Disassemble Armature (Fig. 2, Fig. 3).
Take the reverse step of Disassembling (Fig. 3, Fig. 2).

1. Remove Handle (L) by unscrewing
four Tapping screws and three M5x30
Pan head screws.
2. Remove carbon brushes.

Motor housing 3. Unscrew four M5x30 Pan head screws
and remove Motor housing.
Now, Armature comes into your sight.
4. Armature can be replaced.

(1) Remove M10x25 Hex flange head bolt, Outer flange, Cut off wheel, O ring 14, Ring 17, Inner flange.
(2) Remove Gear section (Fig. 4).
(3) Disassemble the removed Gear section (Fig. 5).
Take the reverse step of Disassembling (Fig. 5, Fig. 4).
Note: Assemble Spindle to Helical gear 49 carefully as described in Fig. 6.

1. Unscrew M5x40 Pan head screws that
secure Safety cover and Bearing box
to the machine.
2. Remove Ring 17 and
Safety cover.
And then, remove Gear
section.

4. Remove Spindle from Bearing box with Arbor press.

DISASSEMBLING
Vise section is fixed to Base as follows.
* at Screw guide with two M8x30 Pan head screws
* by interlocking of Shoulder pin 10-16 with the guide groove on Base
(1) Make Screw guide free from Base by unscrewing two M8x30 Pan head screws.
(2) Separate Vise screw from Vise plate. And remove Shoulder pin 10-16 (Fig. 7).

and Chain.

6. Shoulder Pin 10-16 is removed through
the hole for removing Shoulder pin 10-16.
2. Remove Retaining ring S-16 from Shoulder pin 10-16.
3. Turn Vise plate to the position
where Retaining ring S-8 can be
easily removed.

Take the reverse step of Disassembling (Fig. 7).
Chain has to be fixed to Screw guide on the side where Protrusion is furnished (Fig. 8).
Align the Chain with the Protrusion on Screw guide.

Disassemble Base from Motor unit (Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 11).

4. Remove chain from hanger
of Handle and move the motor
section up to upper dead end,
till the torsion spring has no
recoil tension.
5. Lay the machine down carefully.

Take the reverse step of Disassembling (Fig. 11, Fig. 10, Fig. 9).
Assemble Rubber block assembly to the base (Fig. 12).

5. Insert 1R003 into Pipe 20-128 and open it
fully in the Pipe to grip its internal surface.
And pull out the Pipe while twisting them.
6. Remove Torsion spring 24.
Now Motor unit is separated
from Base.
