Note: Our policy is to send all parts requests normal ground transportation, if your requirements are to have these parts via
overnight/next day, please provide your designated carrier and account number. Replacement panels are not available. If damaged
has occurred during shipment, please return the entire unit to place of purchase for credit and replacement. Original Invoice may be
required.
Before you begin:
Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out the parts on a non-abrasive surface such
as carpet or blanket. You will need the tools identified below:
1. Phillips Head Screw Driver
2. Flat Head Screw Driver
3. Rubber Mallet (recommended)

Step 1
Lay Top Panel (1) on its top with the
pre-drilled holes facing up. Insert the 4
Wooden Dowels (C) in the outside hole
positions as shown are drawing. Tap into
place with Rubber Mallet.
Insert the 6 Large Cam Screws (B) into
the specified positions shown utilizing a
Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Step 2
Lay the Shelf Panel (2) with holes facing
up. Insert the 4 Large Cam Locks in the
holes specified. When inserting the cam
lock, make sure that the arrow is facing
the cam screw entry.
Step 3
Lay the Bottom and Back Panels (3), 1
each, with the holes facing up. Insert 4
Large Cam Locks (A) into each of panels
in the holes specified.
Step 4
With the holes facing up, insert 2 Large
Cam Locks (A) into the Left Side Panel (4).
Next, insert 6 Large Cam Screws (B) in the
holes specified.
Next insert 6 Wooden Dowels (C) in
the holes specified. Tap into place with
Rubber Mallet.

Step 5
Repeat Step 4 only utilizing the Right
Side Panel (5).
Step 6
With the Left Side Panel (4) laid with
the screws and posts facing up, insert the
Bottom Panel (3) in the position specified.
Using a Phillips Screw Driver rotate the 2
Cam Locks 1/2 turn clockwise until snug.
(DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN)
Next insert the Back Panel (3) in the
position specified. Using a Phillips Screw
Driver rotate the 2 Cam Locks 1/2 turn
clockwise until snug. (DO NOT OVER
TIGHTEN).
Next insert the Shelf Panel (2) in the
position specified. Using a Phillips Screw
Driver rotate the 2 Cam Locks 1/2 turn
clockwise until snug. (DO NOT OVER
TIGHTEN).
Next attach the Right Side Panel (5) in
the position specified. Make sure that all
Large Cam Screws and Wooden Dowels
fit firmly into position on the Bottom
Panel (3), Back Panel (3) and Shelf Panel
(2). Using a Phillips Screw Driver rotate
the 2 Cam Locks 1/2 turn clockwise until
snug. (DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN).

Step 7
Stand unit in upright position and attach
the Top Panel (1) into the holes specified.
Using a Phillips Screw Driver rotate the 2
Cam Locks 1/2 turn clockwise until snug.
(DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN).
Attach 6 Cam Lock Caps (E) to the Large
Cam Locks that secure the top to the unit.
Push or tap into place.
Turn unit over on the top and attach
the Adjustable Glides (D) in the holes
specified.
Turn unit back onto the Adjustable Glides
and you are now ready to utilize the
completed unit.
