NOTE:
Please read instructions carefully before installation.
Please keep the instruction in your vehicle after the installation is complete.
WARNING:
Use ONLY on existing vehicle raised side rails.
Do NOT exceed loading capacity of 60 kg / 130 lb
Do NOT use the product if it is found to be damaged, cracked or not in good condition.
Do NOT drive over 100 km / 60 miles per hour with load attached.
Check crossbars and load every 40 km or 25 miles.
Avoid heavy braking, accelerating and cornering when carrying load with crossbars installed.
Load on crossbars should be evenly distributed over both bars. Load should be centered onto
the crossbars.
MUST use rope or straps to secure the load on crossbars.
Do NOT carry cargo wider than the vehicle roof.
Remove crossbars when not in use or go through car wash.

Mounting Instructions
Step 1: Place the cross bars on the existing side rails on the vehicle.
Make sure the bars protrude equally on both sides.

Step 2: Turn the key to unlock the mounting clamps. As the key is turned, the red guard opens,
allowing hex key to be used.
Turn the hex key un-clockwise to loosen the clamps for attaching to existing side rails.
Step 3: When the mounting clamps are attached to the existing vehicle side rails, tighten the
clamps using the hex key and turning clockwise.
There should be minimum 70cm / 27” distance between 2 cars when securely installed.
Note: Incorrect attachment can lead to unstable load and loss of property and danger to lives.
Step 4: When both crossbars are properly attached, use the key to lock and secure in place.
The red guard will close and prevent the use of the hex key.
Step 5: Load on crossbars should be evenly distributed over both bars. Load should be
centered onto the crossbars.
