BARBECUE AND HOW TO USE IT.

Generally
Please read through the Operating Instructions carefully before using this electric barbecue
for the rst time. Follow instructions for safe use of the product. The BBQ should only be used
outdoors.
To avoid serious damage, please follow
the INSTRUCTIONS:
• Before use, please check that the voltage
indicated on the electric barbecue is the same
as the voltage used in your house. If they are
different, please do not use the barbecue.
• lnsert the power cord plug into the power
socket connected with grounding wire.
• Make sure the wires dont touch any warm
parts.
•Twisting or loosening the cord could cause
danger.
• Do not store flammable fluids close to the BBQ
when using it. The BBQ should be at least 50
cm from the wall when in use.
• The BBQ may reach high temperatures when
the appliance is operating. Keep small children
away from the BBQ.
• Make sure the grid plate doesn´t touch the
heating element when used.
• Protect the electrical components against rain
and water. Water may cause a short circut and
could cause danger.
• Always unplug the power cord after using the
BBQ and whenever cleaning the BBQ.
•Check that there is no damage to the cord
or outlet regularly. Do not use if these are
damaged.
•lf the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by a special cord or assembly
available from the manufacturer.
•Warning! Charcoal or similar combustible
fuels must not be used with this appliance
•It is recommended to install an earth leakage
circuit breaker switch there if there is
uncertainty about the electrical installation.
•The owner manual should follow the product
if sold.
•Do not touch the BBQ hot surfaces when it is
in use as it may cause burns.
•Warning! The BBQ should never be operated
by children. Keep children, animals and
others who cannot take responsebility for
themselves, away when using the BBQ.
•This product should not be used together with
a timer or the like.

Important safety instructions!
Safety Precautions before connecting the power cord
• All knobs and switches must be set to OFF mode before connecting thepower
cord.Use only cables and extension cables certied for outdoor use.
• Make sure the extension cable and BBQ have similar operating voltage.
• The electrical plug for the extension cable must hold a dry place and be above
ground level.
• Make sure the wire and cables are not in the way. Someone might trip and fall.

How to use your electric BBQ
Read thoroughly warnings and safety instructions on page 2 and 3.
Step 1.
BEFORE IGNITION, take a soft clean cloth and apply a thin coating of cooking olive
oil to the cloth and lightly wipe on both the grate and the searing plate of the BBQ.
Step 2.
Open the lid on the BBQ. Before start using the BBQ, it is recommended to ”burn
off” the BBQ. This will enhance the effects of the BBQ. Turn the switch to max and let
it burn for 5 minutes. Turn switch back to normal temperture and start Grilling.

Lighting instructions
• Turn the knob dial CLOCKWISE to start the BBQ and left heating element The ELECTRIC BBQ
is designed to automatically operate at HIGH TEMPERATURE in this mode.
• Allow 5 to 7 minutes for the BBQ surface to reach its full temperature to complete the initial
seasoning process or to begin Grilling.
Outdoor use only
Place the BBQ body on the rack and fasten it. Place the BBQ on stable ground.
Never use the BBQ in wet weather or when the BBQ is exposed to humidity.

Tips when grilling
• Preheat the BBQ until the indicator lamp turns off, then the BBQ is ready for use.
• We suggest spraying the BBQ plate and grates with oil before cooking.
• Never use aluminium foil on the BBQ.
• Use a brush and marinate all meat during grilling.
• For best result, there should be space between the meat cuts on the cooking grill.
• Fatty foods like sausage, steaks and beef can drip/splash when grilling. Flare ups may occur.
• Turkey, whole chicken or roast, follow same procedure as indoor cooking. Make sure to use a
shallow fat pan and a V-shaped cooking grill
• Always keep the lid closed when grilling. This will shorten grilling time and make the meat
jucier.
• When you are nished grilling, turn off the BBQ. Disconnect the power to the BBQ.
• Finished grilled food should not lie on the BBQ for more than 30 minutes after being cooked.
• Always open the lid of the BBQ carefully. Hot damp may occur and cause seriously injury.
Grilling and roasting
• For professional grilling and roasting, place meat or llet on a preheated stainless steel grate.
Use a light coat of oil on the rack or nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
• For turkey, whole chicken, or whole roast, follow recipe instructions for preparation as you
normally would for indoor cooking. A V-shaped cooking grate is recommended. Provide a
shallow roasting pan to catch grease drips.
• Close the lid and let the hot air do the rest. Keeping the lid closed is important in the process.
• When nished, turn off switch to the OFF position and unplug the BBQ after use.
Baking
• Use a stone plate for pizza and bread, it will improve the baking quality.
• Baking/stone plate should be placed directly on the BBQ.
• Keep the lid closed, turn temperature to max and wait for indicator to reach 300-350° C.
• Use a timer for best result.
• When you are nished grilling, turn off the BBQ. Disconnect the power.
ALWAYS CLEAN THE BBQ AFTER USE
In order to maintain the BBQ and prevent fat re, it is important to clean the BBQ
thoroughly after every use. By this includes cleaning the fat cup/chip bowl.
Before every grill session, check the chip bowl/cup and remove all fat residues. Remove the
chip bowl and use a metal brush to scrape off food residues.

How to clean the barbecue
1. Before cleaning the barbecue, it is necessary to unplug the power cord.
2. Let the barbecue cool down.
3. Use a piece of wet cloth to clean exterior and power base of the barbecue, and then dry these
parts with a piece of dry cloth. Especially ensure that the power base is completely dry. Never use
coarse cleaning objects, or otherwise the barbecue body will be ground.
Cleaning Exterior Surfaces and the thermostat
• Before initial use, and periodically thereafter, wash the BBQ using soap and warm water.
Use a wash cloth or sponge for this process. Do not use a stiff wire or brass brush that might
scratch the stainless steel surface Wipe the chassis and thermostat with a damp, soft cloth.
Cleaning Exterior Surfaces-Stainless Steel
Weathering and extreme heat can cause exterior stainless steel surfaces to turn tan in color.
Follow these steps for the best cleaning results:
1. Remove dirt or grease using hot water & soap and a soft cloth. Then, polish and treat the
stainless surfaces using only an approved stainless steel care product. Never use abrasive
cleaners or scrubbers as they will damage the surface as well as destroy the printed graphic
surfaces used for operating instructions.
2. Finish by wiping your BBQ clean with a soft cloth and allow to air dry before starting the BBQ
Cleaning the chip bowl
• To reduce risk of fat re, all fat residues should be removed from the chip bowl before use.
• Use detergent and hot water to clean the chip bowl. The chip bowl should be replaced when
necssary.
• Like other electrical appliances, the correct manitenance is crucial for keeping the BBQ in best
condition. Follow these instructions in order to keep a long lifespan for your BBQ.
WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, this appliance shall not be covered by
any solid or exible material such as an aluminum tray, aluminum foil or trays made of
other heat resistant material.
The use of such items or materials on the BBQe would impair the safety of your product
and could lead to serious damage.

This BBQ is covered by a warranty according to consumer law. It is
subject to strict quality control and testing at the factory. If there are
any parts missing in the packaging or the BBQ is damaged, please
contact your dealer or the consumer contact below for help.
Faults caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or modications
made to the BBQ will invalidate the warranty.
Repairs of defects not caused by any fault on the BBQ will be invoiced
according to our price list plus carriage and administration charge.
