2.Makesurethatyouapplyan evenlayerofheatsinkpaste(orthermal tape)
between theCPUand the heatsinktoenhanceheatdissipation.
3.Whilereplacing the CPU,always turnoff the ATXpowersupplyorunplug
thepowersupply spowercordfromthe grounded outletfirst toensurethe
safetyofCPU.
Themainboardsupports Intel Dempsey/Woodcrest processors(Quad-Core
supportbyoptional SKU)inSocket LGA771. When youareinstalling theCPU, make
suretheCPUhasaheatsinkandacooling fanattachedonthetop to
preventoverheating. If youdonothavetheheatsinkand cooling fan,contactyour
dealertopurchaseand install thembeforeturning onthecomputer.
