1. Pull upward on the middle of the seat from the
front and rear until the chair is completely folded
2. Release the folding arms by pushing down on the
plastic release paddle and allowing the arms to fall
into a folded position
1. First determine the left
and right side by folding
down the footplate and
placing them in front of the
seat. The footplates should
be facing each other
2. Place the holes above the
pegs and slowly lower the
holes onto both pegs.
3. Swivel the footrests
inward until the silver
release paddle engages and
locks the footrest into the
forward position.
Remove the chair from
the box and place it on
the ground. Remove any
cardboard protection.

Lift folding arms up so
that the release pin
engages the upper
arm.

Place both hands on the
upholstery just to the
inside of the seat tubes
and gently push down
and out until the seat is in
a horizontal position.

BE SURE BOTH HANDS AND ALL
FINGERS ARE FLAT ON THE
UPHOLSTERY. Do not allow
tubes that secure the seat.
Continue to push down and
outward until tubes engage into
the seat supports.

a period of lifetime from date of purchase. If within the specied warranty period this product is
proven to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at NOVA O.M.’s option. This warranty does not
cover shipping costs incurred in replacement or repair of this product.

shipment. This Lifetime Limited Warranty represents our condence in the materials and workman-

This warranty does not cover problems due to user negligence or misuse of the product. This
warranty shall not extend to non-durable components, including but not limited to rubber tips,
hand grips, casters, and other parts subject to normal “wear and tear.”
