefully lower the remaining drawer unit side onto the assembly ensuring that all cam pins, dowels and back
panel engage correctly into their corresponding holes, grooves. Once in position and all intersecting parts are
correctly aligned, tighten each cam clockwise to secure. Carefully stand the assembly upright onto the now fitted
plastic feet.
Note: The assembly will be easier to lift with at least two people.

9. Fit the Back panel and Side Panel (Option B).
You need: 2x Bolts (32mm), 2x Sleeve Nuts an 2x Allen keys and a Screwdriver.
PLEASE NOTE: This stage of the assembly shows the drawer unit positioned on the right (orientation
option B). If you require the drawer unit on the left (orientation option A) please ignore this assembly
stage and revert to stage 8.
Once the drawer assembly is upright, fit the back panel in position. Align the small pair of holes at one end of the
back panel with the corresponding holes in the back of the upper brace. Secure the parts together using 2x bolts
(32mm), 2x sleeve nuts and 2x allen keys (see Fig 9.1). Ensure the exposed end of the back panel is fully
supported until the side panel is attached. Fit the side panel to the end edge of the back panel by aligning and
engaging the two fitted cam pins. Once the pins are engaged into their corresponding holes, tighten each cam
clockwise to secure.
10. Attach the Top.
You need: A Screwdriver.
Carefully lower the top onto the assembly ensuring that all cam pins and dowels locate and engage correctly into
their corresponding holes. Once in position tighten all cams to secure the top. Please note: The remaining
stages of this instruction manual only depict the desk assembled with the drawers positioned on the left
(orientation option A). For option B, the assembly method is exactly the same except the drawers will be
on the other side.

11. Prepare the Drawer Front.
You need: 2x Small Cam Pins and a Screwdriver.
Carefully rest the drawer front on a soft level surface with the holes and groove facing upwards. Screw 2 x small
cam pins into the smaller holes in the drawer front as shown below.
12. Prepare the Drawer Sides.
You need: 2x Small Cams.
Lay all drawer sides on a soft level surface with the grooves facing upwards.
Insert 1x cam into the large hole on the face of each drawer side.

You need: 2 x Screw Bolts (50mm) and an Allen Key.
Ensue that all cam pins and dowels are correctly engaged into their corresponding holes. once all parts are
correctly engaged and aligned, tighten each cam clockwise to secure.

1. Insert the drawer base ensuring that it is correctly located into the grooves on the drawer sides. Slide the base
down so that it engages into the grooves on the drawer front. The base must be orientated with the curved ‘cutouts’
facing downwards as shown below.
2. Insert the drawer back by slightly leaning the drawer sides outwards. Ensure the fitted dowels locate into the
corresponding holes on the inside face of each drawer side.
NOTE: The cams that attach the drawer fronts to the sides should be loosened to make it easier to fit the backs.
3. Use 2 screw bolts to secure the drawer back.
Make sure that all drawer cams are rotated clockwise and fully tightened
Finally, place the drawer into the main assembly, ensuring that the pre-fitted drawer runner mechanisms engage
correctly.

14. Place the Drawer box into the Desk.
Once the drawer have been fully assembled, carefully place it into one the desk assembly.
Note: Drawer parts (apart form the
runner) are not shown in the images 10
16. Fit the Wall Strap.
You need: 1x Wall Strap & Fittings and a Screwdriver.
Secure one end of the wall strap to the back edge of the top as shown. It will be easier to fix the wall strap screw
if a small ‘pilot hole’ is made with a 2.5mm drill or a bradawl. Move the Desk into its final position close to the wall
and fasten the other end of the strap to a sound wall using wall fixing and screw (not supplied) appropriate to that
wall. This work should be carried out by a competent person or a professional.
11 Finally, check that all Fittings have been properly tightened and that all parts are secure.
15. Fitting the Door Stop and Hinges.
You need: 1x Door Stop, 2x Screws (15mm), 2x Hinges and 2x Mounting Plates.
Please refer to the orientation options as this will help you decide which side of the
drawer unit to hang the door.
Once you have decided which position to fit the Door, fit the Door Stop using the 2x (15mm)
screws into the pilot holes provided at the base. (opposite side to the hanging side) fig 8.0
Attach 2x Mounting Plates to the inside faces of the Side or Middle Panels using the pre-
drilled pilot holes (See Fig 8.1).
Please note: the Mounting Plates should be orientated with the Pre-fitted Screw at the back.
Insert the Door Hinges into the large holes in the Door and secure each with the pre-fitted
Screws (See Fig 8.2).
To attach the Door, (See Fig 8.3) fit Hinge slot “A” over Bolt “B” and tighten Bolt “B”.
Door adjustment may be made by slackening Bolt “B” slightly and either tightening or
loosening Screw “C” as appropriate. Finally, re-tighten “B” and the Screws holding the Hinge
mounts to the Side Panel.
