Description
See Figure 1-2 and refer to Table 1. The control box mounts to the Rhino
SD3/XD3 24 Vdc controls. It is used by the operator to perform manual
purge functions during system operation.

32-HAND CONTROL UP/DOWN: Enables/disables ram movement
NOTE: The ram NEUTRAL position does not mechanically lock the ram.
Air pressure remains in the ram cylinders. Small air leaks in the circuit can
cause the ram to drift upward or downward. When performing
maintenance, make sure that the ram and follower plate is on the bulk
unloader base or secured using support blocks.

Repair
WARNING: Allow only qualified personnel to perform the following tasks.
Follow the safety instructions in this document and all other related
documentation.
WARNING: Disconnect and lock out power to the system before performing
repairs.
See Figure 3. Use the following procedure to replace a control box.
1. Disconnect the cables (1) from the control box (4).
2. Remove the socket screws (2) and lock washers (3) securing the control
box (4) to the mounting brackets (5).
3. Install the new control box (4) onto the mounting brackets (5) using the
socket screws (2) and lock washers (3). Tighten the screws securely.
4. Connect the cables (1) to the control box (4).
