Delta- Elektronik 66032
Wichtiger Hinweis: Nur beim Einbau dieser
Elektronik durch einen Märklin Fachhändler,
dem Märklin Reparatur-Service oder einem
autorisierten Reparatur-Betrieb gilt die Märklin
Hersteller-Garantie.
Dieses Delta-Modul 66032 ist zum Umrüsten
von den meisten Märklin H0-Lokomotiven mit
Märklin Standard-Allstrom-Motoren (Trom-
mel- oder Scheibenkollektor) geeignet. Neben
einem fahrtrichtungsabhängigen Beleuch-
tungsausgang bietet diese Elektronik auch die
Anschlussmöglichkeit von bis zu zwei Telex-
Kupplungen.
Vorbereitung
Vor dem Einbau müssen die Lokomotive und
das Delta-Modul auf einwandfreie Funktion
geprüft werden.

Die restlichen Kabel werden zum Prüfen nicht
angeschlossen.
Elektrischer Anschluss
Rotes, braunes und schwarzes Kabel inklu-
sive Entstör-Kondensator entsprechend der
Anschlussskizzen anschließen. Die bei Vor-
wärtsfahrt leuchtende Glühbirne (max. 2 Stück)
wird an das graue Kabel angeschlossen. Die bei
der Rückwärtsfahrt leuchtende Glühbirne (max.
2 Stück) wird an das gelbe Kabel angeschlos-
sen. Bei isolierten Lampenfassungen (2-polige
Steckfassungen) wird das orangefarbige Kabel
als Rückleiter verwendet.
Vorsicht: Verwendet die Glühbirnenfassung
automatisch die Gehäusemasse als Rückleiter,
so darf das orangefarbige Kabel auf keinen Fall
zusätzlich als Rückleiter verwendet werden!
Schließen Sie nun das blaue und grüne Kabel
an die Feldwicklungen des Motors an. Überprü-
fen Sie, ob die Fahrtrichtung mit den Lampen
übereinstimmt. Falls nicht muss das blaue und
grüne Kabel getauscht werden.
Bei Modellen mit eingebauter Telex-Kupplung
(max. 2 Stück) kann diese an die weißen An-
schlusskabel angeschlossen werden. Das oran-
gefarbige Kabel wird als Rückleiter verwendet.
Vorsicht: Verwendet die Telex-Kupplung auto-
matisch die Gehäusemasse als Rückleiter, so
darf das orangenfarbige Kabel auf keinen Fall
zusätzlich als Rückleiter verwendet werden!
Alternativ kann an den schaltbaren Telex-Aus-
gang auch ein Rauchgenerator angeschlossen
werden. In der Lok ist dann ein 16 Volt Rauch-
generator einzusetzen (7226, 72270 je nach
Lokomotivtyp).

Nicht benötigte Kabel möglichst dicht am Deco-
der abschneiden (nicht ablöten!)
Tipp: Nach entsprechendem Umbau können
die Beleuchtungsausgänge alternativ mit der
Digital-Funktion „function“ geschaltet werden.
Wenden Sie sich in diesem Fall zum Umbau des
Modells an den Märklin Reparatur-Service oder
an einen autorisierten Reparaturbetrieb, da nur
dort dieser Umbau erfolgen kann.

Bedienungshinweise
Einstellen der Digital-/Delta-Adresse
Das Delta-Modul erkennt automatisch das am
Gleis anliegende Betriebssystem und stellt sich
darauf ein. Es unterscheidet dabei zwischen
Wechselspannung und Märklin Digital/Delta.
Ein Betrieb mit Märklin Digital oder Delta ist nur
dann möglich, wenn am 8-fach Codierschalter
auf dem Delta-Modul eine gültige Digital- oder
Delta-Adresse eingestellt ist. Insgesamt können
80 verschiedene Digital-Adressen eingestellt
werden. 4 Adressen davon können auch mit der
Delta Control 6604 oder der Delta Station 6607
angesprochen werden. Eine weitere Adresse
kann auch mit dem Delta Pilot 6605 angespro-
chen werden.

Hinweis: Diese Adresse entspricht der Delta-
Adresse 2 (Diesellok-Symbol bei 6604)

66032 Delta Electronic Circuit
Important Note: The Märklin manufacturer’s
warranty is only valid when this electronic
circuit is installed by an authorized Märklin
dealer, the Märklin Service Department, or by
an authorized repair station.
This 66032 Delta module is suitable for conver-
ting most of the Märklin H0 locomotives with
the standard Märklin AC/DC motors (drum-style
commutator or flat commutator motors). This
electronic circuit offers the option of connecting
up to two Telex couplers to it, in addition to the
output for headlights that change over with the
direction of travel.
Preparations
Before the installation, the locomotive and the
Delta module must be checked to make sure
that they are in perfect working order.
Connections to the decoder tester

The remaining wires are not connected for
testing.
Electrical Connections
The red, the brown, and the black wire including
the noise interference condenser are connec-
ted in accordance with the wiring diagrams.
The light bulb(s) (maximum of 2 bulbs) that is
on when the locomotive is moving forward is
connected to the gray wire. The light bulb(s)
(maximum of 2 bulbs) that is on when the
locomotive is moving in reverse is connected to
the yellow wire. The orange colored wire is used
as a ground return wire for electrically insulated
light sockets (2-conductor plug-in sockets).
Caution: If the light bulb sockets already use the
locomotive’s frame or body as a ground, then
the orange colored wire is not to be used under
any circumstances as a ground return wire!
Now connect the blue and the green wire to the
field windings for the motor. Check to make sure
that the locomotive’s direction of travel agrees
with the headlights. If it doesn’t, the connec-
tions for the blue and the green wire must be
swapped.
On models with built-in Telex couplers these
couplers (maximum of 2 couplers) can be con-
nected to the white wires from the module. The
orange colored wire is used as a ground wire.
Caution: If the Telex couplers use the
locomotive’s frame or body as a ground return,
then the orange colored wire is not to be used
under any circumstances as a ground return
wire!
As an alternative a smoke generator can be
connected to the controllable output for the
Telex couplers. The locomotive takes a 16 volt

smoke generator (7226, 72270, depending on
the type of locomotive) for this situation.
Those wires on the module that are not required
for the locomotive in which you are installing the
module should be cut off as closely as possible
to the module (do not try to unsolder them!).
Tip: The headlight outputs can be turned on and
off with the digital function “function” after the
appropriate conversion has been carried out for
this purpose. Please contact the Märklin Service
Department or an authorized repair station for
this kind of conversion, as they are the only
sources authorized for this conversion.
Maximum continuous current low for this
module
Motor outputs: 1,000 milliamps
Headlights: 200 milliamps
Controllable outputs: 250 milliamps
Total for the module: 1,200 milliamps!
Operating Information
Setting the Digital/Delta address
This Delta module automatically recognizes the
operating system present in the track and sets
itself for this system. It can differentiate between
AC voltage and Märklin Digital/ Delta. Operation
with Märklin Digital or Delta is only then pos-
sible, when a valid digital or Delta address has
been set with the 8 coding switches on the Del-
ta module. A total of 80 different digital addres-
ses can be set. 4 addresses of the 80 can also
be called up with the 6604 Delta Control or the
6607 Delta Station. Another address can also be
called up with the 6605 Delta Pilot.

Tip: This address is the same as the Delta
address 2 (diesel locomotive symbol on the 6604)

Remarque importante: La garantie Märklin ne
pourra courir que si l’installation de ce module
électronique est effectuée par un détaillant
spécialisé Märklin, le service de réparation
Märklin ou un atelier de réparation agréé.
Ce module Delta 66032 convient pour être
installé dans la plupart des locomotives H0 Mär-
klin équipées d‘un moteur standard polycourant
Märklin (moteur à collecteur à tambour ou à
disque). Outre des sorties pour l’éclairage des
feux en concordance avec le sens de marche,
ce module électronique permet également de
commander jusqu’à deux attelages Telex.
Préparation
Avant de procéder à l’installation, la locomotive
et le module Delta doivent être testés pour un
fonctionnement impeccable.
Raccordement à l’appareil de test du décodeur

Les autres câbles ne doivent pas être raccordés
pour le test.
Connexions électriques
Raccorder les câbles rouge, brun et noir y com-
pris le condensateur de déparasitage selon les
schémas de raccordement. L’ampoule éclairée
en marche avant (2 ampoules au maximum) est
raccordée au câble gris. L’ampoule éclairée en
marche arrière (2 ampoules au maximum) est
raccordée au câble jaune. En cas de monture
d’ampoule isolée (monture bipolaire à encastrer),
le câble orange est utilisé comme câble de retour.
Attention: Si la monture d’ampoule utilise auto-
matiquement la masse de la carrosserie comme
conduite de retour, le câble orange ne peut alors
en aucun cas être utilisé comme câble de retour
complémentaire!
Raccorder maintenant les câbles bleu et vert
aux bobinages du moteur. Vérifier la concor-
dance entre le sens de marche et les ampoules.
Si la correspondance n’est pas bonne, il faut
inverser les câbles bleu et vert.
Sur le modèles équipés d’un attelage Telex (2 au
maximum), celui-ci doit être raccordé au câble
blanc. Le câble orange sert de retour.
Attention: Si l’attelage Telex utilise automati-
quement la masse de la carrosserie comme
conduite de retour, le câble orange ne peut alors
en aucun cas être utilisé comme câble de retour
complémentaire!
Une alternative consiste à connecter un géné-
rateur fumigène à la sortie pour attelage Telex.
Dans ce cas, il faut installer dans la locomotive
un générateur fumigène fonctionnant sous 16
volts (7226, 72270 selon le type de locomotive).

Couper si possible les câbles non utilisés à ras
du décodeur (ne pas les dessouder!).
Astuce: Les sorties pour éclairage des feux
peuvent éventuellement être commutées avec
la touche de fonction »function« après modifica-
tion adéquate. Dans ce cas, il faut s’adresser à
un service de réparation Märklin ou à un atelier
de réparation agréé pour la modification du
modèle réduit, car celle-ci ne peut être opérée
que par ces ateliers.

Sortie complémentaire: 250 mA
Charge totale du décodeur: 1200 mA!
Remarques sur le maniement
Réglage de l’adresse Digital/ Delta
Le module Delta détecte automatiquement le
système d‘exploitation raccordé à la voie et se
règle en conséquence. Il fait la différence entre
le courant alternatif et Märklin Digital/Delta. Une
exploitation avec Märklin Digital ou Delta n’est
possible que si l’on a réglé une adresse Digital
ou Delta valable sur le clavier d’encodage à 8
sélecteurs du module Delta. Au total, on peut
encoder 80 adresses Digital différentes. Avec
le Delta Control 6604 ou la Delta Station 6607,
on dispose de 4 adresses. Le Delta Pilot 6605
permet de disposer d’une cinquième adresse.

Belangrijke opmerking: alleen als deze elek-
tronische module door een erkende Märklin
winkelier, het Märklin-service-centrum of een
geautoriseerd reparatiebedrijf is ingebouwd
geldt de Märklin fabrieksgarantie.
Deze Delta-module 66032 is geschikt voor het
ombouwen van de meeste Märklin H0-loco-
motieven met Märklin standaard- allstroom-
motoren (trommel- of schijfcollector). Naast
een rijrichtingsafhankelijke verlichtingsuitgang
beschikt deze module ook over een aansluiting
voor maximaal twee Telex-koppelingen.
Voorbereiding
Voor de ombouw moeten de locomotieven en
de Delta-module gecontroleerd worden op een
correcte werking.
Aansluiting aan de decodertester

De rest van de draden worden niet aangesloten.
Elektrische aansluiting
De rode, bruine en zwarte draden inclusief
de ontstoorcondensator overeenkomstig het
aansluitschema aansluiten. De gloeilampen
(max 2 stuks), die bij het vooruit rijden moeten
branden, worden op de grijze draad aangeslo-
ten. De gloeilampen (max 2 stuks), die bij het
achteruit rijden moeten branden, worden op de
gele draad aangesloten. Bij geïsoleerde fittingen
(2 polige steekfitting) wordt de oranje draad als
retourdraad gebruikt.
Pas op: als de lampfitting automatisch het
locomotiefchassis als retourverbinding gebruikt,
mag de oranje draad nooit als extra retourdraad
gebruikt worden!
Sluit nu de blauwe en de groene draad aan op
de veldspoel van de motor. Controleer of de
rijrichting in overeenstemming is met de verlich-
ting. Is dit niet het geval, dan moeten de blauwe
en de groene draad verwisseld worden.
Bij modellen die voorzien zijn van Telex-koppe-
lingen (max. 2 stuks) kunnen deze aangesloten
worden op de witte draden.
De oranje draad wordt als retourdraad gebruikt.
Pas op: als de Telex-koppeling automatisch het
locomotiefchassis als retourverbinding gebruikt
mag de oranje draad nooit als extra retourdraad
gebruikt worden!
Als alternatief kan aan de schakelbare Telex
uitgang een rookgenerator aangesloten worden.
In de loc moet dan een 16 Volt rookgenerator
ingebouwd worden (7226 of 72270 afhankelijk
van het locomotieftype).

De niet gebruikte draden dienen zo dicht moge-
lijk bij de decoder afgeknipt te worden (niet los
solderen).
Tip: na een speciale ombouw kunnen de ver-
lichtingsuitgangen als alternatief met de digitale
functie ”function” geschakeld worden. Wendt
u zich in dat geval voor de ombouw aan het
Märklin-service-centrum of een geautoriseerd
reparatiebedrijf, aangezien alleen daar een
dergelijke ombouw kan plaatsvinden.

Bedieningsaanwijzing
Instellen van het digitaal-/Delta-adres
De Delta-module herkent automatisch aan de
spanning op de rails het bedrijfssysteem en stelt
zich daarop in. Hij maakt daarbij onderscheid
tussen wisselspanning en Märklin digitaal/Delta.
Het bedrijf met Märklin digitaal of Delta is echter
alleen mogelijk, als op de 8voudige codeerscha-
kelaar op de Delta-module een geldig digitaal-
of Delta-adres ingesteld is. In totaal kunnen er
80 verschillende digitaal-adressen ingesteld
worden. 4 adressen daarvan kunnen ook met
het Delta control 6604 of het Delta station 6607
aangesproken worden. Een ander adres kan ook
met de Delta-pilot 6605 aangesproken worden.
