Failure to follow the instructions provided can imply a risk of serious injury to
personnel and fixed installations.

Some grill parts can be sharp, we recommend wearing gloves when
assembling and lifting. Sharp edges can cause injury.
!
The grill is intended for outdoor use only in well-ventilated areas. Never grill in
enclosed spaces or under a roof, due to the danger of the lack of oxygen.
!
Accessible parts of the grill become very hot during use. Keep children and
others who need supervision at a safe distance. Do not move the grill while in use
or connected to the gas bottle.
!
Shut off the gas on the regulator after use and disconnect from the gas bottle.
!
Modification of the grill can cause danger and will invalidate the warranty.
!
Never keep the gas bottle under the grill when in use. Gas leaks can cause
serious damage. Place the gas bottle by the side of the grill during use.
Do not place the grill cover or other flammable material in the compartment under
the grill when it is in use or hot.
!
Do not use lava stones, charcoal or briquettes.
!
Clean the grill regularly and thoroughly.
!

Even though butane and propane gas can be used, we recommend propane
for use in the Nordic Region.
Approved hoses and regulators are available from most outlets selling gas
equipment.
NB! Gas hoses used for this product must not exceed 150 cm in length
This product is produced according to EUROPEAN GAS APPLIANCE
STANDARD EN498 AND EN484 and is CE certified.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
We reserve the right to make technical changes and cannot be held
responsible for printing errors.
Always quote the part number on the parts list when ordering spare parts.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS STEP BY STEP.
WE RECOMMEND TWO PEOPLE TO ASSEMBLE THE
GRILL TO AVOID HEAVY LIFTING.
TOOLS FOR ASSEMBLY (not included):
Medium size flat blade or Philips/cross-point screwdriver
Adjustable spanner or metric spanner set
NB:
Exercise caution when using electric tools –
their strength can damage the screws.

Fix Lid and Body Assembly(1) on Left Leg Assembly and Right Leg Assembly, using
8pcs M6x55(B). Do not tighten the M6x55 (B) as Fig 6c & 7d. Keep approx. 5mm
space, for further easy assemble side burner kit and side table.
6pcs M6x12 (A) on Left Leg Assembly and Right Leg Assembly, do not tighten it, but keep
approx 5mm space as shown, for further easy assemble side burner kit and side table as
Fig 8a & Fig 8b.

Fix Left Side Burner Assembly (6) on Left Leg Assembly as Fig 9a.
Fix Right Side Table(16) on Right Leg Assembly(15) as Fig 9b.
Fasten Left Side BurnerAssembly(6) and Right Side Table(16) on Body,using 4pcs
M6x12(A) as Fig 10a & 10b.
Now,fasten/tighten all the screws for side burner kit and side table assembling with
Body/Legs.

Takeout Side Burner Grate(5) from Side Burner as Fig 11a, and detach 2pcs
M4x8 Combo Truss Head Bolts from bent pipe of Left Side Burner as Fig11b
Firstly, detach 2pcs M4x8 Combo Truss Head Bolts from Left Side Burner Valve as Fig 10c.
Secondly, take Left Side Burner injector align with Side Burner bent pipe hole.
Fasten 2pcs M4x8 (detach from Fig 11c) Side Burner Control Panel as Fig 11d.

Firstly, fix left door(12) on the bottom shelf(14), then, carefully, press down the
swing door shaft of upper leg support of door(19) as Fig 12.

Plug nippel(C) into the hose and fasten it by clip. Then fasten connector on the left side
burner valve as Fig 18.
Note:
This grill does not include the hose as pic. Hose can be purchased in most stores selling gas.

CONNECTING THE GAS
ALWAYS PERFORM A GAS LEAK TEST BEFORE USING THE GRILL (SEE
SEPARATE CHAPTER).
Regulator and hose:
•Check the gas hose regularly for cracks, damage and decay. Never use a damaged gas
hose.
•Check that the movable plastic collar on the regulator is intact and that it has not been
damaged by hot grill parts.
•Use an approved gas bottle that fits the regulator supplied. Bottles of 10kg or above are
recommended.
•Check that the gas bottle stands on a firm, flat surface and is lower than the connector.
•We recommend propane gas for use in the Nordic Region, but butane can also be used.
Butane is not very suitable for low temperatures.
The following gas types can be used with this grill:
I3+ : Butan 28-30 mbar
Propan 37 mbar
I3B/P(30) : G30(Butan), G31(Propan) and mixtures of the same, LPG 28-30 mbar
I3B/P(50) : G30(Butan), G31(Propan) and mixtures of the same, LPG 50 mbar
I3B/P(37) : G30(Butan), G31(Propan) and mixtures of the same, LPG 37 mbar
•Fit regulator and hose.
•Follow the assembly instructions supplied with the regulator set.

Placement
•Ensure that the grill is placed at least 150cm in all directions from house walls,
trees, plants and other flammable materials or liquids when in use.
•Do not place the grill under a roof or overhang.
•Ensure the grill is placed where there is plenty of ventilation.
•Do not use under normal ground level.
Final check
•Check that all controls work as they should.
•Check that the gas hose is free of cracks and damage (should be done every time
the grill is used).
•Check that the gas bottle and hose do not come into contact with hot objects.
Important! Leak test.
Before using the grill, perform a thorough leak test. Perform the same test each
time the gas bottle, regulator or hose is changed and always when the grill has not
been used for a while.
•Prepare a mixture of two parts washing up liquid and one part water.
•Ensure that there are no naked flames, heat sources and cigarettes in the vicinity
when performing a leak test.
• Check that all controls on the grill are in the "OFF" position.
•Set the regulator to the "OFF" position and connect it to the gas bottle.
•Apply the liquid to all joints and connections on the gas bottle, regulator, the entire
hose and all valves on the grill.
•Open the gas tap on the regulator and carefully check for bubbles appearing anywhere
the liquid has been applied.
IF BUBBLES APPEAR, SWITCH OFF THE GAS SUPPLYAND REPAIR
THE PROBLEM. PERFORM ANEW LEAK TEST.DO NOTUSE THE GRILL
BEFORE YOU ARE SURE THATTHERE ARE NO LEAKS.
If there are still gas leaks after repeated attempts, contact your dealer.
NB! NEVER PERFORM A LEAK TEST USING FLAMES
Warning!
Never store the gas bottle under the grill when in use. If storing the
gas bottle under the grill when not in use, disconnect the regulator.
Never move the grill while in use or connected to the gas bottle.
Before using the grill.
