ないよう注意してください。
指定された測定範囲内で使用する。
・測定範囲外の対象物への使用は、商品の変形や
破損、精度不良の原因となります。
大切に取り扱う。
・ぶつける、落とすなどの衝撃を与えたり、重量
物を上に乗せたりしないでください。精度不良
や破損の原因となります。
・商品に傷をつけないでください。
下記の条件を満たす環境で使用・保管する。
●雨や水、油などがかからない、乾燥した場所
●高温にならない場所

①対象ワー ク（ 被 測 定 物 ）に テープを巻き付けます。
②読取部へテープを図のように通してください。
③読取部を固定し、テープを引きます。
テープが斜めに傾かないよう注意しながら、ワークへと
密着させてください。
テープを傾けないこと
④直径または円周、いずれかの目盛を読み取ってください。
●測定時は必ず目盛をしっかりと合わせ、使用する目盛の正面か
ら読み取ってください。
斜めから読み取ると、測定誤差の原因となります。
●直径、円周の同時測定は固定方法により、計算値と異なる値が
出る場合があります。
直径、円周の測定はそれぞれ目盛を固定して、読み取りを行っ
てください。

使用後のお手入れ・保管方法
●汚れや油などを乾いたウエスで拭き取る
●無理な力がかからないよう、大切に保管する
重量物を上に乗せたり、無理な力がかかった状態で保管
すると本体が曲がり、精度不良の原因となります。
●乾燥した冷暗所に保管する
直射日光や湿気は避け、管理者以外が触れない状態で
保管してください。
本尺目盛に、本尺目盛と副尺（バーニヤ）目盛が合致し
たところの副尺目盛をプラスして、測定値を読みます。
φ180mm以下の小径ワークを測定する場合、読取部と
テープに隙間が生じるため、誤差が発生いたします。
小径ワーク測定の際は、誤差を考慮して測定を行って
ください。
【直径測定時】
●φ20〜60mm：約0.5mm
●φ60〜80mm：約0.2mm
●φ80〜180mm：約0.15mm
大きく表示されます。
【円周測定時】
●60〜188mm：約1.6mm
●188〜251mm：約0.6mm
●251〜565mm：約0.5mm
大きく表示されます。
●直径測定例
①直径本尺目盛＝271.5mm
②直径副尺目盛＝0.35mmが合致
③271.5＋0.35＝271.85mmが 測 定 値 となりま す。
●円周測定例
①円周本尺目盛＝853mm
②円周副尺目盛＝0.6mmが合致
③853＋0.6＝853.6mmが 測 定 値となりま す。

①Place the Tape around the surface to be measured.
② Pass the end of the Tape through the Reader as shown below.
③Hold the Reader secure and pull the Tape tight. Make
sure the Tape is not at an angle, and is in full contact
with the workpiece.
Keep Tape straight
④Read the diameter or circumference measurement.
●
When taking a reading, make sure the Reader is tight against
the Tape, and read from directly in front of the Scale. Reading
at an angle may cause measurement error.
When reading diameter and circumference, for each reading
hold the Tape in place and take a reading. If attempting to read
both simultaneously, the measurement may not match a
calculated value due to how the Tape is held.

HOW TO USE
AFTER USE CARE ・STORAGE
●Using a dry cloth, wipe off any dirt or oils.
Store in a safe place, out of harm's way.
If stored under heavy object, or subject to excessive
forces, the tape may be bent and become inaccurate.
Store in a cool, dry, and dark location.
Avoid direct sunlight or high humidity, and access from
unauthorized users.
The measurement is determined by reading the Main Scale,
and then adding the Vernier Scale reading determined by the
position where the Vernier and Main Scale graduations align.
For small diameter workpieces, account for the error
when taking a measurement.
●φ20〜60mm： ~ 0.5mm
●φ60〜80mm： ~ 0.2mm
●φ80〜180mm： ~ 0.15mm
