Cautions about Using Earphones
●Do not use earphones while riding a bicycle, motorcycle, or driving a vehicle.
It can be potentially dangerous or illegal in some regions.
●Using earphones at high volumes while walking, especially at a cross walk,
is dangerous.
●To prevent hearing loss avoid using earphones at high volumes.
●In case of hearing loss, lower the volume or stop using the earphones.

Before using MP-F777...

●The surface material of the MP-F777 is stainless steel.
Treat it with care to avoid scratches.
●Your PC will indicate that MP-F777 is a portable disk as it is recognized as external
memory. (When you click ‘My Computer’ after MP-F777 has been connected to your
PC with a USB, external memories (such as E & F) will be shown on your PC.
●MP-F777 does not require an additional manager program when downloading
MP3 files. The CD provided herewith is used for the voice messenger function.
●There are 3 folders in MP-F777. (MESSAGE, MUSIC, VOICE)
Do not delete these folders as it may disable the ‘Play’ function.
●When you use mail management programs such as Outlook Express, the ability
to read previously received emails within the virtual robotTTS may be disabled.
●The function to receive emails within the virtual robotTTS will only search for
new mail.
●Searching for news with virtual robotTTS takes place in the following order:
1. When specific words are selected (it administers a search using the selected
words ➔news in English)
2. When specific words are not selected (news in English)

●To check if news or emails are downloading, click the MESSAGE folder.
●Atrial version of CD Ripper (a program to convert WAV MP3) can be downloaded
from an Internet site. E.g. www.pgstar.com
●Turn the power off when not in use to prevent draining the batteries.
●When abnormal sound quality occurs, check the audio source of the downloaded
file or Tone Control.
●If an error occurs while connecting to your PC using a USB, reboot your PC.
●This product supports both ID 3 1.x and 2.x.
Display on the LCD will be in descending order: ID3 2.x, ID3 1.x....
When both ID3 2.x and ID3 1.x exist in the MP3, the content of ID3 2.x will be
displayed.
If ID3 does not exist, it will display the file names.
Those who use windows 98 OS, please read page NO. 22
carefully, and install USB driver before getting started.

Virtual RobotTTS is a “real-time automated-information search robot program”
with TTS (Text to Speech) technology.
The program allows you to use the Voice Messenger function in MP-F777.

economy, stocks, real estate, entertainment, sports news as well as e-mail from the internet in
less than one minute and report it to you vocally.
Virtual RobotTTS is a robot secretary produced with our unrivalled and patented technology.
●Do you want to improve your English listening skills? Allow MP-F777 to help you.
It will read to you all the news slowly, in English. It will search English Language news sources
such as AP, Reuters, The New York Times, USA TODAY, NPR and U.S. News & World Report in

Installing the Software
Insert an install the CD into the CD-ROM Drive.
Apicture will appear as shown below.
Select [Install Virtual RobotTTS].
If you don’t want to install now, click Exit.

When the software
installation is complete,
connect to the PC as
shown on this page.
Virtual Robot TTS is not shown as a Shortcut icon
on the desktop once installed.
Make sure that it is shown as a Task bar icon located
on the bottom right of the desktop.
