INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Thank you for purchasing either a Macnaught model
A2 or A2H Multi-Purpose Drum Pump.
Please read and retain this instruction sheet to assist
you in the maintenance of this quality product.
Model A2H is supplied complete with hose
assembly and nozzle.
Note: Models A2 and A2H are supplied with various
seals to suit a wide variety of chemicals and solvents.
If you require replacement seals order service kit
A2-1K.
FEATURES
* Fits 60-205 litre drums.
* Convenient bung opener cast on the pump head.
* Pumps 250 ml/stroke (approx).
* Pumps most liquids up to SAE90 viscosity.
* Nickle chrome plated pump rod and deep packing for
smooth action and long life.
* 19mm hose can be fitted.
* Self cleaning valves help prevent blockages.
* Brass piston rings for efficient pumping.

DESCRIPTION
The A2 and A2H Multi Purpose transfer pump is a high
quality transfer pump designed to pump diesel fuel,
lubricating oils (up to SAE 90) and a wide range of
non-corrosive fluids. Simply by replacing the suction tube
‘O’ring with one of the other O’rings supplied with the
pump you will be able to pump a wide range of solvents
and chemicals (Refer to the compatibility chart for the
correct “O’ring selection)

WARRANTY POLICY
MacnaughtPty Ltd(“Macnaught”)warrantsthatallProducts manufacturedbyMacnaughtand
purchasedafter 1st ofJuly1999 will befree from anydefects causedby faulty materialsor
workmanshipforaperiodof(5)yearsfromthedateof purchase of the product, provided that
duringtheWarrantyperiod:
1) Macnaughtreceives noticesetting out full details of any defect in any product and
detailsofthetimeandplaceof purchase.
2) ThePurchaser,attheirowncostreturnstheproducttothenearestauthorized Macnaught
servicecenter.
Forcomponentrycontained in the product, (suchaso’rings,seals,springsandhoses) which
aresubjecttowear,the warranty period willbe(12)monthsfrom the date ofpurchaseofthe
product.
Macnaughtshall,atitsoptionrepairor replace any product founddefectivebyitsinspection.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverfailureofpartsorcomponentswhich,inthejudgmentofMacnaught,
arisesfrommisuse,abrasion corrosion, negligence, accident, substitution of non-Macnaught
parts,faultyinstallationor tampering.
IfMacnaught inspectiondisclosesnodefectinmaterial orworkmanship,repairorreplacement
andreturnwillbemadeat customary charges.
Macnaught’sliabilityand the purchaser’s rightsunderthis Warranty shallbelimitedto such
repairor replacement and in particular, shall not extend toany direct, special, indirect or
consequentialdamageorlossesofany nature.
Theforegoingwarrantysupersedes, voids andisin lieu of allorany other warranties.

andtheend-userorpurchaser.Itisadditionaltoanywarrantygivenbytheselleroftheproducts.
Thiswarrantydoesnotexclude,limit, restrict or modify the non-excludable rights or remedies
conferredupontheend-userorpurchaser,orthenon-excludabledutiesorliabilitiesimposed
onthe selleror Macnaught, by Part V, Divisions 2 and 2AoftheTradePracticesact 1974
(Commonwealth)or other legislative provisions.Macnaughtotherwiseexcludes,totheextent
