1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Das Grenzflächenmikrofon ECM-302B ist ein
robustes Elektret-Mikrofon mit Halbnierencha-
rakteristik. Es lässt sich besonders gut als Tisch-
mikrofon einsetzen und eignet sich optimal für
Sprachaufnahmen, z. B. bei Konferenzen, Inter-
views, Theatervorführungen, Ansprachen etc.
Das Mikrofon wird über das angeschlossene
Audiogerät gespeist, d. h. der Mikrofoneingang
am Audiogerät muss über eine Phantomspei-
sung (9 – 48 V ) verfügen. Für den Anschluss an
das Audiogerät liegt dem Mikrofon ein 6-m-Kabel
Mini-XLR/XLR bei.
2 Wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch
Das Mikrofon entspricht allen erforderlichen
Richtlinien der EU und ist deshalb mit ge-
kennzeichnet.
GDas Mikrofon ist nur zur Verwendung im In-
nenbereich geeignet. Schützen Sie es vor
Feuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatz-
temperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).
GVerwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein tro-
ckenes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Che-
mikalien oder Wasser.
GWird das Mikrofon zweckentfremdet, nicht
richtig angeschlossen, falsch bedient oder
nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann keine
Garantie für das Mikrofon und keine Haftung
für daraus resultierende Sach- oder Perso-
nenschäden übernommen werden.
3 Inbetriebnahme
Das Mikrofon über das beiliegende Anschluss-
kabel mit einem symmetrischen XLR-Mikrofon-
eingang am Audiogerät (z. B. Mischpult, Verstär-
ker) verbinden. Der Mikrofoneingang muss mit
einer Phantomspeisung von 9 – 48 V ausge-
stattet sein, anderenfalls ist kein Mikrofonbetrieb
möglich.
Soll das Mikrofon endgültig aus dem
Betrieb genommen werden, überge-
ben Sie es zur umweltfreundlichen
Entsorgung einem örtlichen Recyc-
lingbetrieb.

Boundary Microphone
Please read these operating instructions care-
fully prior to operation and keep them for later
use.
1 Applications
The boundary microphone EMC-302B is a ro-
bust electret microphone with semi-cardioid
characteristic. It is particularly useful as a desk
microphone and is ideally suited for picking up
speech, e. g. at conferences, interviews, theatre
performances, lectures, etc.
Power supply of the microphone is effected
via the connected audio unit, i. e. the microphone
input on the audio unit must be provided with a
phantom power (9 – 48 V ). For connecting the
audio unit, a 6 m cable with mini XLR/XLR con-
nectors is supplied with the microphone.
2 Important Notes
The microphone corresponds to all required
directives of the EU and is therefore marked
with .
GThe microphone is suitable for indoor use only.
Protect it against humidity and heat (admis-
sible ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).
GFor cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, by no
means chemicals or water.
GNo guarantee claims for the microphone or
liability for any resulting personal damage or
material damage will be accepted if the micro-
phone is used for other purposes than origi-
nally intended, if it is not correctly connected
or operated or not repaired in an expert way.
3 Setting into Operation
Connect the microphone to a balanced XLR
microphone input on the audio unit (e. g. mixer,
amplifier) via the supplied cable. The micro-
phone input must be provided with a phantom
power of 9 – 48 V , otherwise operation of the
microphone will be impossible.
If the microphone is to be put out of
operation definitively, take it to a local
recycling plant for a disposal which is
not harmful to the environment.

1 Possibilités dʼutilisation
Le microphone ECM-302B est un micro électret
robuste de caractéristique semi-cardioïde. Il est
idéal pour une utilisation comme microphone de
table et particulièrement bien adapté à capter la
parole, p. ex. lors de conférences, interviews,
représentations théâtrales, discours, etc.
Le micro est alimenté via lʼappareil audio relié :
lʼentrée microphone sur lʼappareil audio doit dis-
poser dʼune alimentation fantôme 9 – 48 V .
Pour le branchement à lʼappareil audio, un cordon
de 6 m avec fiche XLR/fiche mini XLR est livré.
2 Conseils importants dʼutilisation
Le microphone répond à toutes les directives
nécessaires de lʼUnion Européenne et porte
donc le symbole .
GLe microphone nʼest conçu que pour une uti-
lisation en intérieur ; protégez-le de lʼhumidité
et de la chaleur (température dʼutilisation ad-
missible 0 – 40 °C).
GPour le nettoyer, utilisez un chiffon sec et doux,
en aucun cas de produits chimiques ou dʼeau.
GNous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas
de dommages corporels ou de dommages
consécutifs sur les personnes si le micro est
utilisé dans un but autre que celui pour lequel
il a été conçu, sʼil nʼest pas correctement
branché, utilisé ou nʼest pas réparé par une
personne habilitée, de même, la garantie
deviendrait caduque.
3 Fonctionnement
Reliez le microphone via le cordon de liaison livré
à une entrée microphone XLR symétrique sur
lʼappareil audio (p. ex. table de mixage, amplifica-
teur). Lʼentrée microphone doit être dotée dʼune
alimentation fantôme de 9 – 48 V , sinon le fonc-
tionnement du microphone nʼest pas possible.
Lorsque le micro est définitivement
retiré du service, vous devez le dépo-
ser dans une usine de recyclage
adaptée pour contribuer à son élimi-
nation non polluante.

1 Possibilità dʼimpiego
Il microfono piatto ECM-302B è un microfono ro-
busto allʼelettrete a semi-cardioide. È particolar-
mente adatto per lʼimpiego su un tavolo ed è otti-
male per la riproduzione della lingua parlata,
p. es. durante convegni, interviste, rappresenta-
zioni teatrali, discorsi etc.
La tensione di alimentazione viene dallʼappa-
recchio audio collegato; ciò significa che lʼin-
gresso microfono dellʼapparecchio audio devʼes-
sere equipaggiato con alimentazione phantom
(9 – 48 V ). Per il collegamento allʼapparecchio
audio è in dotazione un cavo di 6 m con connet-
tori mini-XLR/XLR.
2 Avvertenze importanti per lʼuso
Il microfono è conforme a tutte le direttive richie-
ste dellʼUE e pertanto porta la sigla .
GLo strumento è previsto solo per lʼuso allʼin-
terno di locali. Proteggerlo dallʼumidità e dal
calore (temperatura dʼimpiego ammessa fra
0 °C e 40 °C).
GPer la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido,
asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso pro-
dotti chimici o acqua.
GNel caso dʼuso improprio, di collegamenti
sbagliati, dʼimpiego scorretto o di riparazione
scorretta non si assume nessuna responsabi-
lità per eventuali danni, a persone o a cose.
3 Messa in funzione
Collegare il microfono con un ingresso XLR
simmetrico dellʼapparecchio audio (p. es. mixer,
amplificatore), servendosi del cavo di collega-
mento in dotazione. Lʼingresso microfono deve
essere equipaggiato con unʼalimentazione phan-
tom 9 – 48 V , altrimenti il microfono non può
funzionare.
Se si desidera eliminare il microfono
definitivamente, consegnarlo per lo
smaltimento ad unʼistituzione locale
per il riciclaggio.
