Back up your settings
This guide provides you with instructions to back up and restore your router configuration.
It is recommended to make a backup of the current working configuration in case you lose your settings or need to
perform a factory reset (i.e. reset default settings).
Login to Web User Interface
Connect a computer and the NF18ACV using an Ethernet cable. (Ayellow Ethernet cable was provided with
your NL1901ACV).
1Open a web browser (such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox), type following address into the address
bar and press Enter.
http://192.168.20.1
2Enter the following credentials in the User Name and Password fields:
User Name: admin
Password: The serial number found on the label on the back of the device
3Click the Login button.
Note
– If no authentication prompt is displayed or you see a request time out message, refer to the What if I cannot access Web User
Interface guide from FAQs section.

Save a Backup File
1Click on the Management menu on the left hand side menu of the page and then click on Settings option
2From the Settings option Select the Backup option and Click on Backup Settings Button.
3A file named “backupsettings.conf” will be downloaded to your Download directory.
4Move that file to any of your preferred directory to keep it safe.

Restore your settings
This section provides you with instructions to restore the saved configuration.
1From the Settings page Select the Update option.
2Click on the Choose file button to locate the Backup Settings file that you want to restore.
4Once the file is selected the name of the file will appear to the right of the Choose file button.
5Click on the Update Settings button to restore the saved configuration settings to your NL1901ACV.
Note
– The NL1901ACV will update the settings and restart. The process will take around 1-2 minutes.
