Keep this manual (and your purchase re-
ceipt) in a safe place.
UNPACKING
The shipment should be thoroughly inspected as
soon as it is received. The signed “bill of lad-
ing” is acknowledgement by the carrier of receipt
in good condition or shipment covered by our
invoice. For your own protection, if any of the
goods called for on the bill of lading are shorted
or damaged, do not accept them until the carrier
makes a notation on the freight bill of the shorted
or damaged goods.
Notify MAXXHAUL immediately if any hidden
loss or damage is discovered after receipt.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read and understand all
safety warnings and in-
structions. Failure to follow the warnings
and instructions may result in serious injury
or death. Save all warnings and instructions
for future reference.
2. Personal and Work Area Safety
A. Always wear ANSI approved
safety goggles.
B. Always wear hearing protec-
tection when working in
noisy environments. Prolonged exposure
to high intensity noise can cause hearing
loss.
C. Use safety equipment. Safe-
ty shoes, hard hat and work
gloves must be used for applicable condi-
tions.

D. Dress appropriately. Never wear loose
tting clothing or jewelry when working.
Contain long hair, and keep hair, clothing
and gloves away from moving parts.
E. Use common sense when working.
Stay alert and concentrate when setting up
and using the Aluminum Wheel Cleaning
Stand. Never work while under the inuence
of alcohol, drugs or medications.

F. While setting up the Aluminum Wheel
Cleaning Stand keep work area clean and
well lighted. Keep spectators and chil-
dren out of the work area.
3. Use of the Aluminum Wheel Cleaning
Stand
A. Do not modify this product and do not
use this product for purposes that it was not
designed for.
B. This product is designed to support either
the back or front motorcycle wheel so that
the wheel can turn freely while performing
wheel and chain cleaning and maintanence.
C. As pertaining to safely stabilizing a
parked motorcycle and the use of side
stands, center stands and wheel chocks,
read and adhere to all safety guidelines and
instructions provided by the manufacturer of
the motorcycle.
D. The motorcycle must be in a safe loca-
tion, away from moving tra󰀩c before roll-
ing the motorcycle’s wheel onto the Wheel
Cleaning Stand. The Wheel Cleaning Stand
must be located on a level dry solid surface.
E. With the motorcycle’s engine OFF and
not in gear, either the rear or front motor-
cycle wheel must be slowly rolled onto the
Wheel Cleaning Stand. Never attempt to
drive (with engine on) the motorcycle
onto the Wheel Cleaning Stand.
F. The Wheel Cleaning Stand will sup-
port a maximum single wheel weight of
500 Lbs.; do not exceed this maximum
weight capacity.
G. Always use an appropriate motorcycle
wheel chock (not included) to stabilize the
motorcycle’s wheel that is not inside the
Wheel Cleaning Stand.
H. This Wheel Cleaning Stand is not a toy.
Do not allow children to play with, or be near
this product when it is in use.
I. Save packaging information, warnings
and this manual. They contain important in-
formation and must always remain readable.
Contact MAXXHAUL for replacements.
Keep in mind that the warnings previous-
ly discussed cannot cover all possible
conditions or situations that could occur.
It is important that the person setting up
and using this product understand that
common sense and caution are factors
which cannot be built into this product,
and must be supplied by the person(s)
using this product.
Limited Warranty
MAXXHAUL warrants to the original retail
purchaser that the product is free of defects
in material and workmanship at the time of
shipment. This Aluminum Wheel Cleaning
Stand is warranteed for 90 days from the
date of purchase. This warranty is expressly
in lieu of all other warranties, express or
implied.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty
transactions; a copy of the original invoice
or sales receipt is required.

Setting Up and Using the Aluminum
Wheel Changing Stand
Always wear ANSI approved
safety goggles.
Refer to the photos on this page.
A. Read all Personal and Work Area Safety
Warnings on pages 2 and 3 before setting up
and using this product.
B. For rear wheel cleaning and mainte-
nance: Find a level and dry area for the
Wheel Cleaning Stand. It must be on a solid
surface in a safe area away from tra󰀩c.
C. Position the Wheel Cleaning Stand di-
rectly behind the rear wheel of motorcycle.
With the motorcycle’s engine OFF and
not in gear, slowly roll the rear wheel up
the middle of the Ramp and onto the Wheel
Cleaning Stand. The wheel must sit be-
tween each of the Rollers.
D. Safely secure the motorcycle once it is
on the Wheel Cleaning Stand: Activate the
motorcycle’s side stand (kickstand). Also
use an appropriate motorcycle wheel chock
(not included) to secure the front wheel of
the motorcycle.
E. Now check the
motorcycle to make sure that it is in a solid,
stable position.
F. Rotate the rear wheel and perform the
needed cleaning and maintenance.
G. Make sure the rear wheel remains in the
center of the stand (see photo below).
H. For front wheel cleaning and mainte-
nance, place the Wheel Cleaning Stand in
front of the motorcycle’s front wheel. Follow
Steps A thru G as previously stated.
I. When work is completed, remove wheel
chock, release side stand and slowly and
safely roll motorcycle wheel o󰀨 the Wheel
Cleaning Stand.
Maintaining the Wheel Cleaning
Stand
A. The general condition of this product
should be checked before each use. Make
sure that all hardware is tightened. Make
sure that the Stand does not have any struc-
tural damage.
B. Do not use the Wheel Cleaning Stand
if any damage is noted. If damaged, the
product should not be repaired, but should
be replaced.
C. Keep the product clean and free of
grease.
