WARNINGS
!Failure to follow the instructions provided can imply a risk of
serious injury to personnel and xed installations.
!Some grill parts can be sharp, we recommend wearing gloves
when assembling and lifting. Sharp edges can cause injury.
!The grill is intended for outdoor use only in well-ventilated areas.
Never grill in enclosed spaces or under a roof, due to the danger of the
lack of oxygen.
!Accessible parts of the grill become very hot during use.
Keep children and others who need supervision at a safe distance.
!Do not move the grill while in use or connected to the gas bottle.
Shut o󰀨 the gas on the regulator after use and disconnect from the
gas bottle.
! Modication of the grill can cause danger and will invalidate
the warranty.
!Never keep the gas bottle under the grill when in use. Gas leaks
can cause serious damage. Place the gas bottle by the side of the grill
during use.
! Do not place the grill cover or other ammable material in the
compartment under the grill when it is in use or hot.
!Do not use lava stones, charcoal or briquettes.
!Clean the grill regularly and thoroughly.

Left Frame
Install (4)M4 X 10 Screws as shown to the leg marked “5A”. Do not fully tighten the
screws at this time.(A)
Attach Side Upper Rail (marked “1”) to the leg, tighten the screws and attach with
another (1)M4 X 10 Screw.(B)
Attach Left Side Lower Rail (marked “2”) to the leg, tighten the screws.(B)
Install (4)M4 X 10 Screws as shown to the leg marked “5B”. Do not fully tighten the
screws at this time.(C)
Attach Side Upper Rail (marked “1”) to the leg, tighten the screws and attach with
another (1)M4 X 10 Screw.(D)
Attach Left Side Lower Rail (marked “2”) to the leg, tighten the screws.(D)

Assembly instructions
Please follow these instructions step by step.
We recommend two people to assemble the
grill to avoid heavy lifting.

Right Frame
Install (2)M4 X 10 Screws as shown to the leg marked “5C”. Do not fully tighten the
screws at this time. (A)
Attach one end of Side Upper Rail (marked “1”) to the leg, tighten the screws and
attach with another (1)M4 X 10 screw.(B)
Install (2)M4 X 10 Screws as shown to the leg marked “5D”. Do not fully tighten the
screws at this time. (C)
Attach another end of Side Upper Rail (marked “1”) (B), tighten the screws and attach
with another (1)M4 X 10 screw.(D)

3 Side Panel
Install (4)M4 X 10 Screws as shown to Right Frame,Do not fully
tighten the screws at this time.
Attach the bottom shelf to Right Frame,install(3) M4 X10 Screws as
shown and do not fully tighten the screws at this time.
Install (4)M4 X 10 Screws as shown to Left Frame,Do not fully tighten
the screws at this time.
Attach the bottom shelf to Left Frame,install(3) M4 X 10 Screws as
shown and do not fully tighten the screws at this time.
Front Panel
Attach the two Front Panels together with (2) M4 X 10 Screws as
shown (the middle screw hole).
Attach Front Panels to cart,tighten all remaining screws without the
upper screws as shown (b).
Attach Right Drip Tray Support to Right Flame as shown (c),

5Wheels to Cart
Turn cart upside down.
Assemble Hammer Leg Extenders as shown.
Insert Axle Rod through Wheel and other Wheel.
Attach with compression washer, nut and hitch pin.
Stand cart right side up.

6Grill Head to Cart
This step requires two people to lift and position grill head on to cart.
Remove the tie wraps and packaging material from regulator hose, side burner valve
and igniter wire.
Pull hose and igniter wire out to side of grill head.
Carefully lower the grill head onto the cart. Make sure the regulator hose and igniter
wire are hanging outside the cart.
Align the control panel with the front panels of the cart and attach the grill head to
cart with (4)M6 X 13 Screws from sides.
WARNING!
Two persons should
perform this step, due
to heavy lifting.

7Left Side Shelf (1)
Install the (2)M6 X 13 Screws on the left of Firebox. Do not fully tighten the screws.
Place on the Left Side Shelf bracket and pull to its position.

8Left Side Shelf (2)
Open the Lid, attach the shelf to Firebox as follows:
- From inside to outside of rebox with (2)M6×13 Screws and (2)M6 compression
washers.(A)
Align the Side Fascia and Control Panel, attach them from outside to inside of
Firebox with (1)M4×10 screws.
Attach Left Side Shelf to Control Panel with (1)M4×10 Screws, fully tighten the (2)
M6×13 screws in below step as shown.(B)

9Right Side Shelf (1)
Install the (2)M6 X 13 Screws on the right of Firebox. Do not fully tighten the screws.
Place on the Right Side Shelf bracket and pull to its position.

10 Right Side Shelf (2)
Open the Lid, attach the shelf to Firebox as follows:
- From inside to outside of rebox with (2)M6×13 Screws and (2)M6
compression Washers.(A)
Align the Side Fascia and Control Panel, attach them from outside to inside
of Firebox with (1)M4×10 Screws.
Attach Left Side Shelf to Control Panel with (1)M4×10 Screws, then fully
tighten the (2)M6x3 Screws in above step as shown.(B)

11 Heat Di󰀨users, Cooking Grates and Warming Rack
Place Heat Di󰀨users over burners. Di󰀨users will t in rebox in either direction. Fit
tabs in rebox front
through slots in di󰀨user tips. Fit di󰀨user tips between the tabs at the rear of the
Firebox.
Place Cooking Grates onto grate rests at front and rear of Firebox.
Insert warming rack into brackets at top of Firebox with curved edge to front as
shown.

12 Drip Tray, Drip Cup and LP Tank
Attach Back Rail to the Cart with (4)M4×10 Screws as shown.(A)
Hang Drip Cup Clip from bottom of Drip Tray. Place Drip Cup into Drip
Cup Clip, and place Match Holder into the Left Frame.(B)

If there are still gas leaks after repeated attempts, contact your dealer.

IF BUBBLES APPEAR, SWITCH OFF THE GAS SUPPLY AND REPAIR THE
PROBLEM. PERFORM A NEW LEAK TEST. DO NOT USE THE GRILL BEFORE YOU
ARE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO LEAKS.
6Open the gas tap on the regulator and carefully check for bubbles appearing anywherethe liquid has been applied.
1Make a mixed solution (½ water and ½ liquid detergent / soap).

Ensure that there are no naked ames,
heat sources and cigarettes in the vicinity
when performing a leak test.

Check that all controls on the grill are in the
”OFF” position.
4
Set the regulator to the ”OFF” position and connect it
to the gas bottle.
5Apply the liquid to all joints and connections on the gas bottle, regulator, the entire hose and all valves on the grill.
ALL JOINTS AND CONNECTIONS MUST NOW BE
LEAK TESTED BEFORE USING THE GRILL.
Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced.
Always perform a leak test in a well-ventilated area.
