The sample screen data and files such as the instruction manual can be used upon agreement to the following
matters.
(1) This data is available for use by customers currently using or considering use of Mitsubishi
products.

1. OUTLINE
This manual explains the sample screens of GOT2000 connected to a FR-A800-E (FR-A820-0.4K-E1)
inverter via Ethernet. The sample screens can be used to change the running speed, rotation direction, and the
parameters as well as to monitor the current values and execute machine diagnosis (load characteristics
measurement).
This sample screen can also be used for connecting GOT2000 and MELSEC iQ-R/Q/L series PLC via
Ethernet and then connecting the PLC and the inverter via Ethernet interface unit*1/CC-Link IE Field Network
master/local module*2. *3
For the procedures of changing the screen data, please refer to “7. Others”.

*2: Used for the FR-A800(FR-A820-0.4K-GF) inverter
*3: Connection via CC-Link IE Field Network limits the operation command and the operation of the machine

2. SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
*1: The SD card is used for the recipe function and document display function.
*2: The battery is used to backup the clock data and the recipe data in the SRAM user area in case of power
failures. (The battery is included as standard in the GOT.)
*3: For more details on the cable, please refer to “15.3.1 Connection to FREQROL-A800/F800” in "GOT2000

* This sample screen can also be used for connecting to inverters via PLC. For details, please refer to

* This sample assumes the inverter connection via the channel No.1, network No.1 and station No.1 to 16.
When the inverter is connected via other channels, networks or station numbers, the settings have to be

3.4 Overlap Window Settings of Screen Design Software
To close the window screen when switching base screens, the [Close the window when switching base
screens] box is checked in [Detail Setting] of Overlap Window in [Screen Switching/Window Setting].
The [Disable the touch operation of a screen on the back] box is checked for overlap window 3.
3.5 Graphics Mode (Graphics Setting)
The graphics mode of this sample screens is GOT Graphic Ver.2.
The screen design used in this sample is [Basic-Gray].
In GOT Graphic Ver.2, the background of overlap windows become semitransparent.

Set the parameters above from the operation panel (FR-DU08) or FR Configurator2.
After the settings, the inverter will start with NET operation mode when the power is on (reset). To change
parameters via GOT, switch the inverter to the NET operation mode.
Pressing the key on the inverter body switches between the NET and PU operation modes.

5. SCREEN SPECIFICATIONS
5.1 Display Language
The language of the text displayed on the screen can be switched between Japanese, English, and Chinese
(Simplified). The texts in three languages are registered in the columns No.1 to No.3 respectively in the comment
group No. 300 to No.340 as well as No.500 as shown below. When the column No. is stored in the language
switching device, the text in the language corresponding to the column No. will be displayed.

5.3.5 Manual Display (B-12090)
Outline
This screen is used to display the manual written in the currently displayed language.
Description
1. Displays a document with the document ID 12000 to 12002 according to the selected language. “Inverter
FR-A800 Instruction Manual (Detailed)”will be displayed. Flick the document whose all edges are
displayed on the screen to switch the pages. Pinch in or pinch out the screen to enlarge or reduce the
document between 25% to 400%.
2. Displays the [Bookmark] and [Search] button when the document is touched.
: Displays the [Bookmark] window.
Touch the bookmark to display the corresponding page.
: Displays the [Search] window.
Input the search keyword in the [Search] window to search through the PDF file.
3. Operates a displayed document.
: Enlarges or reduces the displayed document.
: Scrolls the document to left and right.
: Scrolls the displayed document up and down.
4. Operates a displayed page of a document.
: Displays the number of the currently displayed page. Touch the page number to
change it.
: Switches to a previous page or next page of the document.
5. Switches between the screens. The blue switch that indicates the currently displayed screen does not
switch the screen.
6. Switches to the previously opened screen.
7. Displays the current date and time. Touch the date and time to open the [Clock Setting] window.
8. Opens the [Language Setting] window.

Remarks
・The language of the document displayed on the [Manual Display] screen is switched in accordance with the
display language. The table below shows the relation of the column No. in the comment group, language,
and document ID.

・The screen script is used to switch the document ID according to the displayed language and the previously
displayed screen. For details on scripts, please refer to “5.7 Script List”.
・The object script is used to set the page forward switch not to exceed the total page number of the
document. For the details on the script, please refer to "5.7 Script List".
・Download the document data for manual display from sample screen data (for GOT2000) in the
MITSUBISHI FA website. For more details, please refer to "6. MANUAL DISPLAY".

5.3.6 Parameter 1 (B-12100)
Outline
This screen is used to set the inverter parameters.
Description
1. Displays the [Station Number Switching] window.
2. Displays the station number and name for monitoring.
3. Displays parameter data names and set values. Touch the values for change.
4. Displays the [Parameter Recipe] setting screen.
5. Switches to the [Manual Display] screen and the Chapter 5. Parameters from “Inverter FR-A800
Instruction Manual (Detailed)”will be displayed.
6. Scrolls the screen to view all the parameter items. It is being displayed in gray color and does not
function as this part will be supported in the future upgrade.
7. Switches between the screens. The blue switch indicates the currently displayed screen and does not
switch the screen.
8. Switches to the previously opened screen.
9. Displays the current date and time. Touch the date and time to open the [Clock Setting] window.
10. Opens the [Language Setting] window.
Remarks
・The recipe function and screen script is used for parameter recipe operation. For the details on the recipe
function and script, please refer to “5.6 Recipe List” and "5.7 Script List" respectively.
・The inverter will retain the speed and rotation set with the Operation Command screen even when the
screen is switched.
・When a system alarm occurs, the alarm message will appear at the lower portion of the screen. Touching

5.3.7 Batch monitor 1 to 3 (B-12200 to 12202)
Outline
This screen is used to monitor multiple items of the inverter at the same time.
Description
1. Displays the [Station Number Switching] window.
2. Displays the station number and name for monitoring.
3. Displays the data name and current value for monitoring items.
4. Scrolls the screen to view all the monitoring items.
5. Switches between the screens. The blue switch indicates the currently displayed screen and does not
switch the screen.
6. Switches to the previously opened screen.
7. Displays the current date and time. Touch the date and time to open the [Clock Setting] window.
8. Opens the [Language Setting] window.
Remarks
・The inverter will retain the speed and rotation set with the Operation Command screen even when the
screen is switched.

5.3.8 Operation Command (B-13100)
Outline
This screen is used to display the inverter operation command and various monitors. It also monitors
the values of the output frequency and output current.
Description
1. Displays the [Station Number Switching] window.
2. Displays the station number and name for monitoring.
3. Displays the output frequency with a panel meter and a numerical display.
4. Sets the speed and rotation direction for operation.
（1）Touch [Low Speed], [Middle Speed] or [High Speed]. Then, touch [Forward] or [Reverse].
The inverter will operate at the respective speed pre-set with the parameters.
Touch [Stop] to stop the inverter operation.
（2）Set the speed directly by inputting a numeric value. Then, touch [Forward] or [Reverse].
The touch switches to the left and right of the value input area will increment or decrement the
running frequency by 1Hz.
Touch [Stop] to stop the inverter operation.
5. Displays the output current with a panel meter and a numerical display.
6. Displays inverter status with lamps.
Stop/Forward/Reverse : The rotation direction status is indicated with a light.
Inverter Running : Lights while the inverter is running.
Up to Frequency : Lights when the output frequency reaches the set frequency.
Frequency Detection : Lights when the output frequency is detected.
Instantaneous Power Failure : Lights during an instantaneous power failure.
Overload : Lights while the stall prevention function is activated.
Inverter Alarm : Turns on when an alarm is occurring.
7. Switches between the screens. The blue switch that indicates the currently displayed screen does not
switch the screen.
8. Switches to the previously opened screen.
9. Displays the current date and time. Touch the date and time to open the [Clock Setting] window.
10. Opens the [Language Setting] window.

Remarks
・The color settings of the warning range in the graphical meter for the output frequency and output power is
set as green. In the graphical meter, multiple colors can be displayed as warning according to the device
value range.
・The inverter will retain the speed and rotation set with the Operation Command screen even when the
screen is switched.
・The lamp that indicates inverter’s operation status is switched with the object script. For the details on the
script, please refer to “5.7 Script List”.
