• Visually ins ect um , charger and battery rior to use for any signs of damage, loose or missing arts. If
equi ment is worn or damaged, remove it from service (Re lace if required).
Failure to follow all instructions liste below may result in electric shock, fire, serious injury an /or
amage to the power tool. The term “power tool” in all of the warnings liste refers to your battery
operate (cor less) power tool.
Please rea this important information carefully before use.
• Make sure all o erators have adequate access to the following instructions.
• ‘WARNING’ listed throughout this manual to advise of actions which may cause damage to your equi ment.
• The BOP Battery o erated um must be used strictly in accordance with Macnaught’s terms and
conditions.
GENERAL SAFETY
DO NOT o erate ower tools in ex losive areas, e.g; close to flammable liquids, gases or dust.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
• Never modify electrical connections.
• DO NOT ex ose ower tool to rain or wet conditions.
• DO NOT use roduct if the roduct is damaged or the switch does not turn the um on.
• If “battery- ack” case is damaged DO NOT use - Danger of electric shock or electrocution.
BATTERY an CHARGER SAFETY
Please follow instructions from battery an charger owners manual
• Battery charger MUST ONLY be used for charging the rechargeable batteries su lied with the BOP.
• DO NOT o erate charger if charger, ower cord or lug is damaged - re lace immediately.
• DO NOT disassemble charger or battery.
• DO NOT store battery ack in locations where the tem erature may reach or exceed 40°C/104°F.
• DO NOT use charger on any other voltage than designated on the charger.
• Only use “ORIGINAL” Macnaught replacement parts, battery or charger.
This pro uct shoul only be use with automotive oils an lubricants.

• Always lace gun on hanger when um is not in use, as oil s illage can cause a sli ing hazzard.
• Kee lastic bag away from babies and children.
• Do not lift the ower head with locking lever. Handle ower head with care. DO NOT DROP.
• Make sure the ower head is securely connected/attached to the stem.
• Do not leave the ower head sitting on to of the stem unlocked.
• Sto o erating the battery oil um if any leakings at the joints are noticed.
• Do not modify the um in any way.
• Only use a genuine Macnaught dis ensing gun. Hand tighten the hose till its firm and check for any signs of
leakage before use.
• Do not use flammable fluid in this roduct. Only use fluid s ecified in this instruction manual.
• Wear a ro rate PPE for rotection.
• Do not use the roduct in otentially ex losive atmos here.
• Do not ex ose the roduct to fire and source of heat.
• Users should refer to MSDS of the fluid from su lier being used.
• Use roduct in well ventilated area.
• Never leave your dis ensing gun unattended in o en osition. Do not attem t to use any means to lock the
lever. Always ensure the switch is in off osition after dis ensing the oil.
• Use um in adequate lighting condition for safe o eration. Do not use the roduct under oor illumination.
• Avoid s illage of oil near water source as it may be harmful to the environment.
• Only use genuine Macnaught battery and chargers with this roduct.
• Battery ack, charger and ower head should be rotected from water.
* Do not ex ose the ower head to a nearby magnet as its erformance will be adversely affected.
• The battery o erated um should always be used in a vertical osition.
• The dis ensing gun should always be facing u when dis ensing fluid.
• If the noise level changes check the hose to see if there is air resent, if air is resent sto the um
immediately as this indicates the drum is em ty. Switch over to a new drum.

Your roduct is designed to use with non-flammable automotive oil/lubricants only, with viscosity grades from
0W-40 to SAE90. Usage with different fluids may cause erformance degradation and render the warranty
void. Im ro er use of liquid may lead to machine failure and malfunction.
Use of any flammable fluids can cause s arks to ex lode and create a fire hazard. Macnaught bears no
liability to the consequence of fluid misuse by customers.

BATTERY DISPOSAL
NOTE: Dis ose of old batteries ro erly. The battery contains rechargeable
Lithium-ion and must be recycled or dis osed of ro erly. Please refer to the
local authorities for the correct method of battery dis osal.
DO NOT incinerate the battery ack. The battery can
ex lode in a fire
DO NOT attem t to disassemble any battery.

ASSEMBLY
1) Pull down extender tube 2) Push the um stem
into container
3) Tighten bung ada ter to
secure um stem
4) Attach hose and gun
(ensure end gasket is in lace)
5) Ensure switch is off, then
lace ower head onto um
stem
6) Press handle down to lock ower head
8) To remove ower head, lift handle.
7) Place gun onto hanger when finished
Note: Remove both the inlet and outlet lugs from the
um stem befor use.
Note: Power head will not o rerate unless
locked correctly into osition.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION
OPERATION
NOTE: Do not allow the pump to run ry or pump amage can occur
4) Power head can be moved from um assembly to um assembly.
5) Long storage eriods :
a) Turn slot shaft 2 full turns counter clockwise using a flat head screwdriver.
b) When starting um after a long storage eriod, turn slot shaft clockwise with a flat head screwdriver.

IMPORTANT:
For initial o eration
1) Turn slot in shaft clockwise one com lete turn with a flat
head screwdriver.
2) First ress the trigger on gun and then turn on the um to rime.
Release trigger when rimed (fluid flows from gun).
Note:
Pum will not run when ower head is not attached to um stem correctly.
Pressure sensor will turn motor off when trigger is released and stall ressure is reached.
4) Lift handle to transfer ower head from
stem to stem
1) Attach ower head to stem 3) Press or Release trigger to adjust flow

DIAPHRAGM AND SPRING REPLACEMENT
1) Turn anti-clockwise,
remove drive gear
2) Remove 3 screws, um cover
and dis ensing gun hanger 3) Remove 2 screws.
4) Remove assembly. 5) Remove circli . 6) Re lace s ring. 7) Re-fit circli .
8) Remove old dia hragm. 9) Fit new dia hragm.
(ensure correct orientation) 10) Fit valve switch assembly.
11) Fit 2 screws. 12) Fit um cover and dis ensing
gun hanger, using 3 screws. 13) Fit drive gear, turn
clockwise to secure.

IMPELLER AND O’RING REPLACEMENT
1) Unscrew ada ter 2) Remove o’ring. 3) Remove im eller housing.
4) Remove o’ring. 5) Carefully remove and re lace im eller. 6) Re lace o’ring.
7) Carefully insert im eller housing.
(Note correct orientation of grooves) 8) Re lace o’ring. 9) Firmly hand tighten um tube.
Note: Impeller must be lubricate with
oil or grease uring assembly.
