Themonitornowhastheadded featureofAudio/Video Out for
connection toalargermonitor(suchasaTV) oraVCR.
2. ChargeIndicator -Illuminateswhen bothPowerandtheMonitorare
connected.The DockingStationwillrechargethe batteriesinthe
monitorprovided that youhaveinserted Rechargeablebatteries.
(PleaserefertoPage 8forrechargingtime.)
3.Videoand AudioOutputJacks -RCAjacksforA/VOutput
connection toanothervideo source(using the supplied A/Vcable).

CAMERAINSTALLATION
Option 1:You can placethe cameraonadeskoranyleveledsurface.
Selectalocationthatisnearan ACoutletand withinreachofthe AC
adaptercord.Youcanadjust the cameraheadverticallytothebest viewing
angle.
Option 2:Forwallmounting,usethesupplied mountingbracket and
screws.First, attachthestand tothe wallwhereyou wanttoinstall the
cameraanddrivethe 2supplied screwsintothe wall.Attachthecamerato
the standandfirmlytightentheswivel.Adjust the cameratothebest
viewing angle.
Power-Up theCamera:Oncethe cameraismountedin place,connectthe
supplied 6VDC300 mAtotheDC INjack attheside ofthecamera, and
plug itintoanelectricaloutlet.
You alsohavetheoptionof using4 “AA”alkaline batteriesinyourcamera.
Toutilizethebatteryoption,followthesesteps:
1.Ensurethepowerbutton onthe cameraisdepressedtoOFF.
2. Loosen thescrewat thebackof thecameraandremovethecover.
3.Insert 4 “AA”batteries(notincluded)intothe battery compartment while
noting the polarity(+/ -symbols).
Warning:topreventdamageto theunit,ensure thebatteriesare
alignedproperlyandbattery typesare notmixed
4. Closethecompartment byre-screwing it, and turnthecamera “ON”.

Ensurethepowerswitchonthemonitorandcameraaresetto
theOFFpositionbeforeproceedingwiththefollowing steps.

BATTERYCASE&COMPARTMENT
Removethebatterycasecoverbyunscrewing thebolt atthe back of the
monitor.Thissystemrequires4 “AA”sizebatteries(notincluded).
Yourwireless monitorhasACorbattery option. Whenusing theACoption
withrechargeablebatteries,yourmonitorwillautomaticallyswitch
tobackupbatteryfeatureduring apoweroutage, providing you with
uninterruptedpowertothemonitor.
Torechargethe batteries,simplyplacethemonitorintheDocking Station
withtheACAdapterconnected.Thebatteryoptionalsoprovidesyou the
flexibilitytomovethemonitorfromroomtoroom. Batterylifeis
approximately2 3hours.Ittakes10~15hourstofullyrecharge the
batteries.When themonitor’ssound weakensorthe picturebecomes
unsteady, replacethe batteries.

If using the DockingStation,connectthe supplied6VDC800 mAadapter
tothe DCINPUT JACKattherearoftheDocking Stationand plugitinto
an electricaloutlet.
Alternatively,youcanbypass the DockingStationandplug theadapter

OPERATION
Camera
(1)Connectthepoweradaptertothe camerapowerinput andturnon
the camerabypressing Power.Ensurethecameraissettochannel1.
Monitor
(1)Connectthesupplied poweradaptortothepowerinput ofthemonitor
ortheDocking Station.TurnonthemonitorbyswitchingPower
ON/OFFtoON. TheLCD willdisplayChannel 3bydefault.
(2)Usethe channelselectorswitchbutton toensurethemonitorissetto
the samechannel asthecameratoviewthepicture. Note:If you
experiencereception problems(eg. poorpicture), you mayneedto
select anotherchannelonboththecameraand monitor.
(3)Adjust the volumetothe desiredlevel.Youmayalsomutethe audio
optionbyreducingtheVolumedialtotheminimumlevel.
(4)Adjust the brightness level asrequired.
TrytopositionboththeCameraand Monitorashighoffthegroundas
possibleforbetterpicturereception.

ALARMALERT

Thisvideo securitysystemisequippedwithanAudio-based Alarm
system, whichalertsyou of sound atthecamera.
Toactivatethe Alarmfeature, holdtheAlarmbuttonon the monitorfor2
seconds. Ared lightwillilluminatetoindicatethatAlarmmodeisactive,
and themonitorwillgotoStandbymode(videowillnot appearontheLCD
screen, and thespeakersound willcease).
AnAlarmisactivatedwhen sound atthecamerasiteisdetected.Inthe
eventof an Alarm,themonitorwillemitabuzzersound for10seconds,
and theLCD screen will turnONfor60seconds. Duringthe60 second
duration,asubsequentAlarmcannotbe triggered.Ifthere’sno further
noiseatthecameraafter60 seconds,themonitorwillreturntothe
Standbymode.Tostop the Alarm’sbuzzersound, pressthe Alarmbutton.
Alarmmodecan be deactivated byholding the Alarmbuttonfor2
seconds. The systemwillthen returntoitsprevioussettings.
SETTING ALARMSENSITIVITY
You canadjustthe levelof theAlarmfeature’ssensitivityvia the Audio
Sensitivitydialon the sideofthe monitor.AtlowerAudio Sensitivity
settings,loudersoundswill berequired totriggeranAlarm.When the
AudioSensitivityisatahighsetting, softsoundswill triggertheAlarm.
AUTO &MANUAL VIEWINGOPTIONS
ThissystemispresettoManualmode.Tomanuallyview aspecific
cameralocation, press theChannel Selectorbutton tonavigatebetween
Channels1-4.
Alternatively,youcansetthe systemtoAutomodebypressing theAuto
button.InAutomode,theAutoLEDlightwillturnON,and thecamera
channelswillrotateautomatically.ToexitAutomode,presstheAuto
buttonagain.

AUTOSCANNING
Thisvideo securitysystemprovidesyou withtheoptiontoautomatically
switchbetween the fourcameralocations.Ifyou havefewerthan four
cameras,youcan alsosetthesystemtoscanbetween three ortwo
locations.
SettingAutoScanto2or3cameralocations:
1.Press and holdtheAutobutton formorethan2seconds. AllfourLED
lightson thefront ofthemonitorwillturnON.
2.Continuetopress and holdtheAutobutton.TheChannel4LEDwill
turnoff. The systemisnowset toscan between threecamera
locations(Channel1-3).
3.Continuetopress and holdtheAutobutton.TheChannel3LEDwill
nowbe turnedoff.Thesystemisnowset toscan between twocamera
locations(Channel1-2).
4.Continuetopress and holdtheAutobuttontoreturntothe fourcamera
viewing option(allfourLEDlightswillbe illuminated).
SELECTABLEDWELLSETTINGS
Dwell Setting isthetimeduration between eachcameraview in the auto
sequencemode.
Thissystemprovidesyou withthe option ofthreeselectabledwelltimes(2,
5and 10seconds)when set toAutoMode.Thissystemispresettoatwo
second interval.
Changing DwellTime:
1.Press and holdtheChannelSelectbutton.The LEDlight willturnon to
indicatethatit isset to2seconds.
2.Continuetopress and holdthe ChannelSelectbutton.The LEDlightwill
flashonesecond intervaltoindicatethatit isnowset tothe5second
interval.
3.Continuetopress and holdthe ChannelSelectbutton.
4.TheLEDlight willflashthreesecond intervaltoindicateit isset tothe10
second interval.
